John and Bob really went above and beyond to resolve my problem in a timely manner with the damage to my Honda Del Sol targa top! After it was damaged they immediately had it restored back to it original condition with a show room touch of gloss! Matched it exactly to my vehicle rare black paint finish. You would never know it had been damaged. This is the only place I would ever get any collision or paint work done to my car. Theyre the best!

I had an excellent experience getting body work done on my Jeep Wrangler. Service was completed in a timely fashion, and pricing was extremely reasonable. I believe the management here is relatively new, as there was a bit of turnover in staffing. My dealings with them were consistently terrific. I will return in the future to have more work done at this establishment.

Was able to get everything fixed on the car at a reasonable rate. And they even got it done a day earlier than anticipated! The guys there were really nice and even took the time to fix a little scratch they had missed during the initial repairs. Four different body places said that they couldn’t fix the door to my 2020 Jeep and that I had to replace it Completely. I took one more shot and came to Maaco and within a day they had my door looking brand new for a mind blowing price. They are nothing less than miracle workers. Johnny and the team are incredible.

Dealing with the result of being side swiped and the person at faults insurance company was pretty painful. John and his team at MAACO really helped in dealing with the insurance company and their timeliness ofgetting the estimate. John called me a few times to give me updated about the repairs something that the insurance company was neglecting to do. When I picked up my car it looked as if I was driving it off the lot on day 1, shiny, sleek, clean. They definitely take pride in their work and I will be a repeat customer.

John was super! We had our 2007 Yaris painted fully and rust repaired. They did an Amazing job, I feel like my car is brand new. I only have 90 k miles now and with the new paint job I can keep it at another 10 years! They also did an amazing job clearing up my yellowed headlights!

On September 12th of this year my vehicle was vandalized with some racial slurs carved on the hood and sides of the vehicle. Like most individuals on a fixed budget I did not have adequate insurance to pay for the damage. So I looked around and found that the damage was going to be very pricey to fix . Someone suggested Maaco and from the moment I pulled into the parking lot I was greeted with great service not only did they do an amazing job on the vehicle but they also spoke to me on a human level and shared my pain in the way my car was vandalized. Was iffy about bringing my vehicle to them, but after going in and talking to the manager John he re assured me that I would be extremely happy with the work. If youre hesitant about taking your business here I can understand. My father didnt have good things to say because he used to work there when he was my age. He spoke from his past experience and he was apprehensive at first about me bringing my car there for a full body paint. I had told him that Maacco in Pawtucket was actually recommend to me by another body shop, saying that Maacoo in Pawtucket has been under new management and their work is more quality than before as well as what was in my price range. I wish I had before and after pictures because the car looks better than when I first bought it! The Maacco team did a WONDERFUL job giving my car a FULL BODY PAINT, 3 YEAR WARRANTY ALL UNDER 2 GRAND. My father was even extremely impressed and that isnt something that is easily done. I am more in love with my car than I was before, I am very grateful to the Maacco team for taking great care of my car and I. 10/10

I brought my 2006 Dodge Ram in to have the rust and rot removed from rear quarters and repainted. All new sheet metal and paint done. Came out like glass. Work was done in about 6 days and it came out very good. Im very happy with it and the price was very fair. They definitely will get my business in the future

After buying a 20 year-old car that had been garaged and well cared for, I went to a highly regarded auto-body shop to repair the one spot of rust. They quoted $500, and when I winced, the guy said to try Maaco, as they have national buying power and could probably do it for less. Maaco in Pawtucket said $350. I said OK.There is no guarantee on rust repairs: “It could be fine for ten years, or the rust could come back in a month. Keep the undercarriage clean.” I will.But if it comes back in less than 3 years, my high opinion and this positive review might change.That said, Rachael and her staff were as professional and friendly as one could hope for. They matched the 20 year-old paint, and you can’t tell it had ever been rusted. Highly recommended.

I brought my car in for a scratch, they fixed the scratch and painted everything else like the grill, then they forgot to fix the chip. I went back to fix the chip and now I’m missing the tow covers, the paint job looks looks a little messy, things are not placed as they should, If you want your car to look good I would try somewhere else, but if you don’t care about quality I guess this is the place for you.Pros: Great costumer service! Leu was great and made sure things were fixed.

Great paint job and rust repair. No over spray, drips or runs. Obvious pride and skill in the prep stage and paint booth. Timely service and good communication. Got the basic paint package and Im very pleased. Highly recommend.

Customer service can be improved. They do not contact the customer with updates, your expected pick-up date is extended and you find this out by calling just before you are on your way to the shop. Overall, paint job came out good but, Honda emblem on trunk was reapplied upside down. Not cool.

Lou Moya and Rafael Barrios took care of my insurance collision repair on my 2007 Lexus IS250. My car was Rear-ended and the bodywork came out so well, it looks brand new. I Highly Recommend this place to anyone!

