Crown Collision did an excellent job repairing my 2018 Audi Q3. They were very professional, communicated well throughout the process and completed the work quickly. They washed my car and cleaned out the interior and its those little details that really mean a lot to me. I cant tell that the car ever had a scratch on it, and in my mind thats the sign of a job well done.Before and after photos attached, theres a little road salt in the after photos but you can see what a great job they did.If I ever need a repair shop again Im taking my car back to Crown. I had an accident and the Pawtucket location took care of me. They were professional and receptive. I had a car I cared a lot about and they gave me great support and service from the back office to the person who worked on my car. They improved on my car from even before the accident because of extra service. I appreciated their work and Id recommend.

Today I Will give them 5 Stars because they did the right thing, My mom does not speak english and she got her honda CR-V fixed here and somehow something broke on the motor, Moral of the story is they fixed the prob, Thank you to all the master bodyman that work on our cars everyday and the spanish misses that helped me take care of the problem i was being pushed to speak up with no intentional harm.

Started out fine very courteous and attentive people doing what they could during the course of the body work on my truck. After it was done the work I had requested and paid for was not completed there was problems with my door which I had to take it an hour away to get corrected then I noticed they had scratched my window tinting I reported it to them and they didnt get back to me then I called the girl said she would have to give it to her manager again I was ghosted. So what started out to be a great experience wound up falling way short of expectations and Promises ending in my calls not being returned

The driver’s side rear wheel of my car had been hit and my car was not drivable, which was, as these things always are, very stressful. From start to finish my dealings with crown have been excellent. They are very knowledgeable and courteous and even tried to go the extra mile for me to help me with my car insurance company. Best of all my car looks even better now than it did before it got hit! In addition to bodywork they also detailed the inside of my car and it looks absolutely beautiful. I would 100% recommend these guys.

This place has done great work the few times I have had to go to them and they always walk the car before and after pickup and drop off to make sure everything is 100% before leaving plus the warranty they give is amazing definitely will be my preferred shop for repairs and of course the people who work the reception desks are all very nice.

I didnt have a great experience with Crown Collision. They have fixed my wifes car twice and the quality was ok.They had my car declared as a total loss and I have been asking for a full month to please retrieve over $6,000 in easy to remove modifications. Seriously, it was mostly things I could remove with a pick tool, but they would not allow me to recover my property nor would they help me remove it do to man power issues.Basically, if you need a simple service, it is probably fine, but I would not take my car back here for servicing.They also kept telling my that my transmission was broken, an oil cooler broke and leaked the oil during an accident and should it have been refilled as I offered many data points that show, if your transmission starts to slip in my particular car, that it probably needed oil and to check with that first, not simply a broken transmission.So long story short, I cant recommend them for major service.Communication was poor, service intelligence was lacking, and I had to triage most of my own work.

I brought my vehicle here. And on the day I was supposed to pick up my vehicle they damaged it even worse than it was before. In addition to that 2 of the lady’s there were extremely rude. Called me names, was unprofessional & claimed I had a false claim when I had everything on video from the day it was towed to the day I was supposed to pick it up.Just simply bad business.. do your self a favor look elsewhere

I went through Geico to get my Mercedes repaired after an accident, and im usually iffy or underwhelmed by the work done by shops that my insurance company chooses, however everything about crown collision from the customer service to the work done on my car exceeded my expectations.They never showcased that i wasnt a priority, they answered every and all of my 1,000 questions and i truly couldnt be more satisfied.Thank you specifically to Melissa and Jess, however please thank the rest of the team that worked on my car.You all have gained a customer for life!

These folks are top notch. Their facility is clean, professional, and inviting. They are all about customer service. When my Jeeps work ran just a little long this morning, the guy who was working on it (Alfredo, I think he said was his name?) gave it a complimentary wash and inspection. I wish there were more stars I could give this place. They impressed me so much. I had an accident that crushed my front passenger side. I brought my car in, who was dubbed “Rosie the Rogue,” and was so nervous. It didn’t take long before Melissa met me with her beautiful bubbly personality and she calmed my nerves, she took me on a tour of their top of the line facility and made me feel so much better. I was estimated that the process would be completed by Wednesday and I would be able to pick up Rosie the Rogue. Friday while at work I received a call from Melissa and she said Rosie was ready for pickup. Not only was my car complete a whole 5 days early but when I got my car she was perfect. She was clean and looked better than she did when I bought her brand new. I can not thank you guys enough. ❤️❤️❤️ You guys are literally the best. Melissa is the best manager this facility could ask for the owners should be so proud to have her in their team.

I was so upset after getting into an accident. My normal body shop/mechanic had retired so I asked my insurance who they would recommend.Crown Collison Center was the first on their list. I called Crown to have my car towed in and was greeted by Melissa on the other end. Melissa was super nice and extremely professional. The rims on my car had been painted by the previous owner which I was unaware of. The Crown team painted my rims to an exact match. Honestly my car looks 100% better than when I first bought it. I would recommend the Crown Team to anyone who needs body work. As huge car fan I could not be more impressed with their A++ service! I will definitely reach out to them for any future needs. They even detailed my car inside and out!

They did a good job on the body of my car. However after i was hit in an accident my engine light came on and i asked crown collision to take a look for me and they told me that i need a tune up. I took my car to several different mechanics and they told me it was my o2 sensor not a tune up which i knew already. I took it back to crown and they told me their manager will not be in until Monday and i should expect a call first thing Monday, but my car should be all set and fixed. Fast forward today my engine light is still on which i got it fixed myself and i never heard back from crown collision.

