I made a appointment and still waited two and a half hour. They still hadnt checked my tire out. Before leaving they couldnt find my keys or the paperwork. They had on little guy working by himself.

Great service..but long wait times. Good thing food was within walking distance!

Checked in at 8:21am & car wasnt ready til 10:38am & only 3 cars ahead of me. Auto center very short staffed.

Slow, unprofessional, poor customer service. Half of the employees act like they arent interested in helping at all.

Waited at the tire service bay door for 45 minutes, called them 10 minutes after their opening times only to be told the tire service will be closed for 2 days .

If there was a negative star I would give that Saturday day before mothers day gm side closed at 8 all lines backed up took one person 25 min to self chek with an employee next customer light was flashing for 5 mins no help a customer went to find somebody simply rediculous Sam Walton is probably rolling in his grave shame shame

Not well managed, trained,; broke my battery tray with no replacement. Didnt offer discount.UPDATE: Store Mgr. has offered to reimburse me for replacement of damaged parts but no discount.

It would be nice if you hired someone that knew how to use a telephone..

Waited 2.5 hours for a tire patch. (From 1:30 till they closed) I’ve tried them before because of their price, but I have never spent less than 2 hrs waiting for oil, tires, and tire repair. If you can avoid using Walmart please do.

Best Walmart tire shop Ive been to. Quick and friendly. Had one service guy I think his name was James, young black male who had a stutter....awesome young man with a great can do attitude! I hope management promotes him quickly, you dont find that in many Walmarts! Hell go far in life! On the other hand and the reason for not getting 5 stars was one whose attitude sucked and his every comment was we cant do that...ignore him and get someone else! James saw it happening with me and intervened, making me a happy customer! Wishing you the best James!

I dont hate Walmart I dislike the employees they never smile they never want to assist you in anything they always have the look like why are you here owners needs to start shopping their stores so that they can see what the consumers see I hear so many complaints about Walmart but no one is giving any surveys as to how they are treated it is so sad when you rather go through the self-checkout then to have to deal with one of the employees and this is all over the store this is so sad to me but I love Walmart the One Stop Shop I just wish you could find some people who would enjoy working at your stores

The Walmart tire center in Moss Point Ms. Is way better and friendlier than the one is mobile. They are very nice and considerate there.

I wanted the new tire that I purchased put on the front of my vehicle and that one moved to the back. They claimed they couldnt get the lugs off of the front tire because they were torqued to tight. Well my husband had put them on by hand the last time it was changed and did not use any air tools. So they put my new tire on the back of my vehicle and didnt even bother to tell me until they were finished and I went to pay. This was my first time to purchase a tire from Walmart and even though the front desk people were really nice they had way to many vehicles to fix and I only saw 2 technicians working. I think they were just to overloaded at the end of the day and didnt want to be bothered. I dont think I will be going back for anymore tires. Very disappointed with the service and tires are not cheap. We also looked at my front tire and with the brake dust on the rim had not been touched. They didnt even try to take my front tire off.

I needed a tire and I broke a lug nut when changing it. I was told they couldnt do it due to the loss of one lug. I felt as though they were not trying to help me at all and wanted to get out of the work. I went somewhere else and got the tire put on the rim and I changed it myself. Good thing my Daddy taught me to work on my own vehicle. Boo Walmart

These people never ever answer their phone. And IF they do, wait times always off by an answer. Spend the extra 3$ and go to a real quick lube.

This place is busy and chaotic.There are no signs, directions,or people to indicate where to park. After 20 minutes they were able to tell me it would take 2 hours to get 2 tires. After 2 hours they hadnt even pulled the car in.

Kinda busy for a Saturday morning but customer service was awesome.

Purchased a jack had to return it for the second time, hard time at the service desk some just have no public courtesy at all how do they get the job.

Fast service at a fair price

A bit disappointed today with my local Walmart automotive center ! Spoke with the manager over the phone about a certain battery for my pickup truck and when I arrived to the store they had informed me that they was out of the battery and had been out for a while . Not only did they have a more expensive battery in the wrong spot but they didnt even offer to give me that battery for that price ! So I took my business to the ocean springs location and am currently waiting to get my new battery installed

I purchased a battery about a year ago it was bad I took it back and they gave me another battery I put it in the car and it also was bad I took it back they told me that I couldnt return that battery that I only had a $39 credit I said well Ive got A5 year warranty that was on your first battery so I said so if you give me a bad battery and I bring it back you give me another bad battery then Im stuck with a bad battery he said yes thats right and if you want the battery it would be $119 more money I said what if I get home and its a bad battery he said youre just stuck with it buddy did I have a good experience you do themath
