Do not use this branch. All they want is to do a rush job and get paid. Very unprofessional. They referred to the noise and error code displayed on my dashboard as Murphys law although my vehicle was running very well like new with no previous error codes or rattling noise prior to accident, but they passed the ball and recommend that i take it to the dealer as this was a rear ended collision and they did not see what lese to do other than repairing a fender and painting. The fact is I had to be taken to the hospital resulting from injury to my back and neck from the impact of the accident and my car is not running correctly.

I brought my pickup truck to Caliber Collision in 2019 to have some bodywork done as a result of a minor accident. After picking up the vehicle when the work was allegedly completed, and then washing it for the first time, I noticed that the chrome Silverado and LT emblems weren’t installed on the tailgate, yet were paid for according to the invoice. The clear 3M film at the rear fender had huge dime sized air pockets underneath which looked egregious being that the truck was black. I was however able to pierce the blisters and adhere the film to my liking. I called up Caliber to inform them that the emblems weren’t installed and to schedule an appointment to have them done. I was told I’d need to bring the vehicle in to have their service technician look at it first in order to verify that the emblems weren’t installed before they would schedule an appointment to do the actual installation. Being I wasn’t local during business hours, I indicated that missing two additional work days @ $520 a pop was a bit of a financial burden. I asked if I could send them photos so they could verify that the emblems were in fact missing and limit it to one trip, yet was denied that option. I decided that the lost work time didn’t warrant having to go back twice, and nixed having them done.Fast forward 2 years later:When washing my truck earlier today, a quarter size chunk of what appeared to be polyester body filler popped off of the tailgate where it had been repaired by Caliber. The metal beneath the filler was severely rusted and pitted. Based on the runaround from 2 years prior I decided to remove the rust and spot prime it to prevent further corrosion until I was able to bring it in for a correct fix or just repair and shoot it myself. After removing the rust and noticing the paint was poorly bonded to the remaining intact repair work, I called Caliber indicating I’d like it repaired and that I wasn’t looking for a freebie by exercising any warranty rights. When the technician looked at it, he asked what I wanted from him, that the warranty was void being I sanded and removed the rust. I strongly emphasized that I wasn’t looking for a freebie and what I wanted was to pay Caliber to repair it. He told me he’d need to discuss it with his manager. After returning from a discussion with his manager, he advised me to take it elsewhere, telling me that it would cost about $500 or more to do it right. I said fine, let’s do it as long as he could keep it at $500. He told me that negotiating with a customer isn’t Caliber’s policy, and that he didn’t want to do it, telling me to take it somewhere else, reiterating that the warranty was void. Huh? I had agreed to pay what he had just verbally quoted if he could in fact keep it within that number. As a result of my not so great experiences, I would highly recommend steering clear of this establishment.

Since utilizing Caliber Collision of Patchogue to repair damage to my 5 series BMW which was not very major, I have spent almost $10,000 out of pocket to repair what they repaired. Electrical problems with everything they touched, weld and seal issues, and their wonderful idea to GLUE trim onto the body of my vehicle. Not to mention the fact that my windshield from Germany sustained 0 damage and yet was replaced without me knowing about it or why. 11/10 would not recommend bringing your vehicle here

My 2020 Camry was parked and backed into by a truck. I didnt know who to take it to, so contacted my insurance for recommended collision repair specialists. Michelle at Caliber walked me through the process and guided me on what to do to get the repairs started. I received frequent phone calls from Mickey on the status of the repairs and what phase of the process the car was on. They completed the repairs a full week ahead of the estimated repair time! The repair came out flawless and the car once again looks brand new. Thank you Caliber Collision and especially Michelle and Mickey! Drives and looks terrific.

