Disorganized mess.... they are about the worst one Ive been to. The self-service copy and print machines ARE BOTH DOWN and they dont seem to care. They arent rude, just lost and clueless.

Shelves are always empty as its only a matter of time before this place closes down. Never has anything in stock as the selection of products is just horrible or outdated. Better off just going to Best Buy or just ordering off Amazon.

The wait was 20 minutes to pay for printer ink, then it rejected my credit card and also the debit card! Ok, cash, but it took them more than 5 minutes to find change for my $100 bill!

Since not shopping there in a while because of the awful backlog of customers, I returned months later to find no backlog of customers and a different set of employees. I was greeted and offered assistance. I was in and out in a flash. So far, so good.

I love our Office Depot. I have been a customer at Pascagoula store since they opened. Everyone that works here is very pleasant and if their not they dont seem to be there very long. Mr. Roy is the sweetest man you will ever find. Everyone seems very to know their job and knows it well. Will continue to go there.

The print and copy people in Office Depot are so helpful. There were quite a few people in line, but they kept it moving pretty fast and still were able to get me exactly what I needed!

I went here the other day looking for a sleeve for my Fire HD 10 tablet. The first person I spoke with said to me in response to my inquiry, Amazon makes tablets?. WTF? So I asked for someone that works with the tablets. He called someone on his radio, and Kenny or Tommy or dont even care to remember his name arrived to help me. I asked him about a tablet sleeve and he walked me to the section of backpacks, and grabbed a $79 Tragus bag, and opened it, pulled out a tablet sleeve and said: Is this what your looking for? . I said Yes. He said OK, grabbed the bag and started to walk to the register. I said I only needed the sleeve. And asked if they sell just that. He said no, I have to buy the backpack. I told him I just need the sleeve, so Ill just go look elsewhere. He then started to go into all the features of the bag. WTF? I said I did not need the bag, just a sleeve. He said I told you already, you need to by the backpack to get the sleeve. I just walked out. They need to hire smarter people. 😡

The best Office Depot around. Im always in there and the people are the nicest Ive seen.

Just witnessed hwy robbery... Customer came in to mail a 18x3 inch piece of lightweight metal.... Asked for box... Was helped with a gigantic box 24x24... Box plus postage $24.50! Next tim customer...go to post office buy mailing tube(albeit square) for 3 bucks...and pay 7 to ship it priority mail. I myself experienced a 4 increase for my 18x24 print... Off to find a new place! Oh..if youre wondering about customer service...fair to unpleasant at best.

Office Depot is a terrible place to do any business. The manager was rude and very unprofessional. I went in bought a packet that was supposed to be complete but only had disk and booklet of instructions no forms at all. She wanted to give me another. I asked her if she would open it up and see if the forms were in it and she said not on your life. So I asked her for my money back and she refused said it was against store policy.

They might need a few more clerks.

Office depot on line ordering is horrible. Go to your local store. We ordered a bunch of stuff last week. Computers, monitors, supplies and etc. it was to be delivered today. So we called! They cancelled our order for no reason, did not call or anything. we called and we get India or some other foreign Country. All we got was we sorry we apologize and etc. Then we were told to go back on line and re-order and wait another 7-10 days.the local office depot has been awesome in trying to fix this issue but the online folks are idiots.

Bought a monitor from these guys with a SquareTrade Protection Plan on March 1. Asked their employee at the cash register if the plan included cracked screens, even listing a couple scenarios asking if it would apply, and the employee told me it doesnt matter how the crack happened it would be covered.As it turned out, once I actually tried to redeem the protection plan to get a replacement, it did not cover physical damage, despite their employee telling me it did.It appears Office Depot does not sufficiently train their employees on the garbage they are upselling and what the protection plans entail, what makes matters worse is there was a plan only $20 more that the employee didnt even mention to me that DOES cover accidental damage, even though I made it clear I was interested in the plans coverage of screen cracks.After talking to SquareTrade I called back Office Depot, and their tech manager at the time told me that this happens all the time, and if I brought the product in with the receipt they would try to help with SquareTrade. I took a long lunch one day in order to be able to bring the monitor to them.For their credit, they did what they could to find out how they could with SquareTrade, but still refused to honor the claim that their employee had made by replacing the monitor, citing their 14 days return policy. They also suggested I contact MSI, the original manufacturer of the monitor, to see if they would help me out.Regardless of the result with MSI, as long as Office Depot Corporate is having their employees upsell shit they dont understand and answer questions about things they do not understand, I will likely not be purchasing from them any time in the near future and I would reccomend if you do, DO NOT purchase a protection plan unless you have it in writing that it will cover the most probable damages to your device.

We went in to have some copies made this morning but the girl at the counter was extremely rude. While waiting for the customer already at the counter, we were shopping for reading glasses displayed nearby. She pointed out a sign and told me that’s where I needed to go stand. There was nobody else in line, so I asked her if I could shop while waiting. She told me “not if you plan on coming to this department.” Change of plans then.

Was trying to find some supplies for my son, the manager walked with me thru out the whole shopping experience and helped me find everything that I needed...

The employees where very nice and helpful.

This store didn’t allowed me to exchange an defective item and they told me have to call manufacturer to fix it. Never buy anything from Office Depot again.
