[I had to update my review]I got the chicken, chipotle chicken and the cheese empanada and they were so good! To drink I got the iced caramel coffee and it was really good too!This place messes up orders a lot so be sure to double check. They stopped caring and the food quality/quantity is ridiculous. Some of the food has been cold or completely over cooked to the point it’s inedible.

Very displeased. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt but I’m always disappointed. I used to say hit or miss but lately it’s just been a miss. They over charge for their sauce first of all. They fill up a 1 inch cup half way and charge .30 cents for it. Their salad comes in that same tiny cup of dressing ( I mean atleast they fill that one up to the top). Still isn’t enough. Juicy burger is the best thing in that place. Everything else it depends on what mood they are in when they cook it. When you walk in nobody greets you or even acknowledges your existence to the point you have to yell In the back to see if anybody is even working. Make sure to inspect your food before you leave so you’re not left dissatisfied, either wrong food or a mistake.

Original colombian food! The empanadas (Colombian style, deep fried) are delicious and after trying them you wont want to have the other (most common) ones we see everywhere!

I ordered empanadas from their catering menu, they give you assorted meats, Hawaiian and cheese only. They were a hit! Everyone loved the flavor and the size. Definitely recommend and will be ordering other items too for further occasions.

First time here and only visited after looking at some awesome flyer left on my car while at the supermarket (I normally hate that sort of thing). Had a great iced americano and a chicken pastry type snack. I was looking for a coffee pick me up and a snack in between meals and this was perfect. Cant wait to try their breakfast or lunch options.

One of the best buñuelos Ive had! Reminded me of when I was in Colombia ❤️ Service was great, gentleman that helped me was very friendly and the establishment was very clean. Looking fwd to going back and trying more items on the menu! If youre in the area, I would recommend you stop by.

Food is actually really good but the costumer service is horrible. The girl behind the counter is so rude I don’t know how she is still hired and every time I go she is taking with coworkers and never pays attention to the costumers, dear coffeelombia, costumer service is the key to a successful business!!Delivery takes forever 1:45 😐 and when I go to buy something is never a good quantity.

First of all I wanna that the food here is amazing and I love it, and this is the reason why I always come back hoping that I get great customer service. however it always ends up being a horrible experience with the lady behind the counter, she is extremely rude, and has always an attitude with me, not sure why. yesterday I made an order, then I asked how long she calculated for my order to be ready and she said 1 hour, I told her I didnt think it would take that long and she rudely replied well your not the only client waiting here. as a someone that works with customer service myself, I understand that some people order take out and time wait could be long, however there is no need for the rude attitude towards the clients. this is not the first time that she is kind of rude, the times the man is behind the counter is a better experience. not sure if there is more people a=behind the counter besides them two.

I ordered online and since I live a bit far away I got there almost an hour after I placed my order. They hadnt even begun to make my food so I had to wait another 35 minutes in the bakery while my food was ready and they offered no remedy for the inconvenience

Do not recommend empanadas were burnt hard and nasty probably was sitting there for days. Bad customer service. Go elsewhere. No lo recommiendo las empanadas estaban frias, duras y no estsban frescas.

I bought 3 empanadas and they gave it cold from the fridge a terrible coffee the only thing that was good was the sausage and Pan de Bono although it was also cold they must be more careful I spent 26 dollars thinking that I was going to eat that but I had to pray the empanadas And coffee

The customer service is very bad, the girl who attends is very rude and inattentive. I placed an order at home when I picked it up after 1 hour he told me that it had burned 😒 to come back in another hour. He was chatting and he forgot. Very bad. I do not recommend it to ANYONE, terrible service. I bought 4 strips of pork rinds and supposedly they come with their sauces for each strips of pork rinds, so this man wanted to give me only 2 sauces when I bought 4 strips and he wanted me to charge you for the others. LousyAttention BAD SERVICE. The full would drive 10 more miles and go to another COLOMBIAN pastry shop