I bought my car from Carvana back in September and there were a few scratches and damages to the fender so called them up and was approved for repairs with Silver Rock who uses this location as its in house facility . Was I in for a ride, first step was to setup an appointment here with the approved work which I did in October . I bring my car in to be repaired to be informed that they need to take pictures and its not actually to be repaired which seemed odd as the work was approved by Silverrock and Carvana for the damaged areas. So I brought my car in and explained to them both companies have everything to move forward abd they stated this is another process so I let them take photos . This shop explained they need an additional 2 weeks to submit these photos to both Silverrock and Carvana and they would call me to move forward to set an appointment up. I said ok but thought something wasnt adding up so I called both Silverrock and Carvana with Silverrock explaining this is not normal since it was approved and I also confirmed with Carvana . I waited a couple days and figured I give this shop a call and explained to them what I was told again they said it would take 2 weeks so I called Silverrock up again explaining this to them and they had to reach out to the shop . After Silverrock finally explained this to the shop 2 a week later this shop calls me back to set up an appointment. At this point I needed to reschedule due financial reasons to pay for rental as the shop quoted 10 days of work to be completed. I had to delay this until December which I take responsibility for, that being said I took my car in on the first week of December . When I took my car in we did a walk around with all work to be addressed and Rob also documented everything. I was quoted with 10 days worth of work but was called up saying my car was ready 4 days later on December 16 th, when I picked up my I was on my lunch break and everything seemed fine until I looked at my vehicle thoroughly the shop caused damages to my front bumper without informing me and it started to fall down while driving they hot glue it or used bondo while this was not present when bringing my vehicle into this shop. The shop seemed to complete this in rushed fashion with not completing everything on the work order and leaving scratches to the area they were supposed to fix thats being billed to Silverrock and Carvana. I have had my vehicle back less then a week band have been on the phone with Carvana and Silverrock since last week for a proper resolution. Avoid this shop with all cost !!!

I am extremely disappointed in the work performed but more pressing is the fact that we are owed over $230 from you. After estimating that work would be completed within 7 days, it took a month. When the car was returned, the fender was falling off, one of the windows didn’t roll down and the speaker was blown. This created an additional inconvenience of having to wait for the car to be fully repaired. What was estimated to take one week, took six. You assured us that you would cover any additional rental cost from Enterprise and have not. After receiving a $30 check from you today, I am left even more frustrated. You should not be a pro rated shop through Allstate and I have recommended that to my agent. This issue must be resolved.

Caliber Collision made everything simple. No sooner did I speak to my insurance company, and I got a call from Caliber asking when I could come in. My rental car was all ready when I got there! I received a call every other day with an update on my repair. And it was ready 5 days before the day they promised. They did a great repair job, detailed my car so that it looked brand new. I highly recommend this body shop. They make having an accident an easy thing!!

This will be the second time Ive had a vehicle to this establishment. The first time was when they were just the Collision Centers, this time as Caliber Collision. But just like the first time, the entire process is amazingly fast and easy. My insurance company got me in immediately Monday morning after a weekend accident. They came out, inspected my entire vehicle, taking down meticulous information about what happened as well as modifications I had done, got me a rental car, and had me on my way in less than half an hour.I was contacted every 2-3 days with updates and making sure any questions were answered. I have to give a special reference to Tony, the gentleman who did my original estimate, handled the updates, and got my Mustang back into pristine condition. He was able to re-install aftermarket parts I had installed as well as took care of other cosmetic work I had done on my Mustang. They didnt just slap OEM parts back on to get it out the door. I wasnt expecting that at all, nor for them to get the cosmetic vinyl work done on top of everything.I hope to never have to go through it again, as we all would like, but if I did, or had to recommend somebody a place to go, this would be it.

Had an incident in my driveway with my tractor and my 2015 Highlander. These guys made the damage completely disappear. Flawless work. The vehicle was returned cleaner than when I brought it in. They did a great job fixing a dent in my front passenger door. Not only that but the level of service and communication was beyond anything I have ever experienced. They also vacuumed and washed my car and it looked great!!! If I wrote this review on my way out the door it would have been a 5. However the following day as I got into Patchogue and reached for my change container to pay for parking it was gone as well as all my silver change in my console. I know I signed a release that I removed my valuables but I never thought that was a license for them to take what they found in my car. So my advise is clean out your car before you bring it to them. Again their level of service was outstanding but someone out back is a thief.

I just picked up my car yesterday. I must say ive had good experiences in the past with another collision company but this experience is by FAR the best! The staff smile and are so nice!! I got constant updates on my car and they stayed on time. Even though i dropped it off a day before a major blizzard! When it was time to pick up my car i had to unlock the car with my remote just to make sure it was my car! They even detailed/cleaned the inside putting everything back where it was!!! I hope i never need to use a collision center again but i promise you if i do, it will be this one!!!!

