Terrible customer service. Rod, the sales manager, promised to deliver a freezer that can fit in our facility. Instead he sent ice cream and no freezer. Ive been trying to get this resolved for nearly 2 weeks and get no returned call or email. Im hoping someone sees this and responds. The customer service is atrocious.

It appears there are a fair number of professional drivers who want to complain about this location. Ive been delivering for this location for over 4 years. Always use the i-80... From the West take the exit for Minnisink Road and from the East always use Union Boulevard. Its a very easy turn down the street and its a left off of union. My company always uses a 53-ft trailer. I recommend you have some very good skills when backing into their dock. Across the street there is a business and if you go over there you ask them really nicely they will move their vehicles for you to give you extra pull forward room. And last but not least... I always recommend if its your first time and this goes everywhere you go to confirm your appointment. And only talk with Juan in the wharehouse... Hes the lead receiver. so after four years and knowing the people that work there and how easy it is to deliver in and out I will always give them five stars.

Hard working guys in Warehouse. Place needs more warehouse space, better safety procedures for workers and a good clean up. Hope products are priced Right because they dont spend any money on the facility. Products are kept in cold clean environment but the outside looks like a dump.

Affordable . Im a teacher in Paterson and bought a box of fire cracker ice cream for my students. You are in and out. Highly recommend for large parties of kids😀

They are affordable and easy to get to it know a lot of companies use them as I found them thru a high end catering company I was working for.

Wards ice cream very poor location very hard to get an 18-wheeler trailer into their dock I would not recommend a delivery there unless you had a little 48 footer or a small van it is just so hard and there was always somebody in the way knowing that they know you have an appointment on that day and to stay clear the streets are very narrow it is almost an impossibility to get in there I would not recommend it it is what it is....

Was there to deliver ice cream (53 trailer) for appt set for 8am on fri. The man in charge (wes) said he didnt expect us til monday. But we would have to wait til 10am.He finally decided to unload us after our broker got on him 5 HOURS LATER!Hope we never see that place again
