Arrived at 5:40pm to rent a truck that they had out front, walked inside and asked to rent it and was informed by The employee that the “uhaul portion” of the company was closed and the truck could not be rented until the following day, the door was wide open and unlocked, clearly not “closed” or locked, the sign out front said they closed at 6, and their Uhaul website online said they closed at 6; why is it they were “closed” when everything else clearly said they were open, including to door to the joint. Looks more like lazy employees ready to go home to me.

Rented a unit online and was promised easy access. I was then given a different unit that was out of the way. Also signed up on a promotion for second month free. Not only did I not get a second month free, but they emailed me saying they were increasing the rent, for the following month literally a week after I signed up. They also went out of their way to block access to my unit when I tried to get my cousin to put a chair in for me while I was in texas. If I could rate zero stars I would. Dont rent here.

The guy there was horrible. He blocked me from being able to put my friends chair and rocking horse into storage for her by closing and locking the main door to the storage rooms. They advertise 24 hour storage at all their stores but its not true with the one in pascagoula on market Street. False advertisement there.

The old folks working the front desk were no help at all.

Very rude Manager, I got a storage unit online. States 24/7 access. Went there at 1am gate code worked just fine, the site map they emailed was very generic after about an hour or so we finally found the right door to enter but the code didnt work on the door states no access to this area, we tried all the doors all states the same thing by this time weve been there 2+ hours and some man comes out yelling telling us we need to leave they are closed and they open at 8 come back then even thou its 24/7 access he wouldnt even let us talk so we left came back the next day and the door code works fine but the unit had a lock on it after about an hour the same guy comes out of no where (we never seen him, I was at the car) takes the lock off and leaves. Mind you its again like 2am. 3rd time going this time with a really big truck load again 1am door code dont work again, this time we knock on the managers door he yells thru the door, hes sleeping, we need to leave, its 1am, we need to come back at 8 were not allowed there this time I state its 24/7 access right? He states its 1am its not his problem we are using the wrong code blah blah blah he keeps yelling after about 10 mins of yelling he finally fixes the problem which was on their end he had to change my code. Still rude hands me the new code and walks off.

The employee was not kind and was not wearing a mask. I would not recommend using it.
