They have amazing services. They have lots of different types of things. You can find the things what you want. Their cashiers services are very fast. They always have enough employees during business time.

Peter is very unprofessional and dumb if you have a receipt for a store, no matter what you can exchange anything unless it’s food. I purchased a snow pusher thinking it was going to be useful I didn’t use it because I notice it wasn’t going to be helpful for the snow on the street; it really works for driveway. I called to see if I can return it and this supposedly manger telling me I can’t return it because of Covid in the meantime I purchased other items and they exchanged them with no problem.

You cant walk in this place and Feel like a Customer👎👎👎👎 they Follow u around and on there walkie talkies the whole time as if u stole from them Before....But the thieves are left alone CRAZY 👎👎👎👎👎

Good store the only thing is that for something the price are too high for something that is 10$ dollars in Walmart in here is around 25 dollars and some big brands like like Clorox and others name brands are more expensive I mean it’s ok other stores do the same thing but 5&10 just take the prices way to high I bought a 25$ shoe rack it didn’t have a manual and just A bunch of pieces they need to bring there prices A little bit down others than that great store

I can not speak bad of the store, it is very well organized and everything, but the bad thing is my experience is buying my things and I needed to use the bathroom, which was denied by an employee saying that it is not a public bathroom, so as a customer I have no right to use it? Bad employee attitude, but the store is good, it was the last time I went.

As a five and dime variety store, I recommend. As a general home hardware store I recommend. Just last year their hardware variety was better. Ill purchase from them, but now I have to go somewhere else for my bigger hardware purchases.

Decent store has a lot of great things for five to $10 such as curtains nails appliances garbage bags and carpets. Also you can ship your ups packages there if they are not international. The store is clean and the workers are helpful. This store has a lot of things going for it. I think union five and 10 is the closest place on Union that has a lot of supplies for the house that people need.

I bought a table cloth from there yesterday. I clearly told them to give me 6 feet. When I reached home I found there is 5 feet only and didnt give 6 feet table cloth although I told them I will pay for 1 feet. They did not even give me my receipt back so that I can complain to the authority

Really upset I called the store to tell them I had a return that I lost receipt for and they would not take it back it still had tags in it and it was not opened the plastic just tore a little bit. Really upset will never shop there again I have been going there for at least 30 years now just for that I think k the store stinks and the employee and owner who took care of me have no customer service experience at all its ok though I will take my money elsewhere if thats the way you treat your customers andnow everyone will view this.
