The service team at Jaguar Peabody were extremely welcoming and provided very quick and honest opinions to help fix my car quickly. The service manager, Nick, provided daily proactive updates and was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! I would highly recommend the service team here to anyone with a Land Rover!
I brought my Discovery in for 50,000 mile service. I was given a loaner so that I could go home and not have to wait for my car to be done. I actually returned the loaner the next day. I picked up my car and was surprised to see how clean it was even the tires were shiny. I was very pleased with the service and the condition of the car. I will definitely go there for service next time.

Great experience at Range Rover today. Jacob helped me a few weeks ago over the phone with a software update issue. Today he made an appointment for me to come in and he would fix a few options that were causing issues with my phone. Jacob is extremely thorough and an expert with the digital dash of the Range Rover. In and out in 10 minutes and all my issues have been resolved.

They took care of all our questions and requests completely and expeditiously. A special note is that we mistakenly left some personal items, including some cash, at the dealer: everything was returned to us when our new car was delivered. I love Jen at Range Rover Peabody! I called Jen in the service department because I was having issues with my suspension. She had me bring my Rover in that day, fixed the issue and I was able to pick it up the following day. When I picked up my Rover, it had been cleaned and vacuumed and looking like new! Jen always greets you with the biggest smile (even through her mask 😃) and is always there to answer any questions or concerns. I really felt comfortable and taking care of when we visited Landrover/ Jaguar Peabody. We just purchased the f-pace a day prior from another dealer, but the staff here were so attentive in keeping us updated to what was happening, our vehicle needed a software update and the Encore specialist was great in getting us started with the Jaguar remote! We will be visiting again when it is time for service.

Do you dread the car buying experience? I dont because I work with Will Connors. Highly recommend! Ive leased two cars working with Will and everything was top-notch. I shopped around 3 years ago and then found Will. This time I didnt even bother shopping, just went right to Will with what I wanted and a nice 1-day sales cycle, had my new car all set.

This is the second time we leased a Jaguar from this dealership and we worked with the same sales guy, Eric Guenard. Eric is responsive, trustworthy and personable. We were able to quickly work through all details by phone, email and text. We picked up the car this morning and the process went well. Vanessa handled all of the leasing details. Signing all of those of pages of documents can be dull, but she was extremely funny and made the process enjoyable. Andrew is the tech guy and he helped make sure we each had the app on our phones working properly and went through the features of our car. He was patient and professional. The three of them worked well as a team. If you are interested in a Jaguar or Land Rover, Id call Eric in advance of popping in because hes the guy you want on your side.

I would give this dealership 5+. I came here not really sure what I was interested in, so I test drove multiple different cars. My husband test drove as well. Eric Guenard was amazing. He was extremely professional, relaxed, put no pressure on me whatsoever. He made my experience so wonderful. Even when having technical issues with Mass Registry Office, he took it upon himself to get the car certified. At the same time we were happily given the opportunity to use a Jaguar XE as a courtesy car. When considering our next vehicle, we will definitely stop by and see Fritz.
Terrible place, they never get back to you when you inquiry online, called said they will call me back. Didnt hear ANYTHING so decided to go in person and when I went there to get some questions answer they all ignore you, looking at you like you cannot afford them. Felt discriminated!! Worst auto group

This is a well-run machine. Even when every sales agent is with a customer, it feels welcoming and relaxed. We visited on a quiet week night and a busy Saturday. No difference in friendliness or attentiveness. Very impressive. Our sales agent is Douglas and he is wonderful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Peggy stepped in at one point, because I called unexpectedly on a busy Saturday afternoon, and she managed to make everything seamless and stress free. Highly recommend.

Ive personally only had bad experiences with this dealership. The 3 to 4 times Ive had to use them have all been disappointing. From scheduling a service appointment that was never put into their schedule to having my mileage inaccurately recorded to getting a phone call that my coolant hose broke while they were checking my car. Whats worse is when we got home my car started smoking because it was never repaired correctly. Also, we own a BMW and Ive visited another Jaguar dealer that is now closed, both dealers provided loaners if your car needed overnight servicing. This one refuses to provide them. According to other reviews this place has a 4.7 rating and I just dont understand how. In all fairness the service reps were pretty friendly and helpful.
The sales service was great and I love my E-Pace. The only thing is they didn’t explain things to us very clearly. We ordered a pre-paid service maintenance agreement, but they neglected to tell us the time constraints, mileage constraints, and that if we didn’t adhered the these we would have to pay for the maintenance ourselves. Also we bought our vehicle with a couple thousand miles and they must have reset the maintenance alert in the vehicle because by the time it went off, it was too late to get my maintenance for free and the Jaguar dealership I went to wanted to charge me the $500+, for a service I pre-paid. The lack of communicating this and other important details to me forced me to give them a 3 out of 5 stars.
Bought my Jaguar in NH cause thats where I am from. That dealership closed so I was referred to Peabody. Been to service on 3 different occasions and nothing but A+. I dealt with Nick Haley and Steve Pawlowicz and can not stress how these guys take care of you like you were one of their family members. They definitely take care of their customers. I will get my next Jaguar lease when mine is up because of these guys alone! (I also had a female service advisor but I forgot her name and she was exactly the same way these guys are) Highly recommended, totally professional, and very customer friendly. Thank you guys!!!
