Tier 1 Collision is the best! They have become my go to shop for body work after my experience with them! Got my driver side door dented in and scratched, emailed them for a quote and got a quick response, had my car repaired by the end of the week! Anthony and his crew is super friendly and makes sure youre informed every step of the way! They did an awesome job, you cant even tell there was ever any damage. All I can say is that Tier1 is awesome! My SUV looked like someone had taken a can opener to the side of the vehicle after a large truck rammed into me. I decided to go with Tier1 after seeing Yelp reviews and lots of before and after pictures of other vehicles. I thought that no one could be that good! Well, he is! Great place to take your car after a collision if you want to get it backfast. If you have previous experiences like me at bigger collision centers, you know it will take two to three weeks to get your car back. They took four business days to have my car ready (the front bumper and right front lights had to be replaced). One of my friends also took his car there to repair a big scratch on the right front door and they repaired it in one business day. On top of that Curtis is a very honest guy. I really recommend this place

Of all things I can say about this shop is the Professionalism they carry. I am beyond grateful to the staff and body men here at this shop. They kept me updated on the progress and were very thorough on the repairs to make sure my jeep ran properly after my accident. The only issue I had was with my insurance dragging on the approval of the shops findings and additional repairs.

I couldnt be more thrilled to post this review. My pristine 2017 BMW M6 was involved in a collision that caused significant front/rear damage. Being relatively new to Patchogue I had no idea of where to turn to get the damage repaired. I happened to cross a review that someone posted where Tier 1 had worked on their 911 turbo. I read the remaining reviews and it seemed like a no brainier.Well, it was. These guys are the real deal. I will specifically call out Henry and Anthony but the entire team is wonderful to deal with. In particular, Anthony has some of the best communication skills Ive encountered in 20+ years of business. I always knew exactly what was happening with my car.Moreover, Anthony is a relationship guy. In other words, he has excellent relationships with the insurance adjusters. Let me be clear, nothing about a car accident is good, but having your body shop have a good relationship with your insurance adjuster is priceless... It simply makes the entire process a lot easier and smoother than it might otherwise be.

I took my vehicle here after getting hit on the side if my car. Im glad I did. The people here have amazing customer service and made me feel at ease. This was the most professional car experience I ever had. The tier one staff took care of all the arrangements including insurance calls and a rental car. My fathers car left there in better than showroom condition. These guys are the best in the business.

I am impressed with the results. I am a very particular (usually dealership only) type of girl and after examining closely for 2 days I have not found any issues. I had minor scratches and a bent rear quarter panel it took 5 days to repair. When I picked my vehicle up upon completion everything was perfect..They even detailed it for me! So the work is a 5 stars and nothing less of an A+.

I had my rear panel done over and it looked like a brand new truck when it was done. Paint job was perfect. When I was there and needed a rental they took care of it for me and I was on my way in minutes. They do an amazing job. I wouldnt go anywhere else again. Very professional. Highly recommend.

Going there for auto body repair is absolutely worry free. They deal with everything, rental car and repair cost increases way above the insurance estimate and so on. We received the car back sparkling clean. Everybody there is friendly, communication is great and they exceed expectations in every respect.

Been here for two different accidents and to be honest, Im never bringing my car anywhere else. They do an amazing job and the service is top notch. That being said, both accidents were paid for by insurance (because they were both the fault of someone else), so I dont know how their pricing is! But everything else is great and if I need a body shop again I know where to go :)

5 stars. I broke off the passenger side rear view mirror on my car and needed to get it fixed ASAP. I took my car to this shop. Ray was a very nice guy and fixed the mirror within a day. He was even nice enough to give me a ride back home. Ray purchased this business recently and I know the shop did not have a great reputation prior to him taking ownership.

The best experience I have ever had with an auto body shop hands down. Curtis and Anthony from Tier 1 have been very communicative throughout the whole process involving my 2014 Porsche 911 Turbo getting sideswiped. They supplied updates regularly, along with pictures from the day the car was left at the shop until the day I picked it up. When I got to the shop the car was restored back to perfect factory condition. You could not even tell the vehicle was involved in an accident. These guys are the best and the real deal! Excellent work, excellent service. As other people have said, you cant tell the car was in an accident--and this is after the front end was seriously damaged. They took care of getting us a rental car, as well. Extremely patient with us as we took some time deciding which shop we wanted to use for the repairs. After getting into an accident, I searched for a collision center in my area. Conveniently located just north of Sunrise Highway, local to home, I found Tier 1 Collision Center. I called the office to set up an appointment for an estimate and to my surprise, I was told I could come down same day for an estimate. Tier 1 Collision worked with my insurance company and worked quickly and efficiently to get my car back to me in a timely manner. My car came out perfect, you cant tell it was ever in an accident. Curtis and his team were extremely helpful and accommodating. 5 stars for a stress free experience during a stressful time.