Dropped my car off on a Monday was told it would. Be done on Friday and it was. But when I received my car it was after hours horriable work the door that was suppose to be new had a dent in it the door interior Where the door was replace was left with all the silver paint from the door mind you my door was tinted not sure why they replaced the window it was fine. I would never go there again nor recommend anyone.

Very pleased with the work. Angel, the manager was very thoughtful in explaining Maacos various products, warrantees and the painting process. My 2010 car looks brand new. I would use this Maaco again and have recommended it to my family and friends.

They said my car would be fixed in 1 week and its been more than a month and I still havent got my car back. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Youll most likely not get your car on time. And then they want to get mad at you when you start complaining. I got the right to complain when you tell me in one week the car will be ready and one week turns into a month... Find some where else yall.

I brought my 1974 Porshe 914 in for a repaint. When I brought it in, it had been painted poorly and needed to be redone. It came out showroom-new and I was incredibly happy with the product and services I received. I would like to thank Rafael and the rest of the crew at Maaco in Pawtucket. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a similar service.

Left my car to get a door replaced and painted, I was told I would have a Thurs/Friday pickup didn’t end up being able to pick the car up till Saturday. When I phoned in Saturday morning they told me they JUST noticed around my window on the new door there was chrome trim. Mind you my car is metallic gray with a black trim around a tinted window. They told me I could still pick up the car and could drop it back off Monday to get the chrome painted on Tuesday. Extremely poor customer service and I cannot wait to see what I expect is a poor paint job as a whole.

I went into Maaco of Pawtucket for the first time in order to have my front bumper cover painted. Rafael immediately made me feel very comfortable, and he listened to exactly what I wanted to have done. He then explained to me the exact work that would be done and the prices of everything. He even gave me different options and estimates and gave me time to choose the one that best fit my needs.Then, after dropping the car off, I was stuck for a ride home. I was prepared to call a cab, but Rafael immediately offered to have someone take me home. I was surprised but extremely grateful. Then, when I picked up the car a few days later, I found the work to be excellent. They even touched up the paint in a few areas outside of the bumber cover for free. I was once again surprised but very grateful.I will absolutely use Maaco in Pawtucket again if the need arises, and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Since their customer service submission form doesnt seem to work I will be sending this here for everyone to see. This was our first and very last experience with maaco. My boyfriend and I dropped our car off on May 11th in Pawtucket, RI, they told us a week ahead of time that it typically takes 3 days (Mon, Tues, Wed) to do what we needed done to our back bumper on our new car. Due to my boyfriends schedule they made an exception and promised us they could get it done in two days as long as we were able to drop the car off first thing in the morning on May 11, so we did. We planned on picking the car up Friday right before closing time. We heard nothing all day Friday, so we called and they said it should be finished around 3. We finally received a call around 330 saying someone was hurt and the car was unable to be finished and we couldnt pick it up until monday. So what was initially supposed to be a 3 day job went from being a 2 day job and ultimately ended up being a 5 day job.This chain of events lead to my boyfriend not being able to work his 6 hour shift at work on Friday, a loss of about 80 dollars. We then had to rent a car for two days so he could get to work Sunday and Monday. Maaco did cover the cost of our rental which is helpful but what happens next is why Im writing this message.When we finally got to pick the car up on Monday not only were we out 80 dollars from his missed shift but we had to pay a family member to drive all over the place to bring him to and from the rental place, his house, to maaco twice. We pick the car up Monday and the battery is dead, WHY? What we needed done was body work and we have a keyless ignition, how did this happen??? The Car was literally purchased a month ago. Never had a battery issue and is a CERTIFIED 2014 camry. If the battery was no good they would have replaced it when we purchased the car ONE MONTH AGO.Anyways, we take the car home finally and my 11 year old step daughter had left THREE dollars in her little cup holder area in the back and it was gone. Seriously? Someone had to steal 3 measly dollars out of the back of our car? I feel stupid even complaining about it but I feel like I need to because all of this has been such a bad experience but I cannot believe someone would take 3 dollars from someones vehicle. Totally ridiculous.I will forever forbid him from bringing our car there for anything ever again. So disappointed in all of this and just at a loss. It was the most frustrating and disappointing experience. And now I will have to find another place to do body work since we planned on having the hood of the car painted after the summer. But not here, no way.

From the start to finish my experience with this macco was terrible I brought my 2012 Honda Civic in after an accident originally was told my car would be done in two weeks I just got it back today month later and it’s a joke the paint job is horrible they left chips and scratches on my car Upon return my hood didn’t line up correctly and to make matters worse the manager Lou couple weeks after my car was in the shop passed promise date promised me he would personally handle my car step by step and boy was that a joke too this place is by far the worst collision place to take your car to
