It seems to me the store is understaffed. The shelves and aisles were disorganized. The check outline was long with no social distancing. Face masks were optional.The extra star is for the friendly cashiers that worked fast.
Every time I go in here to purchase something, I get to watch a shoplifter run in and fill up his bags and walk out. Then I go to the register to pay for my items😬 very uncomfortable experiences!!!! Would be nice to have some security at this store
Horrible service. Two days in a row going there to pick up photos I ordered that said they were ready and both times people don’t know what I’m talking about and are lost. The first day I went and was there for an hour. So unorganized. I never leave reviews but I’m fed up because my babyshower is this weekend and I need them but I will try somewhere else. These people need training!
Pharmacy staff very kind, helpful, and respectful compared to the Walgreens on Browertown Road near shoprite in Little falls
Customer service is terrible, kids are hired and never want to help or ring anybody on the register. And nothing is stocked. Only 1 register open, and when theres a line they will open the last register and expect the person all the way in the front to go all the way to the back for a register? Worst walgreens!!! Dont bother!
I called the pharmacy to order my prescription.They put me on hold and I wait for more than 30 min.When finally someone picked up, they just put me on hold again without even answering my call.Bad service

Walgreens advertises “delivering excellent customer satisfaction” to customers, by the service the staff is required to provide! The morale of this store has drastically changed, and it started with the removal of our Store Manager 4 years ago. I’m a former employee of this location, and the majority of you within the Hillcrest area would be able to recognize me. Even after I left the company about 2 years ago, not a day goes by were I walk into the store and don’t get recognized. To make a long story short, recently I had a package delivered to the store via UPS, I’ve been doing it for YEARS now with no issue. This packaged was misplaced, didn’t make a big deal about it. They found the package, I go to pick it up, and now this “new” store manager informs me they are not liable for anything that happens or would’ve happened to my package because it’s not FedEx. I understand, considering it’s not something they really do accept, but there is no company policy that prevents customers from doing so. Common sense and basic psychology would tell you the “shaking” in his voice, tone, mannerisms all conclude he is getting defensive. All flustered, he tells me he has the right to refuse the package because it’s UPS and they don’t have to accept it, so I came up to the conclusion of having it delivered to Pharmacy instead. I worked in the pharmacy as well, they are (first of all 1000000x better with customer service) and more organized. His rebuttal was that if he doesn’t want them to accept the package either, he will tell them. I understand whatever happens to my package is not their issue, but if everything was properly organized this wouldn’t be an issue! I know exactly how the staff operates, it’s very disorganized and management is horrible. So now this turned personal because you’re saying you’d potentially refuse my packages; however, other people can still get there’s delivered there... despite me NEVER making a big deal about it in the first place.As I said before the only good thing about this store is the pharmacy! We need a manager who actually knows how to deal with customer issues properly, delegate staff accordingly, and isn’t inadequate!
Terrible customer service. I was waiting by the photo kiosk and an employee with no mask rang up his other coworker who was done for the day and they proceeded to have an obnoxious flirty argument in front of everyone. Very immature and unprofessional. He didnt even acknowledge the customers waiting in line and just waltzed into the backroom. This little old lady was left dumbfounded, dropped her items, and walked out because there is a huge line and one kid ringing. He hasnt come out the Backroom since. I’m pretty sure he’s the mananger...they need a new one.
Some girl at the counter needs to re evaluate her life. If you dont like working at walgreens then find another job. Nasty attitude just terrible experience!!
It was totally ridiculous that the pharmacy here closes at 5pm on Sunday.
Always has deals, and great selection of facial products. The photography section is easy accessible and the employees are friendly.
I can buy medicines/antidotes, dental/medical care supplies, cosmetics, sodas, milk, etc.
They have an excellent service to the customers. It is my first time in this store. I was a little worried for the neighbors but the store is a peace island and a precious jewelry. I loved to be there.
They are just fine with me. The young ladies in the pharmacy dept are some of the most pleasant workers ive ever encountered. I would suggest posting tje hours for the pharmacy and the store since they are different. The pharmacy closes at 9pm and the actual store closes at 11pm. Other than that they’re good.
This Walgreens is well organized and also has a great team in the pharmacy department!
The system did not work and the credit card stalled. I paid cash then the amount appeared in my credit cards. Two cards two times payment. Plus cash. They charged me 3 times for one cart. When asked their help the manager was rude enough hardly looked at comp.
Don’t do many reviews but they customer service experience is horrible. I went in yesterday and bought bologna, to get home and not a sign of it in the bag. I go this morning and the cashier was sure she put it in the bag. They told me they would look into the cameras. I’ve waited for more than 15 mins to tell me that they did put it in the bag but that the manager would still give me the bologna. After I bought over $30 worth of stuff to lie about a $2 ham. No thank you! Won’t be coming back! And the attitude and behavior was horrible.
Is a small Walgreens and I couldnt find a very famous brand of cookies like chips ahoy and a ruflles potato chips that is basic in any store but is ok the beauty section was full as the sweet section. Customer service is nice and not complain at all. Im a regular customer there and my only complain is that parking lot area is dirty and some homeless asking for money .
Customer service is excellent but Their Photo Department needs improvement! At least they Can use Descent Quality/Beginners DSLR Camera for taking Pictures! Because the Camera they use is sucks! Pluse the People of that Department can be little more Skillful

Walgreen photo section has a greedy policy. I went in to print out a copy of 4x6 jpeg picture from my memory card which had ID/Passport size pictures on it. Manager and employees refused to print it and wanted me to purchase 2 Passport size photos of their own version for more than $10. A classic example of greed, it goes against free market competition. I think they should be reported to FTC and Attorney Generals office for discriminating against consumers who want to print their own pictures.
