I was greeted by Chris and he was amazing. I saw a car I wanted online and he made sure I walked out with the same car. He got me a great bank for my loan and everything was so fast. It only took 4 hours and I was driving away in the new car. Everyone was so nice and so helpful. This was the first time buying a car that I felt comfortable and happy. Never felt any pressure to commit to anything and his priority was making sure I found something that worked for my budget.

Large selection & we found a used car we liked. All set to purchase. Then came the FEES. A $1,000 worth of fees. It is pre-printed on their sales invoice. So a $10k car now became $11,000. Thats how you increase your profit on the back end . Sales manager said he would knock $200 off the price and lower the fees. So the $10, 000 car is now $10,500. This did not include tax, title, tags. Just the purchase price. Went and bought same model newer/less miles for $11k plus t/t/t somewhere else w/o FEES.

It was refreshing walking into Barons as the two weeks prior to walking into here I was feeling defeated and like I just got off a battle ground. 10 different dealerships I went to in two weeks turned what was supposed to be a happy and exciting experiences into a dreadful experience. I was repeatedly lied to, conned, told what car I should by and had what I asked for disregarded multiple times. My down payments have yet to be returned, some places that I went after choosing a car, and put a down payment on would then retract and say 10 minutes later the car was already sold and wanted me to leave a down payment on another car... the experince has been horrifying.My last attempt to get a car I drove by Barons and that’s where I met Jack.. Jack and even the other sales men were not the typical sales men. He wasn’t pushy, he listened, he spend the time going over all the cars I was interested and then would give me time to walk around drive the cars he ran the car facts on all the ones I was interested in. He smiled, he was honest and most importantly he managed to help me get the car that I wanted, not that he wanted me to get or that finance wanted me to get, THAT I WANTED. It was slightly out of my price range, he didn’t try boxing me in, he said I feel bad for what your experience has been I want to leave you with a good taste in your mouth, happy, and satisfied. He went in talked to the manager (who was amazing) and they made my dream a reality. I will never go anywhere else for a car ever again. I recently visited Baron Super Center in search of a Ford Explorer I saw on Car Gurus. As soon as I met Jack I could tell this was the place to buy my truck. I came in, asked if I could go out to look in the lot, and the rest is history. I was given room to look at the Explorer, no pressure whatsoever. The guy Mitch is dirt. I sent my wife and her sister to buy a car there and he kicked them out because they didnt speak English. They told me another guy with long hair and sun glasses treated them good . But the old man Mitch didnt. Never buying a car there .

I was in need of a car and needed one fast due to my 2002 vehicle not being up to sufficient safety standards to transport my wife and twin toddlers. Through a chain of events I found myself in the parking lot of Baron Honda Supercenter. I was approached buy a salesman by the name of Jack. I had already had my mind made up that if I felt pressured in anyway I was walking out. The sales pressure is a huge pet peeve of mine when dealing with commission based salesmen. Jack approached me and introduced himself then promptly excused himself when he saw I was talking things through with my family members on the phone. At that point I knew that he was a salesman I could trust and work with. I then found him in the office after I completed my walkthrough of the inventory and settled on my top three choices. I then sat down at his desk and after some conversation I let him know that I dont like to make rash decisions and would like some time to sleep on it. He worked with me to leave a deposit that didnt break the bank and a no pressure timeframe to get back to him with my decision. All in all he held the car for me for about 3 weeks while I came to a decision and got all my ducks in a row. He addressed all my questions and concerns promptly and professionally; before, during and after the sale. During this process I visited 3 other dealers to ensure I did my due diligence and was getting the best possible deal I could. Everything he said was factual and there were no surprises and this was a smooth and virtually stress free vehicle purchasing experience. I truly cannot say the same for the other dealerships I visited and while i was at these dealerships the one thing that made my decision easy was the way Jack made me feel as a customer.
