I dont know why there are a ton of negative reviews because this place is great. The furniture there is great quality and its the Outlet store so you can expect its the floor model but there are some brand new pieces there as well. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the furniture. The sales representative Mario was great with a painless transaction. Delivery guy Henry was awesome as well with my couch being delivered the next day. He wrapped the couch and handled it with care. All in all this place is great. Overlook all of the people who complained about issues, shop here.
Purchased bedroom furniture from the Patchogue store (which is now CLOSED) it came defective and damaged in Nov 2020. Still fighting and waiting for their insurance to replace furniture. Its totally ridiculous!

If I could give Jennifer 0 stars I would. I would NEVER shop here again let alone refer this place to anyone. useless employees. No one ever answers the phone. They just take your $$ and then you never hear back from them unless you show up at the store and throw a fit. Ordered a couch back in July still have yet to receive it. I don’t even want it anymore. I will be disputing the charge. Best of luck to filing bankruptcy yet again.
Not much for service...walked around during 70% sale moving sale, no one asked if we needed help, or showed us around...seemed like EVERYTHING was overpriced and then discounted just like momma said...
No matter how good prices are, I would never recommend or buy from this place again. Only one sales person who helped us and didnt start screaming and cursing while we were there. They never answer the phone. Condescending delivery person. Never have I had a delivery service where the company is hands off and the delivery person doesnt give you the price for delivery or a date and time. Horrible company, if I could I would be giving negative stars.
I will never buy furniture from this company again. I bought bedroom furniture from them which was delivered to me back in December. One of the nightstands came damaged and the replacement nightstand was then delivered in February. The replacement nightstand unfortunately ended up being a different color from my other nightstand and after several calls to the store, they finally agreed to send another nightstand. They told me however I would have to wait another 6-8 weeks for the nightstand and that they could only send one. I tried explaining to the manager Andre that it might be a good idea to send two instead of one since there was a difference in color the first time. He told me that has never happened and would only send one nightstand. I finally got my nightstand delivered today and they are still not the same color. I am beyond angry with this company and that I have to keep going through this. Had the company sent me two new nightstands that they know match in color, this issue could be resolved but instead I am still left with two different color nightstands. I am tired of repeatedly calling the store at this point but this is not the way you treat customers. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received and will never purchase any furniture from them again. When customers spend money, they should be happy with their purchase and not have to go through grief if their is an issue with the merchandise they receive. Shame on Jennifer Furniture and their customer service!
We purchased furniture during their closing sale, which offered 50% to 70% off of ALL their remaining inventory of furniture. Although, my husband & I got a great deal on a vintage 100% leather plush & reclining sofa, in the color of denim blue! Along with, a 100% wool area rug with faded white accents that was displayed under the couch that we purchased.The only upsetting thing is the rocking, recliner chair that we purchased (keep in mind everything was on sale), and therefore ALL FURNITURE was a FLOOR MOFDEL—as FINAL SALE too! Meaning, there’s NO RETURNS!!! Just like the electronics on the couches reclining featuresHere’s the problem with my reclining chair. At the store, it wasn’t plugged in so we had to ask three or four times for someone to plug it in so I can test it, and to make sure it wasn’t broken, plus being sure that the electronica functions worked out—reclining electronically ?!?!?!?Needless to say, intuitively I felt that my chairs “electronics” and my ability to then utilize the reclining feature because it had obviously already had mechanical issues and vulnerabilitiesin its reclining functions! Meanwhile, Jennifer’s Furniture (now located in Sayville), CANNOT FIX IT, and doesn’t have any servicer/s Dept! In order to mitigate these issues! NOR, were they able or had the ability to advise us on HOW/WHERE we can GET ANY OF OF THE PARTS NEEDED for US TO & FIX” IT!!! Mind you, I’ve only had the chair since late November of 2020, and reclined in it about 4 times!!!! Now it’s USELESS!Moreover, there’s NO MANUAL HANDLE EITHER!!!So, you can’t recline the chair, irregardless of whether the “electronic features” are working or not; there should be a manually working handle on the side of the recliner!Wouldn’t that be the best option and the most cost effective solution?!?!?!? Hey is that if you were thinking about purchasing furniture from Jennifer’s Furniture, my suggestion is just to remember the old adage of, “BUYER BEWARE!! 😉

