The only one I trust my car with!I had my spark plugs replaced a couple years ago, and I had to get them replaced again due to another issue. He notified me that the last place had put some cheap spark plugs that he would never put in. I have taken my car there probably 5 times. They always get me in quickly, follow up and let you know whats wrong, and get your permission before doing the work. They came recommended to me by a friend, and they have not disappointed!

Accidentally ended up at this auto shop and im glad I did. Quoted brakes lower then 4 other competitors. Asked to look into a loud rattling noise on my car. Not only did he fix that but he patched my tire, fixed my bumper, and a couple of other things for only $45.00 extra bucks. Found my go to place for auto repair!!

These guys are great. Quick turnaround, fair prices, easy to work with. We went to them a few times, then found out some of our friends use them exclusively. Very satisfied with their work.

I dropped my car off at 9am. By one, the problem was diagnosed. My next call was to tell me it was ready. That was a week ago, and no issues. I plan to use them again.

Not a trustworthy business at all in my experience. Came here for a court ordered procedure to get breathalizer installed and decided I might as well get new battery while I was there as well. So I was given price before I left by the owner just to come back next day to an upcharge of more than $60! When I inquired about this he very rudely said he forgot and miscounted some of the fees involved including tax. I opted for my old battery to be put back in but they tried charging me for that to! Didnt appreciate the dishonesty at all and would not recommend Parsons Automotive to anyone.
