Hands down the worst customer service and the worst cabinetry and craftsmanship. After one year of use the color started to fade in areas that it should not have. I have been trying to contact them they gave me the run around and when I asked for them to come and inspect their work and that’s when they blocked me and my husband. In their delusional minds they blamed the fading colors on my choice of my oriental spice based on my last name and religion. Also I was treated less then based on my choice of religious attire.

This is my second time ordering a custom kitchen from these guys and all I can say is WOW! Not only have I had an amazing experience with this small family owned company but other family members have as well! The staff goes above and beyond for their clients. Will be coming back for other projects in the future!

I have worked with several cabinetry businesses in the Tri-State area, as I have been doing contracting for over 25 years. I must say that the design team at Paterson Cabinets is probably the best I have worked with. They had any and every cabinet design that I needed, in every price range. Given that I work with a wide range of budgets, this is key. Their expertise and knowledge was world class and I would not hesitate to recommend them to all of my clientele.

Beware!!! This is the worst experience I’ve ever had. If I can give it 0 stars ⭐️ 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 I would. We order an L shaped island with cabinets for our kitchen. It was done in two separate parts. The don’t even know how to take the measurements properly. The counter top was about 4in shorter than the base. On the other side we had an opening for the sink and I kid you not the hole had the dementions backward. Yes the length was larger than the width. Once we took the picture and showed it to the the lady who works there. She charged us extra to fix their mistake. Please don’t waist your money here.
