Customer service is on point. So far service had been impressive and professional. Cant beat the tire prices!

They do great work at reasonable prices I would recommend them.

We had our van towed there after losing all the wheel studs on our tire. The storm was moving in,so we decided to expedite the repair and wait time by calling advanced auto have the wheel studs delivered. When all parts needed were delivered I walked in to the building to find out how long it would be to fix and I was told that 1. He didnt understand why the tow truck driver dropped the van where it was. ( Not in the repair well) and he wasnt going to have his men fix our van in the rain. We had to fix our tire in the rain and wind with minimal tools. But with GODs help we did it. I just dont recommend this business.

Tire blew, was able to buy a tire for around $120. It was a loooong wait almost 3 hours.

Great service and fair prices

I came Saturday January 30th, 2021 at 7:25am, I was the 4th person in line .. it took them all the way till 12pm closing time to tell me they couldn’t align my truck .. I come back today February 1, 2021 at the same time maybe 5 minutes late .. I asked for a tire rotation & alignment .. .. I’ve sat up here all morning and watched all kinds of cars and trucks come in & leave .. he said once the black truck come out the bay I’m next like it had just got there but it’s been in the bay since I came Saturday .. one acutely came while I was outside & asked for tire rotation and oil change and they pulled it straight to the back .. but they say it’s first come first serve that’s a lie .. they do it in the order they feel

They have the best service ever like the best they took the time out to find out what was wrong instead of just saying oh I do t know anything about that when we came and believe me I’ve been to every tire shop in Biloxi in Pascagoula and in Gautier and I recommend them to any one that wants good service and a fun friendly environment they are the best hands down. Im very greatful me and my husband stumbled upon this place today! We got a razor blade in our car tire (and a nail we didnt know about) driving up from Florida! Being out-of-towners we had no idea where would be reliable and honest, but we got very lucky as this place was both. Staff went above and beyond for us and we cant thank them enough! They patched the tire for us saving us from having to get a whole new tire! I wish we would have gotten our mechanics name but we are happy to be back on the road! (:

Took car to them to replace booster for Thursday. Whatever reason the first part was faulty, had to get another replacement that for whatever reason this time, didnt come in until late Friday. Hoping the car would be fixed today “Saturday”. Now apparently the one tech im assuming who can fix it is off today. This will now be waiting 4 days while car is in the bay to do a 3 hr job.

Great people. Amazingly quick and quality work. Most importantly, honest. They are straight up honest folk who will not try to sell you anything you dont need. Can trust them and their work. Prices comparable to anywhere else. Full 5 stars.

We were on our way out of town in a rental car when we had a flat tire. The rental car company told us to go there to Delta world tires. It did take several hours for us to get our tire patched but overall we were back on the road and they did a good job for an emergency tire patch. They did have complimentary soft drinks and coffee a very nice waiting room to sit in with a TV set and this customer service was wonderful. Everything was very clean including the bathrooms and everybody was very polite and they took care of us as fast as they were able to.

Overall, great and friendly service! I gave four stars instead of five because my Moms SUV is currently as of the time of this review is in service with this Delta World Tire location, and her last service before today, July 21st, was on July 10th. Delta World only found issues on the front end of the vehicle today compared to July 10th when a tire rotation and oil change was requested from my mechanically inclined Mom, and that should have been addressed on July 10th, not at the next service. There must have been a mistake or error in the inspection process on July 10th to not see the loose rods and suspension upgrades that my Moms SUV needs now according to Delta World, costing at around $2,200. I am addressing this review to hopefully let this company to learn from this mistake and improve the inspection process and safety of their customers vehicles as their top priority, not just what they are asked to do on the vehicle. There are people who come to Delta World who are not mechanically inclined, and this needs to be an improvement moving forward in inspections, which is letting customers know of issues at the first glance of inspections. Thank You, and buying tires here is a true bargain, friendly and exceptional customer service from Glen and Pat as well!

Great experience In and out quickly

The mechanics here are quick, efficient and honest (as mechanics go 😂). The prices are respectable, and the staff were very friendly. While I was there, one of them was attempting to collect on a few bills over the phone, and he was very respectful and considerate to everyone he talked to. I was greatly impressed. But you know what makes this place awesome? Fresh cookies and a fountain pop machine completely free of charge.

This place is an absolutely horrible establishment if you like broken promises and horrible service this is the place for you! They told me that they would put my tires on the next day and I drove 2 hours to receive service I did not get. I will calling be corporate and reporting the awful service I gotten. I would suggest finding another shop to go to.

I dropped off a box truck at 10:00am on 7/1. Was told it would be completed by the afternoon and someone would call. No one ever did. Went back at 9:00 am this morning and was told it would be started on in an hour, I asked why no one called me the day before like they said they would, all I was told was we are busy. At 11:00am, the truck still hasn’t moved. Went back and asked for an explanation, and was told by the person working the counter that they didn’t know anything about it. Handed me my key back and said you can just leave. Asked to speak to the person in charge and was told he would call me. What a joke. No integrity, and no customer service. I have two box trucks, that I will now take to someone else and give them the roughly $3000 a year in business.

Good prices on tires but service is terrible and unsafe. My neighbor picked his car up and found out a day later his lugs were lose, I dropped my truck off to have the tires balanced and after they called and said it was ready I paid for it and left and my truck was still riding the same. I took it back and they said it was a mix up my truck had not been serviced yet. I figured that was a isolated event so I dropped it off 10/27/17 at 11am to have my wheels balanced, they never called so I went by the next day at 11 right before they closed and when I asked if they were finished they just looked at each other, they hadn’t even checked my truck out it was still parked in the same spot. The old delta world guys are gone this is just a tire shop don’t get any kind of work done there just buy tires even then you should inspect there installation .

This was my first time getting tires with Delta World Tire and actually really enjoyed myself while waiting for my tires to be installed. Glen and Patrick were awesome, they are a great team - very entertaining!! There pricing was on point and feel I got a very fair price on some good tires.Ive worked in similar industries (Motorsports and Tractor/Trailer Repair Service Department) so my expectations are pretty high when it comes to service and I have to say start to finish this was such a great experience, we wont be going anywhere else!!

I went there with my camper van while traveling through the area. They were able to fix my problem when 5 other places, including crown dodge, could not. Great shop. Great techs and great service writers. Thanks guys!!

Great tires they are there. And they have great products.

My husband buys me a brand new set of tires here. On the warranty it says free tire balance and rotation. My trucks starts shaking he brings it in and waits 2-3 hours for them to tell him the tires didnt need to be balanced but the shaking is from another expensive problem not the tires. He says they never even pulled up my truck to look at it. My husband convinced they just need to be balanced takes it to another shop pays $45 and no shaking the tires just needed to be balanced. I think they just didnt want to balance for free or maybe delta was just too busy that day. Im not sure but just wanted to warn others.

This is a great place for service and tires. Its great how they keep up with the care of my trucks and my car.

Tire was on rim and went to pascagoula tire where I was disrespected, and came here. Great, friendly people who could fix tire cause damage to side wall, but did change my tire for me. Awesome!

Had a blowout on 1-10.Had my car towed in and the tire replaced within 30 min. They even connected me with Chrysler for a new rim to be delivered to the store for installation. They even checked the under carriage for damage and the alignment. I would highly recommend this tire store to anyone in Pascagoula but more importantly to anyone in an emergency situation
