I was referred to Quality by a local car repair shop I have been using for years. They were unable to repair my exhaust for a reasonable price so they referred me to Quality Automotive. VERY impressed. Very professional, friendly, and honest. Jeff explained to me exactly what needed to be done prior to completing the work. I highly recommend them. And I love his dog. :-)

Got us in fast to change a brake line. Very friendly folks gave us a quote on the spot and stuck to the quote. Most importantly, they acted like they wanted the business instead of just trying to get us out of their office like a similar garage down the street. They had excellent communication, great service...no complaints. Will be using them going forward and recommend them.

Took my 2002 BMW there to have an exhaust gasket replace - the studs had rusted so badly at the joint they needed to be blown out with a torch. They got me in quickly and only charged me $100 - I would have gladly paid double as I already spent 3 hours at home trying to fix it. Seems like real honest mechanics with great rates.

I dropped my car off because it overheated. The guys checked it out and gave me their honest opinion and quote in my busted water pump. I wants sure that I wanted to fix it and they have me time to make my decision. They even offered cash for the car if I didnt want it. I ultimetly decided not to fix the car and get it towed off-site. I wanted to leave a review because everyone was friendly and gave me multiple options to handle the issue.
