This facility has been our go to for over 8 years for any moving needs. Sheena and her team are fantastic to work with and the process is always drama free. Equipment is always clean and sound.

I would absolutely not recommend this U-Haul location to anyone ever. I had originally rented my U-Haul truck and add-on equipment from the Gautier U-Haul location on Old Spanish Trail, they claim to not have the 26-ft truck that I had rented at the Gautier location so they sent my reservation to the Pascagoula U-Haul location, while there are two other U-Haul locations in Gautier, one of which had the 26-foot truck and the equipment available that I had reserved (I found this out 4 hours into my rental agreement) and still charged me mileage from Gautier to Pascagoula. I showed up for a 24/7 truck rental at 6:00 a.m. only to find the vehicle without the required additional equipment in my reservation with significantly more damage than noted with their X decals. After spending 40 minutes on hold with U-Haul customer service trying to get this squared away and getting hung up on, I called the store manager on her cell phone that was posted on the door. So at 7:00 a.m. when the store was supposed to open she/no one was there. She claimed that she had some sort of vehicle problem and she would be there shortly and fix the situation. I told her I would come back and she could give me a discount for the miles that I would have to travel to get the equipment that I had rented. An hour later the woman contacted me telling me that they had previously rented the equipment that I had reserved, so they had none available. She also told me that she had no idea I had even made any reservations until the day prior. Even still, she did not try to contact me to tell me that she couldnt fulfill my rental agreement the day prior. She was unwilling to contact other locations in the area to find the equipment that I needed to fulfill my rental agreement as well. She told me I could call around and see if other locations had what I needed. This woman kept interrupting me on the phone as if she was going to correct the situation that that they had caused only to interrupt me without solution. A simple phone call to let the customer know that they didnt have the equipment available even a day prior would have been nice and I could have made other arrangements. I had to contact the U-Haul customer service line and spend an hour and 20 minutes on hold for someone to finally help me find the equipment (at another location in Gautier) I needed to complete my move. I ended up having to spend over twice as much to rent the equipment from another u-haul location to move as it is an add-on item and renting alone costs twice as much. Upon returning the truck (4 hrs early), my bill still showed charges for the equipment that they never provided me with! Im still waiting to get the finalized bill to find out if I need to file a dispute with my bank. In end, there are plenty of U-Haul companies on the coast, it would behove you to contact a different location a couple miles away instead of the headache/stress this one causes. My suggestion in the Gautier area would be Wild Lees Auto Sales, they were very helpful and even loaded and tied the equipment down in my car for me.

My dad returned the uhaul truck without realizing that he left behind one more box in the truck. The ladies there (I didn’t catch their names) notified him and returned his stuff. Good people!

Moving can be a hectic experience and every time I have rented a truck from other locations I have always had a problem or have been greeted by a rude employee. However I have now used U-Haul Storage of Pascagoula twice now and that is all thanks to Dana Sprouse!!! Both times I went to this location she greeted me with a smile was very helpful and had a great attitude! Your positive attitude actually made the moving process a little less stressful!!! I would highly recommend this location and Dana Sprouse for your moving needs!

Ashely Sheldon is amazing! She worked with me to get the right truck at the right price. U-Haul was local and had better trucks vs Penske & Budget. The truck was clean and ready the day she promised. I did a one way and she had it all set up and returning it out of state was no problem at all. Highly recommend this store for your moving needs!

Ashley Sheldon is a piss poor manager at best no problem solving skills and a nasty attitude Ive never been more disappointed in a customer service experience than I was today. I rent from uhaul several times a year and this is the first disgusting person Ive encountered Id get rid of her!

Had a reservation for pick up at 9 am. At 9:30 still no one had shown up. Had to call headquarters and they couldnt get a hold of the store manager. Was transferred to customer service to find another location. Never use the Pascagoula location to pick up a truck on a Sunday, because apparently your business is not important enough to even open the store.

Went to this location 3 times now and have had great services all 3 times they have the truck I need to rent even when I dont do a reservation and they are always willing to help me with questions I had

Had some issues with the uhaul on market street and they were trying to send me all the way to Alabama to get a trailer...... I called the corporate number and they sent me to this location where My husband and I met Chase who was absolutely amazing....he was very friendly and professional and we would recommend this facility to anyone who is needing uhaul and a good customer experience!!

I have been using Uhaul for over 15 years in (4) different states and I went in the Uhaul in Pascagoula, Mississippi today (02-14-2016) to inquire about truck rental for my potential move coming up and I experienced the greatest customer service ever. Ms. Ashley was very helpful and vast knowledge about all services. It seemed as if she was by herself and she was very prompt and extremely professional; which Ive seen many of these uhaul places lack! She was very efficient and such a pleasure to deal with! I work in customer service in cooperate everyday and was highly impressed, uhaul, youve hired a phenomenal employee! I do a lot of hiring and a just an average employee is hard to come by so therefore, a phenomenal employee these days are just very few and far between. Thanks so much Askley for you expertise and professionalism!
