Our introduction to Acura was enjoyable and informative. Dave did a great job of explaining the features and attributes. He even found the color we preferred - not easy an easy task in the pandemic year! We were kept apprised of production and the promised date was on target.

I was 100% satisfied with my recent car shopping experience at Acura of Peabody. I was a little nervous because it was my first time newer car buying adventure. Being a woman, I feel as though sometimes men in the car industry can pressure or try to take advantage. I never felt anything of the sort. After making a purchase at Acura of Peabody, I arrived for my very first service on the car about 4.5 months later. I pulled up to the service bay and Scott immediately helped me out and answered all of my questions at the bay before leading me to the waiting room area. The wait time wasn’t bad at all for a walk in Service took about 45 minutes.
I went in for a signal that appeared on my dashboard for service. I was greeted immediately and the service needed was explained in detail. My car was taken in for service immediately and was completed in an efficient amount of time.

Called the Acura of Peabody for parts and services, and they had told me the prices would be significantly lower over the phone than when I came into the shop. Staff have an issue with communication and having things run smoothly. Overal I would describe my experience at this dealership as very poor for service and I will not be going here for my service again.

Took my TLX here for its first oil change and a regular inspection to make sure everything was in order. They performed the service exceptionally fast. The one major problem is a few hours later I noticed multiple scratches on my car that were not there before. I assume this was caused by the car wash they put the vehicles through and have been told cars with black paint are susceptible to this. I expected better treatment of the car when bringing it to its specific dealership.
Called and was able to make a service trip same day, B1 service.The service, including alignment took 2 hours. Service team was friendly, and lounge was nice.

I came in to Peabody Acura to get a routine oil change to then find out from a friend that the person changing my oil recorded my vehicle and was bashing my car basically going around my car and just pointing things out i shouldn’t have done to my car to then post it on his Social media pages i understand everyone has an opinion but i came here to get a service done not to get it recorded by a tech and posted on there social media without my permission. I will not be coming back here.

I came to the dealership for a transmission fluid replacement without an appointment. I was greeted very quickly. The staff also reviewed the past service on the car. The staff gave me further recommendations for rotating the tires, balancing them and getting an alignment. All of the services were performed well. I recommend this dealership highly.
Despite being hampered by staffing shortages as we come out of the pandemic, Acura Peabody staff was professional, friendly, and as efficient as possible. My mother has been looking for a new car. We went to many dealerships, the last one was Acura. Upon arrival i went to the front desk where i was greeted by 2 lovely women, they got a salesman for us. Paul was wonderful, treated my mom so kindly. Other dealerships, made assumption and werent so nice. My mom fell in love with a Acura Rdx. Paul went above and beyond for my mother, my mom is a tough cookie. Thursday we met with Vanessa to do the paperwork. Vanessa was amazing explained everything to my mom and i in detail. I am so happy that my mom was treated with such respect and kindness. Now a bunch of my moms friends and co workers want to go to Acura. It is all because of Paul and Vanessa. By far the BEST experience I have had at any dealership. The stereotype of car dealerships is salesmen hawking the parking lot like vultures for customers and hounding them to obtain a sale. But this place couldnt be any more of an opposite of that.When you walk in, its a relaxed, comfortable, and casual yet professional environment.I went in for an oil change for second time and was helped by the wonderful Geo.I wasnt looking to buy a car but after observing the salesmen and interacting specially with Steven Ashe, Who is by far the best salesman who was filled with compassion, empathy, levity, and a southern charm. Nothing you would expect from a typical salesman. I will be definitely getting my next car from this dealership.His main priority is to make sure he can give you a wonderful, stress-free experience, and to make sure he helps you in any way and not just use the customer as a means to an end and achieve his quota.The only thing I would recommend to Acura is, as someone who has experienced sales before, is to give the customer and the salesmen a designated area to conduct business so its a little closer to what customers are used too. To prevent any discomfort.But please make sure to ask for Geo and Steven and I promise you will have a wonderful time as I had and hopefully leave writing a great review.

I had a very good experience as a puncture was discovered in the tire of which, I was not aware. While my car was being serviced, it was also cleaned. I had planned to have it totally cleaned at the carwash, but it is now not necessary. Not only did the people at Acura return to me an immaculate car, they may have saved me from a hazardous experience when they discovered the puncture,I am very grateful!!

Go here if you want to be ignored. When I was looking for a car, I went to at least 25 different car dealerships (I know- seems like overkill! But looking at or test driving so many cars really helped) to try to narrow down what make and model, and then, what exact car I wanted to buy.I only had 2 negative experiences. ( maybe 3...) and this was one of them.

The service staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. Holly is so helpful! Nobody likes to sit waiting around at the dealership, but it is a necessary evil sometimes and Acura Peabody makes it as painless as possible.
The technician, Artur clearly takes pride in his work. He took extra time to test drive with me to diagnose the problem. Once he heard the noise I was hearing he immediately knew what the issue was. I am now happy to drive my Acura again!
