Awesome local shop. Had previous work done (leveling kit) on my truck. Best price around and super quick. Came back almost 3 years later with unrelated concerns. Not only did he inspect the vehicle but also said he didn’t find anything wrong and assured me it was safe. It’s been a long time since customer service existed like this. 1000% recommed!

Called to check availability to get my suvs front suspension checked due to shaking when braking. The owner stated to me at 4 oclock in the afternoon are you crazy. I feel that is very rude given that they do not close until 6 oclock. I work at mount carmel east, third shift in the e.r., and am unable to schedule everything around normal business hours due to saving lives. But i must be crazy to think a shop would want my money only 2 hours before they close. Due to covid 19 i have been calling other shops to see their availability to get my issue addressed. Many of these shops respectfully told me they were already booked, not that i was crazy. I will definitely take my vehicle to a shop that doesnt think their customers are crazy for wanting to get their car issues addressed.

Ive never had to take my car to a shop until this past year and as you all know, it can be a scary thing! Especially for a female. By that I mean, most females arent educated in the way of mechanics. Even though I grew up with numerous older brothers I grew up learning auto mechanics and eventually making my own repairs. When that became to much, physically, my sons handled my repairs. However, some repair garages like to take advantage of people in general. At Peeks I have no reservations or worries and, are 110% confident and comfortable knowing my repairs will be completed honestly as well as efficiently. #honestmechanic.

I have been to this shop fur two unrelated things so far. The first time I went was after 3 different brand name shops(Firestone,Goodyear,NTB) could not diagnose my car. I took my car to him and not only did he tell me what was wrong, but he had it fixed within 2 hours and ready to drive home. Thus time was no different. He gave me excellent service at an unbeatable price. I wil go to him from now on for all my repair needs