Do not second guess yourself with bringing your car to Tier 1. if you are 5, 10, even 25 miles away this is the shop you need to go to if you need anything done to your car. They easily had 10 maybe 15 cars (maybe more they were always busy) and managed to get my car done with in 3 weeks (mainly due to my insurance) super fast, very inexpensive and their attention to detail is remarkable. You will have to be lying to yourself to give them anything other than a perfect score.

It is my pleasure to write a review for Tier 1 Collision Center. I had a pretty bad dent on my Honda Civics front bumper due to an accident and needed my left headlight completely replaced as well as the fender. I found Tier 1 through the positive Google and Yelp reviews which were all very true to what I experienced. These guys did amazing work on my car in a timely manner: the fender looks new, the paint job was extremely well done, and the new light is great. They were also very helpful in keeping me in the loop with what they were going to do. The prices are also reasonable and they talk you through which parts they will order. In the end, the repaired area ended up looking better than its pre-accident condition! Very great work done by genuinely nice people! I would definitely recommend them to anyone around the Long Island area!

Sneaky lying scum, all their reviews must be from friends and relatives. Missing badges and trim pieces after my repairs. Over-spray on door seals, no paint on parts that were prepped, still in primer. Removed expensive OEM pieces and put on cheap Chinese replacements. It was an insurance job so these scumbags wanted to make as much profit as possible and screw me on the deal. On top of that, it took them almost 2 months just to do the repair (which was only door damage) and stuck me with the additional costs on my rental car even though it was totally out of my control.

When my car, had an unfortunate encounter with another car Costco parking lot a few weeks ago, I was understandably distraught.I was even more distraught when I learned after getting several quotes from auto body shops for the bumper that it could cost anywhere in the neighborhood of $600 - $900 to get fixed.Unsatisfied with paying almost $1,000 for a brand new bumper when mine was still perfectly functional and just needed some TLC, I yelped auto body shops and Tier 1 Collision Center appeared, along with glowing reviews.As soon as I pulled up to the little shop thats just across from 7-11 on the corner of Roxborough Ave, Anthony himself emerged from the garage, shook my hand and asked what was wrong with my baby. When he then took a look at her, popped the bumper back into alignment, wiped the paint scratches from the other car off and gave me a quote for $380, which he proceeded to knock down to $300 right on the spot, I was sold.I dropped it off for him during lunch one day, with the expectation hed be done in three days. He called me at the end of the second day saying it would be ready at noon the following day. I was out of town then, but he had no problem keeping my car until I returned the following week, and not only was she fixed as if shed never had her bumper crunched, she was clean and shiny inside and out.I cant sing Tier 1 and Anthonys praises high enough. He was far and away the most empathetic, friendly and all around nice guy I dealt with throughout the painful ordeal of fender bender to quotes to fixed and done.If you need any autobody work of any kind, please, please, PLEASE go to Tier 1 for a quote from Anthony. You wont be disappointed - trust me.

If I could give this disgusting place a minus 5 stars I would. I just got my car back after 34 days these incompetent people had my car and they not only didnt fix my car properly, Im missing pieces that were there when I sent my car in. None of my lining in my trunk is fastened down with all nuts and bolts missing, my car Jack is missing. I had to call them to find out what was going on after Anthony telling me its the insurance company, I spoke to the insurance company and he was just trying to get more money out of them. These guys are nothing but scam artists. My trunk wont close unless I push down on it. Im disgusted and hope these people dont get any more good hard working and honest people for hard earned wages.. I will now be contacting my lawyer and dealing directly with insurance company so thank you so much Anthony for not fixing my car! Ill be writing to the Better Business Bureau and you will absolutely positively be hearing from our lawyer Dont go to this place its terrible. Very disappointed with car wash. Very sloppy. They spraied brand new $70K dashboard with shinny wax including steering wheel. The grip its not there same anymore. Now its not just shiny, it also smells. Never go there again.

Its hard to know where to start with this review as there are so many great things to share about my experience with Curtis and the rest of the amazing team at Tier 1 Collision in Patchogue. I guess the best place to start would be the most important part - the quality of the work, which was absolutely perfect! I swear that the car looks better now than the day I bought it! The service was absolutely top drawer, from the moment I first called them to make an appointment for them to assess and give me a quote on the damage. They have a lovely and clean waiting area where you can watch TV, use their wifi connection, and have filtered water or a hot drink. The quote they gave me was very competitive and they dealt with the insurance company so that I didnt have to. They gave me a loaner car which was absolutely vital for me as Im a single guy with no one to run me around! They took care of the work in record time, which is impressive given how popular and busy they are.
