You can trust Riteway. Sandro and crew do not perform any work that is not needed. They will tell you if your repair is covered by your manufacturers warranty. I had a battery with a leak, only 16 months old, I was told it should be covered by warranty, they even offered to talk to the dealer. It was covered, no problems. It’s so nice to have a high level of trust with your mechanic. They do great work, my daughter travels from NJ to have any major car work done. It is a pleasure dealing with Riteway, easy to get appointments and fantastic people.

I have been taking my vehicle to Riteway Automotive for over 5 years now and have always received amazing professional service every time. I would not even consider taking my vehicle anywhere else for any type of repair. I have never received service of this quality anywhere else in all my years of driving. Sandro and his team are extremely knowledgeable and skilled and they have always taken care of my vehicles every need. There have even been a couple of occasions where a sudden unexpected repair need popped up and they were able to take care of me on extremely short notice and get the vehicle repaired and back in my possession in less than one day. They actually deserve more than 5 stars on the rating but 5 is the highest I can give!

I was chasing a noise on my daughters car for months. I was unable to find the issue. I took the car to Riteway Auto Center where I had the engine mounts replaced (11 year old car). Unfortunately the noise persisted. I spoke to Sandro numerous time in regards to the noise, he was patient and wanted to get to the bottom of the noise as well. He even came to my house on a Sunday morning to meet with me to troubleshoot the problem. I never heard of a mechanic that makes house calls. Long story short, Sandro found the problem and made the repair and didn’t charge me a dime. I will not bring my cars to anyone but Riteway.

This business charged a customer for a oil change and an inspection. They conducted the State Inspection then followed by saying the Tints needed to be removed before they issue a sticker. NOTE. Bill has already been Paid in Full. Then they attempt to sell their tint removal service after they already took the money. I am an independent operator and proceeded to remove the tints off my customers vehicle at no charge as he was already upset.I can understand that they can not issue an inspection unless the vehicle is in legal order. Understandable.The reason they will get 1 star from me is because they also attempted to sell the customer two new Air Intake Filters that were not necessary. We removed the filters and it is unnecessary for them to be changed at the current time. On top of filter service they informed the customer that they needed to change their Power Stearing Fluid and that it was black when it is supposed to be amber in color. True Fact. So I went ahead and checked the Fluids. Power Steering Fluid was clean as can be. No dark tint, no metal flakes. Stay away from additional services at this shop that you did not go for. And get an independent inspector to perform a quick check before paying HUNDREDS IN UNNECESSARY SERVICES. Services in which shops such as this will probably not perform but pass off as if it was done.

The first encounter with Riteway was when my car wouldn’t start at Waldbaums. AAA towed me to his shop. He informed me that it was simply a loose battery cable, and didn’t charge me anything. He could have upsold me a new battery or told me I needed repairs that weren’t needed. Has taken care of mine and my sons trucks for years. Don’t go anywhere else!!!
