Got a bed set and I’m paying way to much but I don’t mind to have it financed but this rent a center is crazy unprofessional came over 3 hours late to set it up didn’t finish setting up my furniture and hasn’t returned almost a month later of canceling on me or just not showing up and expecting me to pay for a unfinished bed set with late fees and when I called they gave me attitude and had no sense of customer service I have never been more displeased with a service in my life, some of my family has rent a center and there good but I advise people to go to another store because these people will have no respect for u and play you

I went in i was interested in some couches LUCY proceeded with she was going to help me it took her almost an hour to get everything done i had to leave asked her if i was all set everything good to go she said yes to get a phone call the next day of her telling me she cant make the delivery because i had to sign some documents i told her to set up an appointment for me to come in the following week on my day off so i can sign she proceeded to tell me that she will drive to my job to have me sign the documents which she did not do . Today makes matters worse this woman did not call me all day yesterday but today she calls my job !! looking for me not for a reference not to verify place of employment she calls my job because she couldnt contact me on my cell phone completely inappropriate ! i noticed that the first time she called was not to verify income either ! it was her looking for me because i wasnt answering after i specifically told her i work 10-7 everyday, if i do not have any merchandise i do not owe any money have not signed any agreements why call me and my place of work ? complete embarrassment not to mention the manager bill pretended like he gave a dam in all reality he just listened to my complaint because he had too i heard no empathy from him and he sure as hell did not care. YOU DO NOT HOUND PEOPLE TO MAKE A SALE YOU LOOK DESPERATE

Have a freezer from there and a new cellphone with them.
