I brought my car to Lindbergh after my car was hit at a parking lot. There was body damage to front passenger side. From setting the appointment to going in and doing paperwork, etc.... The process was smooth as butter. Mark and his staff did exceptional work and provided exceptional customer service. On top of everything when I picked up my car up they thoroughly cleaned the inside and washed and waxed the outside. My car looked better than when I dropped it off. Lol... Great people and a great company.

Great experience. Helped fix damage done to myCar by a deer with good quality at a way better price than the surrounding shops. Very professional and helped fix an extra scrape on my door and bumper for no extra charge. Awesome people, highly recommend.

Wow-- this was the BEST experience. I cant begin to tell you how wonderful they were--- super kind, helpful, on time. My car had been badly damaged by a tree and it looks brand-new. I hope I wouldnt need them again-- but if ever my car needed attention THIS is the only place I would go. GREAT people.

Brought my car here after an uninsured driver hit the passenger side head-light, bumper, and tire. they fixed everything very well, and since I had rental coverage on my insurance, they provided a rental vehicle by their sister company, Richardsons Auto. overall good experience, but very very slow experience. I dropped my car off July 1st, and didnt get it back until the first week of August. because I had the rental vehicle I was fine, but if you do not have that option, it would be difficult. they also forgot to reconnect my driver side head lights, which my mechanic found and fixed at no cost, so I didnt make a fuss, but it did contribute to the loss of the two stars. they are very easy to work with though, so I still recommend their shop.

Lindbergh Auto is the best! Our 2018 Acura ILX was involved in an accident. I called Mark, and he immediately sent a truck to pick up the car. There was a ton of damage, but Mark assured me that it would look like new again and that only factory parts would be used in the repair. He quickly met with the adjuster and handled everything for us. It all ran very smoothly. When we received our car back, it was perfect! Mark made sure everything was restored to pre-accident condition. We could not be happier with our choice to use Lindbergh Auto, and we highly recommend them.

This is a terrible place to go - if there had been a negative rating I would have given -5 stars to them. My car was taken to this auto body shop through my insurance after an accident. They needed to repair my radiator pipe, coolant functionality, bumper and some other related things. They kept the car for 2.5 weeks! When I got back the car, the car looked good externally, but as soon as I started the car the coolant alert came up again. I immediately reported to them and they said one of the boys forgot to fill up the coolant! That means either they did not test my car or they tested it without proper coolant and did harm to the car engine! After they filled it up, I drove it for around 20 mins and the coolant alert came up again and I saw the coolant is still leaking! That is one of the main things they had to work on and this meant they just did the cosmetic repairs(which I don’t care about if the internal car parts are not working!!!!), and didn’t work on the coolant at all!!! I reported this to both my insurance and auto body shop. After taking back the car they said the coolant is working fine and they fixed the fan of the car(as if it’s a favor), which is a complete lie as the fan was overworking since the coolant was leaking! Such scumbags they are that they don’t even accept their fault!! After that repair I am driving a car which doesn’t have a major issue, but every time I take a turn the steering wheel squeaks, the exhaust pipe is a little loose for which when I drive slowly, it vibrates and makes a bad noise. They are so terrible in their work and since these are not very pressing issues and I need a car everyday, I didn’t dare to take back the car for further repair. If you need a normal paint job or for cosmetic changes, this place is okay, but for serious jobs, please don’t go here.

Ive worked with Mark over the past 15 years and have always had a great experience with them. They are an approved auto body shop with my insurance company and they work seamlessly with insurance to make the process simple for me. I have always had high end cars and the parts and quality of the labor have been the best.

Mark and Michele run a great family operation. We will go nowhere else....and the paint work is some of the best around!

My husband surprised me and scheduled to get my car detailed there since when I was growing up that was the place to see all the beautiful shiny cars & they were also highly recommended. Well lets just say yes I am VERY picky with my car detailing and they did not meet my expectations even when he brought it back to have the door jams cleaned since they didnt do that. They did advise him if i wasnt happy to go back but to me its like having to send you food back TWICE...yes not happening! I would NOT recommend them for detailing at all! Im not sure about the body work but detailing is a NO...too bad my husband spent that money there...what a waste of $$. Sorry I give bad & good reviews as well. #nothappy # havetopayforanotherdetailelsewhere

I was in a minor accident where my bumper was cracked up. They replaced it and it looks new. I was given a loaner car while mine was in the shop, they even washed and waxed mine for me. Nice people, great service.

Before I visit this place, I went to couple of other places and they all were trying to rip me off. After talking to Mark, I got an amazing deal on my Toyota Corolla and I am totally impressed with the work they have done on my car. I strongly recommend this place to anyone.

Polite customer service!

Mark Lindbergh is a standup guy, as is his entire staff. Their expertise on all makes and models - especially the vintage car projects I tend to bring him - is very hard to find in todays bodyshop environment. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is Lindberghs stands apart from other Rhode Island bodyshops for its honesty, integrity and high quality of work. I wish I could give them ten stars.

They do excellent work and at a reasonable price i will always give them my buss. And if it takes longer then they siad its ok its done right, and i am happy with the work cant rush a good job..

A few months ago, I brought my car to them. They promised my car within a certain timeframe and three weeks after that timeframe was up, the work was barely started. Every time I asked for an update I was told a few more days or end of the week. Months went by like this. They could have been honest at some point along the way and just told me that the parts were on backorder for a couple of months.

Without a question the finest auto body shop I have ever encountered. The work is impeccable and the ownership honest and fair whether insurance related or otherwise.

Terrible autobody shop. All talk, zero quality, no accountability. Save yourself and go elsewhere.
