Wow! Needed a last minute part for my boat motor. The marine dealer didnt have one. Kimberly at the Pascagoula store went out of her way to find a non OEM part that will work! Excellent customer service. Kimberly is great.

I stopped at this location while in the area for work. The staff was friendly and helpful for what i needed to get while there. Typical Advance with a friendly staff.

I was super worried about my battery and Lane, the manager, took the time to look at it and analize it with their equipment. He was really nice and professional and I feel assured and I will definitely be a customer of this Advance Auto Parts here in Pascagoula.

Went to get new windshield wipers and the clerk afford put them on. Thank goodness for that as there was a small problem. She finally got them on and we were no our way. Great job

Gave me the wrong part after telling them it wasnt right they insisted it was correct wen to fix the car what do you know it was the wrong part and had to take it back and after all that they didnt have the part I needed

I am disabled my car needed transmission fluid and motor oil I walked in using my cane. No one greeted or asked if I need ed anything there waa a man talking with another man. But offered ni helo. Then I saw a man at the end of the counter and asked him for help. He got a Lady. Who was VERY HELPFUL She helped me decide what Transmission fluid to use. I had never Had to put any in this car before. The 1 BOTTLE OF FLUID WAS OVER 8 BUCKS!! Isaid well ww need a funnel also and She offered that we could use theirs. I paid for the 2 bottles of fluid and went out to open my hood. My Son came out to put the fluid in and had to use a sale paper THE MAN BEHIND THE COUNTER WOULD NOT LET US USE THE FUNNEL. I put the oil in and my son put the transmission fluid in and I waa so HOT. I WAS ABOUT TO PASS OUT. I GOT IN TGE CAR. WE LEFT. I GOT HOME AND HAD LEFT MY CANE SITTING ON THE SIDEWALK OF THE STORE IN PASCAGOULA. OF ALL THE OARTS STORES I HAVE EVER USED THIS INE WAS THE WORST. ALTHOUGH THE LADY WAS VERY NICE. THE MEN WERE RUDE AND LAZY

Would of given more stars but the cashier was rude when I asked what I would need to change brakes. Instead of simply answering my question, he felt his thoughts & extra cents were more important.

The staff was helpful. The store was clean. They always help me when I come there if I cant figure out what I need.