Been waiting MONTHS for my sofa. Stock order, nothing custom. Nobody has any information. Nobody answers when I call the store. Already went there once to complain, looks like I’ll need to go back again today. Never had these issues at Raymour in Patchogue.UDPDATE: they told us they were FINALLY delivering it yesterday. Gave us a window of 8a - 6p, aka wait around all day for us. THEY NEVER SHOWED. When my wife called, the answer was “they didn’t have a truck today”This is what you’re dealing with if you make a purchase from Jennifer in Patchogue. DONT DO IT!! Raymour is 3 minutes down the road!
This is our fourth purchase since 2015 from Jennifer Furniture. We purchased 4 sofas in total, 1 recliner sofa set, a kitchen table set and couldn’t be happier with the quality of the products and the hospitality of the staff. We keep coming back because Jennifer furniture is the only place where you can customize your sofa. Pick any sofa style, pick the fabric and color you like and the type of mattress for the sleepers. Thanks to Andre for being so patient and for the great price. He knew exactly the style we were looking for and showed us several options. The staff is never pushy, but when you need them they are very attentive. A great shopping experience for us always. We will be long time customers for sure !
Be careful when a store takes your deposit and goes bankrupt, opens back up and all the same employees work there. Never again, stay clear of here! 2nd time they have filed for bankruptcy. Now ill see them in CourtUpdate:that email provided is a joke, he got back to me saying he doesnt work for jennifer anymore. Sad that a hard working family has 1500 bucks ripped off from them. Im sure you got your money for the warranty i paid for. I will take this to social media, i will make it known how little a company cares.
First time there, the Sales Associate greeted us very pleasantly. Big show room.There was soo many different styles, sizes and shapes of furniture to choose from.Some really nice convertible pieces also.We found some nice pieces.
Best experience at a furniture store we’ve ever had. After looking at multiple stores for a sectional and feeling like the salespeople might follow us home they were so pushy, we decided to stop at Jennifer. Andre helped us find the perfect sectional and never made us feel pressured. Gave us a fair price on a very nice couch. We will definitely be shopping there again and highly recommend this store.
I walked in to the patchogue/Holbrook store ..Andrè greeted me with a warm smile ..stayed close by while I figured out measurements/colors for my new sectional . the store is very clean (unlike the Coram store, which I tried the day before..Gross) ordering was made easy as Andrè took over ..I hope I love my new couch as much as I loved my customer service experience! Wait time, 12-13 weeks is kinda long but I am special ordering the color and location of recliners ..So wait time is totally expected. I would def order from Jennifer Furniture again
The store is very large, clean, and organized with furniture of all type. The staff (Mr Edwards) was knowledgeable and patient. We love Jennifers for years we have patronized them and and have come away with quality merchandise each n every time. Prices are a tad high. Hence the missing star.

She knew my price point and shower me exactly what I was looking for! I bought 11 pieces from here for my new apartment and Im super happy with the quality of each piece! This place is absolutely my go to spot if I ever need any furniture! Best quality and service!
Great experience. We had shopped around at a lot of other places and a lot of salesman seemed unwilling to help when we said we are just looking . They didnt want to answer questions we had not knowing if they were making a sale or not. However we had quiet the opposite experience when at Jennifers. Mario, our sales man, introduced himself and lets us know he was there to help and if we had any questions, he would be up front to assist is anyway. He didnt stalk us like a shark. Professional knowledgeable, helpful and a great accent (Italian I think) . Jennifers will definitely be getting my business. Great staff, selection and pricing!
I went to multiple different places looking for a couch with no luck and Im so glad I ended up at this location because I finally found one! Andre was extremely helpful, I told him what I was looking for and he was able to give me a couple of options to choose from. He also price-matched a beautiful entertainment center so I was able to purchase and get both delivered at the same time. I cant wait for my delivery!
Bought furniture and warranty in end of February, all the felt under couch and ottoman started falling down within a week . Started calling, no one picked up left voice messages emails no response . Finally got ahold of someone today 5 months later thought they were closed because of covid, I find out they sold the business and aren’t honoring the warranty. I’m stuck paying for pieces of garbage . This is absolutely disgraceful way to treat customers. Will never buy or step into another Jennifer store
NEVER BUY FROM THIS PLACE we ordered furniture (bedroom set) from this store and paid full cash at the beginning of may of 2019 now its July 26 and still no furniture has come in. They keep on giving excuses when we call and when we first bought the furniture the salesmans said 3 weeks maximum it would take to deliver its been two months now and nothing has been delivered and still there is no set date on when they will deliver it. I would give zero stars if there was an option. PLEASE I ADVISE ANYBODY WHOSE LOOKING TO BUY FURNITURE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I went to the new Jennifer showroom on the south side of Sunrise Highway in Patchogue, to do some research for my brother who is interested in one of their convertible sofas. I went in with the background information I was given, was promptly greeted by a salesperson, and had every question that I asked answered fully.Your story is nice, and the sales people off quite courteous and knowledgeable. Doing an informational stop there was a positive experience.the next time I need the sort of product that they sell, I will certainly consider them as a resource.
We ordered a dining table and 4 chairs to match our newly updated kitchen. The delivery was quick and on time. The quality is really great. Thank you for such excellent service. Ill definitely recommend you to others and buy again from you in the future.

She helped us find exactly what we were looking for and was not pushy at all. I am so indecisive with everything and Danuta was so patient with me. Thank you again danuta for all your help! Danuta was professional, informative, intelligent and most importantly, she listened to what I said, and to what was important to me. She was not pushy, nor did I feel rushed. I found exactly what I wanted. Delivery was earlier than expected. The mattress and base are awesome. I couldn’t be happier.
