Good workers ? I laughed .. Theres a lady with black short hair and she has the worst attitude and was rude to my father. i will never come back here again .

I dont know why I cant give this place zero stars. Went to the store tonight to buy a desk chair, got there 30 minutes before closing. Three employees were talking to each other, not paying any attention to me or other customers, didnt even ask if I needed assistance. Well I walked out of the store five minutes before they closed. They lost a sale, bought the chair from another store. In all fairness, consider the rating a half star because a young man did ask if I needed help the night before; the rest of the so called associates can learn a lot from this young man (he had dark hair with glasses).

Hello everyone,Today my fiancé and I went to this store looking for a keyboard wrist rest we were in there for 30 minutes couldn’t get no help finally as in walking around I saw a girl and ask if she can send me help by the electronic she’s was with another guess she call someone else in the radio to help me . As I’m still standing in the same aisle she left me my fiancé was on the next aisle this guy who clearly work there looked at me as he walk by and go to the next aisle to ask my fiancé if he needs help. I never talk about race because I was born and raise in Haiti and I never felt the need to talk or express myself in other people feeling or point of view until today I realize that even thought I was the one who ask for help this guy didn’t have the nerve to say hello to me and ask me if I needed the help but instead he walk pass me and go ask my white fiancé if he needed help in his mind I was nonexistent or I couldn’t need help.Customer service is very well needed in this store and for such a big store having multicultural people wouldn’t be a crime . I’m still shock by this experience because throughout my whole life that never happen to me before .Hope that can help corporate to do something about that before that happen to someone else.

Every time I go in this store I am disappointed with the customer service.

Wanted to share my experience, We had an issue with my purchase price and theyre online price. They honored the online price! No problems, very nice cashier (wish i remembered his name) handled it all, will continue to shop here

The employees in the copy and print center are incredible. They always go above and beyond when Im in there and Im there often. Stacey is incredible and always gets the job done in a timely manner. All of the staff are great and I can talk to anyone and they will always help me out. Sometimes the copy and print center is busy but thats because everyone wants to go to this location to work with the great staff.

A new look same. Stuff if u are going to school or opening an office that the spot clearance area had nothing significant about it a few trinkets u dont need. But store was very well stocked and clean and good I gave them 3 stars because there clearance isles wasnt as full as other staples store but they had regular sale items still a good shopping experience

I went in for printing service no one help. I was overlooked . Of course am black woman everyone else who came in after was taken care of individually i end up receiving no help .end up buying a cartridge instead of printing my packaging slip.no costomer service

Prices have been edging higher lately. Pastel paper that I needed is rarely in stock. If you want to save money, always wait for a sale or look for a coupon.

I never write reviews but this place deserves one. The sale associates at check out are absolutely no help and they don’t care to. Worst customer service.

Was a pleasure the young man saw I had problem at computeTo order a file cabinet I never asked for help and he came right over an was very polite and got me through it. Very professional young man. Hope one day he manages his own Staples store.

Kevin was terrific and MOST helpful but had to wait some, (another tech was nearby Buttttt never acknowledge my presence for help etc) I had to find stock person to summon a tech. .. and so I finally got Kevin!He even went to online tech try to help me find best fit for my needs. .. BUT this was NOT AVAILABLE FROM STAPLES. .

I needed a quick poster printing. I had no idea of what I needed or how to do it. Gabby made it easy and was so kind. Just waiting for the finished product.

Needed to send some faxes. The machines werent working. The copy desk was very helpful and sent them for me. They said they are having issues with the fax machines (the ones open to the public).

A dump. Id never go there again. Looks like a warehouse. Unless its supposed to look that way? First time ever.

Nick in computers was extremely helpful. He explained everything I needed to know. Very helpful and useful information he shared. He is the go to guy!

Staples office supplies. Theres not many stores like these left. Stock was okay, a little thin. Help was available, checkout was adequate.

Staples has a little of everything shelves are well stocked and store is clean. Prices arent bad either.

Neat and organized interior. Friendly staff. Sometimes it can get really crowded. You might have to wait a long time just to make copies or laminate something or....well you get the idea. Otherwise its an ok place.

Good selection and prices are reasonable but the staff will leave you wondering with out ever offering assistance maybe it was the day I went but I get better service at home depot 😂 but yes I would return..

Gathering information for possible future purchase. LOTS of help offered as there were few other customers.SCAM ALERT! Recently tried to buy an advertised laser printer. Out of stock. Staples kept offering this printer even though they knew it was NOT available. Of course, Staples then tried to sell me a printer that was MUCH more expensive that happened to be available. Classic Bait & Switch.

Lots of fun office supplies, hard to find in other stores, but can be pricey...like over $50 for a favorite day planner. However, as a professional or an ambitious individual, cant be avoided.

Staff not very helpful, and need more knowledge of what is in stock. They did have what I needed, but I would of never found it if I just asked, I had to look all through the store to find it.

The store is clean, and fairly well stocked. The issue is trying to get someone to help you on the floor.

I took my Dell laptop that I bought here to be checked as it stoped charging. After 10 mins they could not even find a substitute charger to diagnose the problem. I have spent so much money here. Really disappointed in the service.

COPY AND PRINT ALWAYS BUSY, THE STORE CALENDERS IS NEVER PUT IN THE RIGHT PLACE, YOU HAVE TO CHECK PRICE EVERYTHING, BUT IF YOU GO AND COMPLAIN IT WAS PUT IN THE WRONG PLACE THEYLL MODIFY THE PRICE AND CHANGE IT SOMETIMES THEY DONT. THEY ALWAYS FORCE YOU TO GET A PLAN ON THE ELECTRONIC YOU PURCHASE EVEN AFTER YOU SAY NO. MUHAMMAD THE MANAGER WAS POOR SERVICE I COULD BARELY UNDERSTAND HIM, AND THE FLOOR ASSOCIATES ALWAYS TALKING NEVER COULD FIND ANYONE ON THE FLOOR FOR HELP THEYRE ALWAYS TEXTING TALKING TO EACH OTHER.. POOR SERVICE!!!!

Nothing on the Shelf is windup or matches the pricing thats there underneath it when you ask an employee for assistance they need to go find a price gun they leave you standing in the aisle for 15 minutes and never return you complain to the front and they look at you like you got three heads I would never suggest shopping and this Staples ever employees are not helpful this store is in disarray there is items all over the floor creating Hazard to walk around the store and employees stand around talkin to each other rather than assisting customers

I was wrung up by Mohammed. What an unpleasant experience. His attitude exuded a forceful and pressing nature. NO! I am NOT interested in LIQUID ARMOR! IF I WANTED IT, I WOULD PURCHASE IT!

Copy shop machines pre-authorized hold to my credit card & then failed to read usb drive containing files to be printed. Neither refund nor credit was made available. Refused to provide cover for purchased prints in foul weather. Manager did not resolve.
