In the beginning called and got a price from gen,mgr, she was kind I needed a bed and thats it she said $95.00 a month.So I went to store to rent, the female attendant did everything she could do to get $129.00 out of me monthly.I am here for business for a few weeks so later I planned on paying weekly .After the fourthweek I explained I would be paying weekly, she acted like it was unheard of to pay by week .Suddenly her weekly rate was $37.00 which I expected from her, and was informed I was a day late .Like im a school kid.After paying her the higher rate she informs she does not have the ability to give me a receipt for my payment, whats that about .How dare me to want a receipt for my payment so I can get my money back from my company, went back next week gen mgr was there thank goodness. I told her I need to pay a week she says your early ok school kid, so im paying early .She says that will be $25 and change, notice $12.00 cheaper than the other week. Had to go out of town so I sent a ck to them so I wouldnt be late oh my god u would have thought I done something wrong to them .We dont take cks its written on our front door what u cant read .?Thats what I get for trying to do the right thing.Yes u guessed it she had my ck in her hand when we got back with another late fee.Terrible experience with her then they made us wait all day to pick up there bed,had to chase delivery guys down the block to get them to pick this da@n thing up.Never again ill sleep on hardwood floor first.Forgot to mention they were calling my relatives on the phone, when I sent ck.Keep your sanity,DONT GO THERE !!!!
