They called to remind me it was about time for an oil change and to make me an appointment. I normally would not like unsolicited calls, however, it actually was time for an oil change so I appreciated the reminder.I forgot to drop my truck off the morning of my appointment, so I called to ask if they could fit me in later in the day. They accommodated my request and the oil change was quick enough I could wait on it during my lunch break.The cost of the oil change was the same as any other oil change place, but the dealership includes rotate and balance of the tires.

I came back to correct my original review here. Mr . Tommy rectified the issue I had with the tires on the truck I bought from them. He called me directly and wanted to know what he could do to make me happy. The tires are being replaced as we speak and I’m a satisfied customer. Will recommend this place.

I worked with Ashley and Shemuel to purchase my pre-owned 2014 Dodge Ram 1500. After several unpleasant dealership experiences in the past year, I have to give these folks 5 Stars. Ashley was honest and up front with me when I went to view the truck; it was on the rack being worked on, and she did not try to upsell me or gloss over the issues with the truck. I was treated with courtesy, kindness, and respect. During financing negotiations Shemuel was honest and did not hassle me with certain items I wanted removed from the financing package. The process was quick, and she found financing for me with my preferred lender. Afterward, I realized that I did not have my floormats for the truck, and have left some items in my trade-in; Ashley and the staff at Coast went out of their way to take care of me, and I was able to retrieve my items. I would definitely recommend anyone to go see Ashley at Coast Chevrolet for their vehicle needs.

My truck is still not repaired and Im having to drive it with the Stabilitrak, Trailer Brake and Tire Pressure lights on. They had my truck around 2 weeks and the parts still did not come in. I have a sound company and needed a truck to pull my trailer this weekend for Cruisin The Coast for an event this weekend, so they just gave me my broken truck back to use. Im hoping and praying my truck will do OK. My service person, Byron is very nice and I believe he is trying to help, but it is hard to trust anyone right now. Has gave me a Colorado to use and then I had to bring it back and get an SUV. I had to put fuel in both vehicles due to they were on empty and especially the SUV, the gas light was on and needle below empty. I had just put fuel in the SUV when they gave me my broken truck back. Im very aggravated about that. I gave him 2 tickets for 20 dollars for the SUV and I should have gave him the 20 dollar ticket for the Colorado also, but I didnt. I need my truck repaired correctly and I paid $2,200.00 for this and I will still owe between 4 and 6 hundred more dollars when and if the part ever comes in. He closed out my ticket, so Im hoping he wont forget and still get my part in. Im very upset about this. I was hoping Coast would do better than the last owner, but Im having second thoughts right now.

It was better than expected. I was afraid there were hidden problems in my brakes and Coast mechanic found the issue, fixed it and the cost was much less than I anticipated. I was very impressed with the service department especially the service technician as it was all handled in a very professional fashion.

I took my vehicle in for routine service, and it was returned in less that three hours. A couple of weeks after that, my a/c compressor went out. The vehicle (2019 GMC Sierra) has less that 40,000 miles on it. The vehicle can not be run, due to the compressor being seized (shuts down the engine). My disappointment is with the fact that I have owned this vehicle for only 5 months. I called to set up an appointment, only to find out that the dealership doesnt offer any towing assistance. Im not asking for preferential treatment, but when I was sold the vehicle, there was no hesitation as to the first class service they provide. Coast Chevrolet need not worry about getting a solid recommendation from me.

Every thing was good except after getting my tires rotated I now have my two back tires indicating low. I had one when I brought it in and asked them to check it out but it went back down that evening and now I have another one.

Collin Barfield was easy to work with and he listen to what I was looking for. Nelson was there Friday and helped finish the paperwork. Overall everything went well. My only disappointment was the after I got down the road 10 miles the alarm for DEF need came on. This should have been taken care of when truck was prepared, Collin apologized and said he would follow up. Still it put me out $40 to fill up with DEF on a truck that just rolled off the lot. The truck itself I love, I was initially looking for a Ford F250 but glad I saw this truck online before I closed a deal on a Ford.

Bought a New vehicle after 24 hours of driving it took to them to change it for a different vehicle - refused to tear up the deal. I had to trade in the vehicle loosing thousands of dollars with 25 miles on the vehicle sales person was harassing with numerous calls and texts very unprofessional/ sales manager / unwilling to make it right / they were only out for another commission no matter how the experience affected me no I will never recommend this dealer and I will not even take this vehicle there for service

This trip to the shop started off ok. I had a 7:30 AM appointment which was fine with me. The appt. was to diagnose an issue and find out what needed to be fixed.A little miscommunication between both of us led to problematic scheduling issues for all concerned.In the end everyone in the service dept. worked to clear up the problem and it just took considerably longer than expected get my vehicle back.In the future Ill ask a lot more questions before I hand over a vehicle and I suspect they will be a lot more precise with their answers.

My Equinox has high mileage but runs well. Needed updated repairs. They always were attentive. After repairs there was still an issue. The mechanic rode with me, figured it out and they covered it. In short, they care.

Purchased a car there and as sooo happy with my experience tii I had a flat tire . I opened my trunk to no spare but s tire kit that was used previously. Call the dealership the next day telling them what happenedexained what happened and wS told my car does not come with a spare explained again that I could not afford to have the car towed .said they would call me back ..never happened. When I contacted Mr.Barnes he stated that after all they did to get me in the car I am trying to play them for tires ..his exact eords... wow

We just relocated to the area, so this was our first visit...and will be our last. Came in for routine oil change and tire rotation. That, in all fairness, went well...except that our appointment had disappeared from their computer and I had to provide all my personal information again, while running tight for a medical appointment in Mobile. The downside was when I was informed I needed several hundred dollars of additional work! I said I would think about it, paid for the oil change and rotation, and took the car home. I found that our technician and service writer were certainly very thorough as one reviewer wrote...so much so that defects were more imagined than real. Replace all wiper blades (they are in near mint condition), replace cabin and air filters (only light dust on them when I checked them at home...and found that the tech had not actually looked at either). I have had excellent trustworthy dealer service in the past (eg, Pat Peck Nissan in Gulfport, Pete Moore Chevrolet in Pensacola) but not here.

This dealership has alot to change 1st off my vehicle was dropped off for repair got it back with more wrong with it had a power steering pump installed the lines were not hooked up all the way got ps fuild all over the underside of the vehicle tires were rotated and now missing a lug nut took it back to let them fix their mistakes as we are all human however they delivered it back again without it right talked to David the service advisor awesome guy he addressed my concerns with me and went to bat for me with the gm warranty department and found the issue and finally fixed them thank u David your the best employee they have in the service department. will not take my vehicle back here for the simple fact that they do not check the techs repairs before delivering. Before all this had a simple oil change done on another one of my cars and they over filled the oil by 2 quarts was not going to leave a reweiw but a month later it still blows my mind especially how Danny Hansen talked to me just bad customer service

Very poor service went to get the condenser replaced when I was told that they would take care of the problem 2 months ago and now noone remembers anything and the service manager was very rude and arrogant so my truck has been sitting there for 2 days and anytime I call I am told they will call me right back will not buy from this dealer bought 2 chevrolets and this place has ruined gm for me

After having a horrible experience at a Slidell dealership, one of my husbands friends reached out to us. He works at Petro Chevrolet in Pascagoula. I cannot explain how amazing the experience was- low key, professional, friendly, you name it. I already knew what I wanted, but was blown away by the experience. Angie, our salesperson, was amazing-super patient with us and Anson. Lol. They all stayed late to make sure we walked away happy. Long story short, even if you have to drive a little to get there, go. Do not waste time going anywhere else.