I was shocked when a deer ran into my car on Sunrise highway, over $6,000 in damages. Between my insurance company (MetLife) and Caliber, all was well and done in a little over a week. I brought the car into my dealer for regular maintenance, told them the story, and they said they never would have known it. Thats what I thought. It was as though that accident was just a dream. Thanks to Caliber, Im back to normal in my even newer looking car. They did a great job: from reception to completion, it was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone!

Unfortunately, Ive been here four times for three different vehicle body repairs. They had me after the first visit, I wont go anywhere else. This is a shop that is clean, courteous and professional. They dont play games. They get your car fixed quickly and provide regular updates. The Collision Centers of Patchogue went above and beyond my expectations. I took my car there this past November 2017 following an accident and the entire staff was very helpful and kind and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Jodi at the front desk in particular was very friendly and reassuring. It was my first time bringing my car to a repair shop so I really didn’t know what to expect. It was really convenient also to be able to get and drop off a rental car at their location as well through Enterprise! Bonus...my car was finished even sooner than projected, and came back 10x cleaner than how I left it! (Sorry!!!) This company is ridiculous. No one knows what they are doing. The worst customer service I have ever seen. The reception personnel and geico adjusters are completely incompetent, not to mention rude. Just a bunch of dishonest low-class people. I brought my car in and asked for them to call before they started work. No one called and I was left with a big fat bill, and a bullshit apology. If you want to be taken advantage of, go to 112 automotive.

Great service. They changed names and ownership since I made this review.Recently my Tucson was hit & not being the negligent party - I was concerned about 3 things- How was my car going to be repaired by the other party? Where was it going to be repaired? How was I going to arrange for the rental & payments to coincide with the Repair Shop & my son starting the Academy for Corrections, all at the same time. We were driving all over for his uniforms & supplies. I thought my head would explode with details and planning.I called CCP & spoke with Jodie & she had me send over the estimate. She then scheduled a date & said not to worry- if there was any additional underlying damage they would contact the carrier. In meantime the carrier (NG) sent me a check. NG also approved the rental & I just covered the deposit. Enterprise is stationed at CCP & you can arrange a dropoff & rental pickup at same time. It works same when you are picking up your car when repairs are completed.Let me say CCP came recommended from the carrier National General. My company Geico, also recommends this shop. When you receive a referral from industry insiders- consider that a bonus. They tend to refer companies with good reps & trust me- they dont want the fallout or complaints if repairs are not properly executed. Think about it.By Jan2 when I dropped off- I was completely relaxed because Jodie had arranged everything efficiently & made me feel like I was the only customer on her radar. ( I work in sales - let me tell you- when you work with multiple vendors- deadlines- inquiries & tons of clients calling - this is no small feat ) Jodie leads you through it all and constantly keeps you updated. I even received a call from the tech- to tell me when the painting was done on the car. No other company I know has that tight follow up. ** This is a result of a hardworking front desk- Jodie working with a team that produces quality repairs- on or close to their ETA schedule. ** I say this-because MotherNature dropped a big noreaster, right after I dropped off my car- and I was not worried. I was confident in their service and expected fantastic results.Let me just say this- Jodie is a star- She knows what you need & how to accomplish it in the easiest & fastest way. Dont be disappointed if they have to reschedule- it means- they want the time necessary to work on your car properly & not RUSH the repair. Let them do their job. The repair work totaled at $2052.00 paid by NG- and I can honestly say- I am ecstatic to have my car back- and the results are perfect. My car looks brand new like the day I purchased it.If you want GOOD QUALITY WORK with attention to detail, in a clean and professional shop- this CCP is for you. Professionally, businesses rely upon my referrals for partnerships & I Only recommend the BEST. So when you call or visit - tell Jodie that Donna recommended you . You will not be disappointed. My car was taken to The Collision Center of Patchogue after I was in an accident. This was the first time I have ever been in a car accident, my car was not drivable, so inevitably I was having major anxiety regarding the whole experience. From the moment I walked into the shop I was treated like I was their only customer, considering this is a very busy auto shop this surprised me. The staff was caring and empathetic to what I was going thru and walked me thru the entire process start to finish. The adjuster (who offices right on site) was there to assess the damage, which allowed them to fast track my repair. I was assigned Susan as my account representation, who called me regularly to advise me of progress and made sure all of my questions were answered. My car was ready 5 days earlier then their initial estimated date of delivery. Susan was in the office when I came to pick up the vehicle and she walked me thru the work they did on the car. My car was beautiful and looked brand new again and it drives like nothing ever happened! I was able to drop my rental off right on site which was great too! Overall I have nothing but great things to say about The Collision Center, the communication and helpfulness their staff offered was above and beyond anything I ever expected.

