I had them come to my job to replace the front windshield. The guys who came were professional and did a fantastic job.

Booked An appointment for a windshield replacement. Took 2 months to get, a day before they called me to verify the appointment and it was fine. An hour before my appointment they called and said they didn’t have the part in yet and I would have to reschedule. So I had to reschedule my detailing appointment for my car. I then had an appointment for it another month wait. They never called me to verify the appointment. I got to the place and said it will be ready in 2 to 3 hours I had a ride there and back I took an Uber. They called me 20 min later saying that the windshield they got was scratched during shipping and I would have to make another appointment. I also had to cancel my detailing appointment for the second time This is going on over 3 months now and I still never got a new windshield. I have to pay 50$ deductible after the job is done when I already paid over 50$ to get a ride to the place to get home for them to Call me to say come back and pick it up. Had to take an Uber 3 times in less then 20 min costing me more then my 50$ deductible. Also cancelling on my detailing guy 2 times already. VERY DISAPPOINTED

I scheduled an appointment with Safelite to fix a chipped on the front windshield. They gave me a window from 12pm to 5pm. On the day of the appointment, Joe called at 11:30am said he will be here at 12pm. Very efficient. He said it will take 15 minutes and I can be on my way.He did a fantastic job cleaning the debris and sealing the chipped. You can barely see it anymore. Big thumbs up to Joe. Professional all the way. Thank you, Safelite for saving my windshield.

When I arrived to pick up my car after the initial repair the new windshield had a 12” crack in it I was not informed of. I was then given a new appointment for 2 weeks later. The replacement glass “didn’t arrive” after begin hung up several times I called the 800# and found out that the replacement glass was never ordered. Michael from the Patchogue location refused to let me speak with a manger, was rude, condescending and spoke over me and when I raised my voice to speak over him to express my frustration I was hung up on. Very unprofessional I would strongly suggest using a different shop so this dose not happen to you.

Fairly quick and very respectful. They explained everything and did everything up to standards.

The job was unprofessional. I had a 2 oclock appointment, they did not take the vehicle in until 3 oclock. Then from there it was another 1.5 hours. The door is not reassembled properly, there are gaps and everything in rattling inside.You cannot get anyone on the phone, because apparently due to COVID the only safe way to contact safelite is on their web site. I guess you can catch COVID from a phone conversation.Very disappointed. And deserves ZERO stars

It took two visits to get my windshield replaced and I live more than an hour away. This caused me to have two separate appointments. I dont know if this is because of my insurance or of them but it was very inconvenient to drive more than an hour twice

Waited 10 days for a replacement windshield and agent arrives with the wrong windshield (No call or confirmation prior to appointment to confirm proper windshield). The Office manager was passive aggressive, rude and condescending. Will never use Safelite again. Terrible experience.

Couldn’t be happier with this shop They exceeded my expectations.Had cracked windshield on Rav4. Had 7:30 am appointment on this past Friday. Was able to drop off Thursday before closing so they could secure vehicle in shop overnight.Received call and email before 9:00 am that work was completed.Job was perfect, clean and all stickers looked perfect (like they had never even been swapped) Registration, inspection, even toyota maintenance sticker transferred as well as EasyPass retainer stripsAll weatherstripping and moldings perfect and no evidence that anything was disturbed in installation.Even “lane departure” warning camera worked perfectly when testing in drive home. (I didn’t know this beforehand but camera mounted on inside of windshield has to be recalibrated when windshield replaced) Receptionist in office professional, courteous, and processed me out very quickly.Totally satisfied with my first experiencehere !!

I had the tech come out to the home last week. I received several emails stating his arrival along with a picture of my tech for identification purposes. I also received a phone call 30 minutes prior to his arrival. I was the first stop on an early Saturday morning. The tech was upbeat and friendly and did an amazing job! No complaints what so ever. Top notch service!!! Will never use anybody else as long as the service to the customer stays a priority and the work is quality. Good job Safelite!

They came to replace a windshield on my Van took the old windshield out found a dime size hole of rust taped my wind shield back in and left. Cant drive the car because my wind shield will fly out Not very satisfied

Great and friendly place. Repaired a chipped glass on my cars windshield to an appointment I made online. Came to me so it was super convenient. The guy that fixed my glass was very nice, completely the job in about 15 minutes. Pretty quick. Definitely will be using them for future glass repairs.

Very professional. Took me at scheduled appointment. Finished in last than the expected time. Replaced with exact jeep windshield with jeep in etching. Reprogrammed computer so all worked including XM navigation etc. The customer service and mechanics very nice and friendly.

Kyle showed up today to replace my windshield on a black 2010 nissan pathfinder. He was very friendly, and professional, and he did a great job. He was even able to get my inspection sticker off my old windshield onto the new one. The type of service he provided is exactly the type that makes me want to share my great experience with others to also use Safelite in the future. I highly recommend them.I was very happy with Kyle, and as someone who manages a business, I feel he should be considered for promotion if one opens up. He clearly goes above and beyond, and thats the type of leadership and effort that should be rewarded! My only regret was that I didnt have any cash on me, or I would have given him $20 or so as a thank you. Thank you Kyle, you were great!

DO NOT USE. They replaced the windshield on my car. Not long after the side panel came flying off while driving on the LIE. Made an apt for them to come from 8-12 to replace the part. By 12:45 didnt hear anything so I called them and spoke with this nasty woman who just kept repeating, hell be there in 15 min. Tech shows up without the piece they came to replace... says he will pick it up and be back in 20 min... Over an hour later I called him only to have him tell me he is on his way to pick up the piece now and will get back to me when hes done. So its going on 6 hours of waiting around... Definitely would never use again.

Dont Ever Use Safelite - What they dont tell you is that if they try to repair a simple star or chip in your windshield they may crack the entire windshield which can result in Thousands of dollars in repairs. They broke my windshield and when I flipped out and told them that I should have just got a repair kit at the auto store they agreed. Then said didnt the manager tell you that we may crack your glass. NO Then they said that the windshield is on back order and they dont know when they can get it . 2 week go by with a huge crack right in my sight line and I called to find out where the glass was. No response for 5 days. Finally I got fed up and called Volvo myself and they said they can get the glass i 2 days.Got it done by a real glass shop.What a Terrible company. You have been warned.

I am Agent Staff at a local State Farm Agency. We have many customers who use Safelite, some of whom are referred by our office. I have a long time customer who needs a windshield repair. Usually Safelite calls and files the claim for the insured and gets all the proper authorization numbers and makes this as smooth as possible for the client. Not this location. They made the appt last week and spoke with the client taking all the pertinent info and then waited until she got there to tell her she needed to file the claim and obtain all the info and authorizations herself. I have NEVER in my 15 years with State Farm had to have a client have to file for Safelite. I will never recommend this location to any of my customers and will be sure to tell all of my clients to stay away. Very inconvenient and not what we expect from a national brand.

Great job replacing my windshield!

Replaced my windshield. Roof liner hanging on both sides. They claimed it was like that before installation. You would think if that were true they would of pointed it out to me before they started. Also windshield leaked causing rain water to collect in passenger foot well.

Kept me informed and was very efficient. Easiest process from the follow up phone call to the final handshake!
