I chose Broad and York because they have great prices and I especially needed a great price as I needed a bigger storage unit. I’m happy that I got the second biggest storage unit and it comfortably fit all of my house furniture and more! I feel comfortable to add even more over time. I love that you can access your storage unit whenever as well!! It feels very safe and secure, the staff is great too!!

Great place to get boxes. They didnt have what I wanted up at the office but she was more than willing to go and get it from their supply room.

My friend rented at the Etna location but told me about how a girl at Broad and York helped with finding the right unit size and even waited for him past the time they closed to insure that he got it. Not every day that someone will wait around for someone they never met.

The place is set up really nice! Bob makes things super smooth in the office and has answers for everything. The location is well placed with the storages all decently priced. There are indoor climate controlled storages too for an affordable price. Would recommend going here even if you only need it for a month!

I was in need of a storage unit close to home. This company was found for me by my mother. We visited and was pleased with the unit that was shown to us. The location/unit is secure. Kimberlee and Bob are very professional, nice and friendly. Signing up for the unit was easy and fast. Multiple options available to pay for the unit monthly. Very pleased overall with the experience.

We Rented online. The process was very easy. The unit was clean and very easy to access. Complex is well kept and there are security cameras everywhere which makes you feel secure leaving your belongs there. The Onsite staff is very professional and easy to work with. Having Multiple ways to access your account (Online and at the Kiosk) makes it very convenient.

I have rented U-Haul‘s from this location a few times both for work and for personal use. Staff has always been very nice. When I rented one last week, I was running behind because of a work emergency and they were very nice about making sure to change my pick up time so my vehicle is still available.

Easily one of the better storage facilities around especially for the price. Great Location, Easy to Access, Gated, Recorded and Elevated. Only feature my unit doesn’t have that I wish did would have to be lighting.

Ive been renting here for about 5 years now. The ownership has changed hands several times, but the place remains the same. Nice sized units. People who run it have been friendly. Only drawback is the gravel roadways between the units are rutted and always contain water and mud. Also, my unit needs gravel in front of the door to bring it to the level of the roadway. Easy but secure access with coded gate.

Great place to get packing supplies

I have rented a unit at Broad York for 10 plus years. The storage site in convenient and well kept. When I have needed help with something, I have foundd the office hours to be good. The units are clean and the staff is very attentive.

Rented a space and UHaul last year before COVID and the staff was great and easy to work with. There were no problems with the storage unit or vehicle. Since COVID we have rented a second space and several vehicles using the online services and it has worked well also. Depending on the day and time, the UHaul check out site may be a little slow, so just plan ahead and start checking out a little prior to your rental time, but this is a UHaul problem, not Broad and Yorks Storage.

I have had a unit for several years. I have moved to Pennsylvania and decided to continue my relationship with York and Broad. But honestly, I don’t want to work with anyone else. They are absolutely wonderful, they have helped me through good times and bad. I will be a loyal customer and appreciate the caring, friendly staff.

I have rented a unit at Broad and York Storage for several years now. I have always found the facilities clean and well-lit. The few times that I have had any issues, the office staff have always acted quickly and professionally to resolve them.

Came to check out facility and ask a few questions. Bob (manager) was just putting the closed - be back sign on door to leave for lunch. Once he saw us, he opened the door and invited us in. He could not have been more accommodating and helpful. We had planned to visit a few other storage facilities, but after meeting Bob and seeing how neat and clean the facility is, we decided there was no better choice in the area. Great service is a rare commodity today, but it is available in abundance here!

After speaking with each one of them I drove to the Broad & York Storage facility and was pleasantly surprised by the professional and friendly salesman named Bob who assisted me in obtaining a rental unit. I have not been in the need of a rental storage unit for over 15 years and my last memories were not very positive of how storage units were kept and maintained. My sister, & brother in law have used these storage units, bob who runs the storage unit, hes Awesome, a really nice guy.

We have been using broad and york storage for 2 years now and are so glad we chose them for our storage needs. We moved out of state and really have a peace of mind knowing our belongings are safe and sound back in Ohio. We recently moved into a temperature controller unit and couldnt be happier. Knowing the storage facility is now gated makes us even more confident about our decision to keep our things here!

Broad & York is top notch. I wasted an hour shopping at different places after first contacting them. I couldnt be any happier. The staff is very professional, helpful and polite. My unit was immaculately clean. Everything is secure, there are multiple security cameras surrounding the property. If you need storage you cant do any better than B & Y.

I have never made it my mission to attack another company and until I did business with these people. I was told on 2 different occasions that I was purchasing a climate controlled garage and the second time it was with my best friend as a witness. First of all, their equipment is cheap and can easily be broken into. Second of all, when I called to try and figure out the steps needed to cancel the contract I was told that I needed to simply send an email and in ten days I would be in the clear. What their employee neglected to tell me was that once your money is drafted you are S.O.L.! Finally, as you can imaging most of my furniture was ruined with mold because of their inadequate facilities. Part of the reason I trusted these people is because the owner and his wife have this wholesome picture of themselves on the side of on their Uhauls. Dont do business with these crooks!!!!! If this message stops just one person from doing business with this outfit then my time spent on this review will be all worthwhile. BUYER BE VERY VERY AWARE!!!!!!!!!

The manager is very nice. Left the lock they provide in the machine when I first got my storage unit. Manager call me next day to let me know. I was so happy she called me. Besides, I had no idea they provided the lock. Bonus!

All I can say is they are the best I have ever rented from. They were so helpful when we moved in even though the guy that helped us was sick. I am so happy I found them on the internet. Once again Thanks so so much :)John Evans

Being able to just show up and use a kiosk to get a unit is an incredibly convenient feature. The space estimate it provides helped me make sure I was getting the best sized unit for storing everything!