What started as the sickening thud of a rear end collision 40 miles away near my job in Mineola ended with a truly remarkable experience. I have GEICO insurance as did the other driver so the transaction was easy. GEICO has a representative right at The Collision Center as well as Enterprise car rental. All three businesses interdigitated their activity flawlessly. The car rental tool moments and went flawlessly. The repairs to my 12 year old van took under a week. The Collision Center restored the van beautifully. I take very good care of it mechanically and the beautiful flawless job this body shop did justice to my care of the van. They delayed the vehicle inside and out. Interaction with the staff of all three companies was easy, friendly and pleasant and they kept me updated throughout the process. I would definitely recommend all three.

I have to say that the service I experienced was beyond excellent. They told me my car will be fixed in 3 days and not only did they follow through with their promise...they called daily to give me the status. The repair was excellent and they even cleaned my car inside and out and armoralled the tires. I had a claim through geico who was actually on site. When I arrived to drop of my car, there was a rental car waiting for me. I was in and out in about 20 mins. I didnt particularly like the rental car provided but that was to no fault of theirs, it was the only one available at the time. I was accommodated the next day and was provided with a new rental that was sooooo much better. If I could give them more than a 10...I would!! Good job Collision Center!!!!😄😄😆😆

READ THE REVIEWS. I took my car there on the recommendations of GEICO after hitting a deer and this was a GEICO EXPRESS location.Dont let the word Express fool you, they are not even close. The estimated time to repair 9 days, the actual time to repair.......29 Days.Several waiting on a part reports from them which started about a week after giving them the car. When you call, be prepared to leave voice messages that will not be returned. When I got a hold of the GEICO adjuster, he couldnt explain the delay, said that they had to get the radiator a couple of times because the wrong one was sent. He has an office there in the shop and told me that every time he looked, my car was in the shop. Now either he was lying or the shop is incompetent, Im pretty sure it was both.Now I know my car is exotic and it may be hard to find the parts, oh wait, its a 2012 Chevy and there is a dealership about 4 miles down the same road.The shop had no explanation, when asked I got a vague answer.DO NOT USE THEM.I also have dropped GEICO and saved big time with USAA.

You metioned you had a dent on your car, but it was more than a dent, it was in a small accident. I wont say the amount on here for your confidentiality.I checked the automated date & time stamped log that follows the car through the shop in our management system, It shows that you dropped your car off on Friday 9/7, parts were ordered and begain repairs and the car was finished on 9/14. I am not showing that the car was here for 4 weeks.As far as the overspray problem, I cannot say what happened as I wasnt invloved. But my staff should have tried their best to resolve the problem reguardless if the spots were there or not. We do take pics of every customers car the day they get dropped off at our shop for this reason. I am sorry if there is spots inside the car at this point, But I can assure you we would have tried to make it right. I dont think anybody lied to you, so to say anything about being a cheap liar, was uncalled for.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. Needed a repair on a dent in my car. They told me 1 week tops. Every week when I called they said for sure it would be done that week. It was there for 4 WEEKS. When I got it back, there was overspray all over the front of the car. White speckles of paint everywhere. I brought it in and they said it was already present, which was impossible, so I fought with them until they showed me the before photos THEY had taken. This proved it was indeed their overspray. Finally they agreed to buff it out. Took 1 week. Got the car back, and now there are droplets of WHITE PAINT INSIDE MY CAR. Such a headache, not worth it. They are CHEAP LIARS. Do not bring your car here!