I recently had my Audi hit when park...the insurance company told me if I had my vehicle repairs at a in network facility it would be warrantied for the life of the vehicle. So, employed the services of Crown collision. The professional and customer service was outstanding. The woman behind the front desk was the nastiest customer service woman I have ever dealt with. If you dont know how to talk to people in a polite Manor then you shouldnt work in customer service. I am only here because I had to choice but to have my car towed here and if I can I will never give them my business again and I want to help every one by telling them if they have the choice they should send their car anywhere else.

Very nice experience. Dropped the car on Monday and repaired done before time. Staff are very Courteous. Bumper looks shiny clean. The front desk girl needs to work on little bit on her eye contact when saying good bye to customer. While leaving she said good-bye now in return I turned and said bye as well, but she was eating her apple :) didnt even bother to look at me. This happened two consecutive day. I would have given 5 star.

This place is crazy. The staff are all unprofessional, loud, and ghetto. Joke of a place.. Especially the women in there.

They were fast to take in my car and gave me a good estimate of the time it would take to fix. They work directly with GEICO so the whole process was super simple. There was a minor issue with one of the running lights when I left, but I brought it back and it was a quick fix, they took care of it right away.

I simply can not express how amazing each and every employee at Crown is. From the moment we talked to them after the car accident my mother was broad sided in, they were so kind, friendly, beyond helpful, quick call back and again, KIND. They made us feel like we were valued customers and a priority and not just another smooshed car. Even the rental car gentleman, Alex, from Enterprise, was great and helped show my mom to understand the car they rented us. Kelly reached out to the insurance company on multiple occasions and got things DONE! The girl at the front desk is a quiet girl, but very efficient and again, genuinely kind. From the very beginning until we met to get our plates (car was totalled) and clean the car out, which Kelly and Joe actually helped with (!!?!!), we felt respected, understood everything and truthfully, beyond grateful for an honest repair shop with beyond amazing employees. I cant recommend them enough. We felt broken and without hope when we walked in and by the end felt hopeful and made whole threw their work and communication between them and how well they handled the insurance company. Crown is hands down with out comparision.

I was very pleased with the office personnel. They took my car in last minute and were super nice about it. The Geico adjuster on the other hand. The adjuster came out to look at my vehicle insinuated that I have a lot of unrelated damages on my car. Which was fine. Fast forward to picking up my car. Its absolutely freezing out. I jump in my car. Starts up wicked loud Im like okay its just cold needs to heat up. I proceed to drive. It gets louder and louder. I call crown collision and ask what happened? The receptionist told me to bring my car back the shop right away. I returned to the shop later that afternoon to be told that my exhaust is hanging to due to normal wear and tear. My car did not sound like a dirt bike when I dropped it off now it does. The shop is refusing to take responsibility for damaging my car. Geico is in cahoots with crown Collision Center. I highly recommend that you NEVER use a body shop working with your insurance company. Complete ripoff. Ill never recommend this business to a soul. Geico has lost a customer. absolutely unprofessional.

Always repair my car to basically new. Fast and professional, with ties to nearby Enterprise rental agency for seamless transition under a decent insurance policy. Very friendly staff. Seems like they are always busy so make an appointment to avoid a long wait.

I went to the Pawtucket office, we were greeted by the secretary in the lobby. Tonia came over to us and introduced herself, we went outside to see the damages. She called for our rental car and said she would be in touch, that was on Monday, on Tuesday she contacted me to give me an update. On WrdWednes afternoon she called to tell me my car was completed. I went right there away to get the car. I was completely amazed at what an incredible job they did in such a short period of time. I would highly recommend Crown for any repairs. My car was towed to crown collision to get fixed. It took 28 days for them to actually present my car to me after numerous phone calls and aggravation. Had the worst experience.. the staff there are rude, have poor communication and never took responsibility for promises that were not met. I wouldnt recommend anyone bring there car there to get any type of work done. When they called me and said my car was ready I took it out of the lot and brought it right back in for a noise that it was making and they told me they dont test drive a vehicle after fixing it to check if theres anything wrong with it. The car was there for another week. The mechanics dont know what they are doing. They threatened to call the police on me because I raised my concerns after all the aggravation I faced. Maybe its because I was a black man at a white business. Please take your vehicle elsewhere save yourself the stress.

I had a great experience with Crown! My car got hit about a month ago, I was going through the other persons Geico insurance and I decided to go through them. Anna was great at letting me know exactly what was going on with my car. The rental car was all ready for me when I dropped my car off and when I picked it up all I had to do was leave the rental at Crown. When I picked my car up it looked great and they had vacuumed the inside of my car. Also, any work done at Crown is warranted for as long as you own the car. I recommend Crown to everyone!

Companys limited lifetime Warranty is meaningless. Sounds good but worth nothing. It only covers defect on their worksmanship. Something they know will never happen they just give it out there to make it sound good but really doesnt help at all! Plus I found out that they will buy parts for cheap and tax the hell out of you to repair your car. From my experience with them and other please There are other honest auto body shop that will put good quality parts on your car at a better price. So be careful before you choose crown collision please shop around and find better deals. These guys are just legit scammers.

Not only does the bumper look like new but because the repair took longer than expected, they paid for my rental! Top-notch, superb customer service at its finest.

I was rear ended and through the insurance took my vehicle there. They had my rental set up when I got there.The vehicle was completed within a week and was guaranteed for life.The downside was there was a wide gap around the left tail light a week after I was washing it. I took it back and the guy said they didnt work around that and I told him the vehicle was rear ended and that caused it.They had it fixed without a charge.
