After picking out several pairs, I settled on one with the help of Robert. When he started writing up the order, his original Ipad froze. So he got a new one. The same thing happened. After going through serval IPads, I asked him what was the matter. He indicated that they have been having problems ever since an update. This was NOT comforting to know. I am concerned about the security of my information, which he assured me his IT dept ran daily virus scan. However, the process took a lot longer than what it should have. Also my confidence in Len Crafters getting my order right after 4 IPads is not the greatest.

She was great and friendly. She was very knowledgeable about various lenses and has been able to guide me to select the best option for my need. She was also thorough in measuring the lense. She did check the measurement several times to make sure it fits me well. LensCrafters has a great selection for my favorite frame “Oakley”. So 5 star for them!

Dee Dee, this review is for you, and your staff. WOW! Thank you for your time, your care and your incredible service. I was once a gal who thought the only best care, was through a private office. What I experienced here, was equal to or better than what I had received in one of the top offices on the East Coast. Minus, the HUGE expense to me personally and my insurance. I will never go back to my private DR. Thanks to everyone at NorthShore LensCrafters and the DR office associated with it! Dee Dee...the girl from Costa Rica LOVES her new glasses...and will be back for a third time...any many more! Gracias for my vision!

I got my glasses and started to get severe headaches, and I couldn’t even look down. I went to the optometrist to make sure the prescription was correct, and the centers of the lenses were completely off. One was centered almost at the top, while the other was centered almost at the bottom. When I went back to LensCrafters, I was told, “We COULD fix them if you really want us to,” and the person assisting me didn’t seem to think there was a real issue. Once the glasses were fixed, I went back for a THIRD time and was told to wait 5 minutes, which turned into 30. Not the best place for glasses.

Hours on their web site is completely different then when they really are open... Misleading at its finest. And it was updated 4 weeks ago according to them.

I have been to Lens Crafters several times in the past year. To fill a script I had from my eye doctor. Another time just because I lost a screw from my Favorite Sunhut sunglasses. Today I had ordered a replacement lens for those sunglasses online but I couldn’t manage to replace them myself. I asked if they were able to help me replace the lenses for me. I have been a loyal customer of Lenscrafters at the North Shore Mall for many years. There are several reasons why I come back over and over. The convenience of having comprehensive eye exams on the spot is amazing. The catalog of available frame styles is always next level. But the thing that seals the deal is the extraordinary service provided by their staff. Every visit is pleasant and satisfying. I always leave happy w/ the merchandise, knowing I got the best deal and dazzled by the supreme and consistent service of a staff that really cares about their customers. Very disappointed with the service provided.when I first asked about an eyeglass frame I was informed that the total price would go around $ 350 without the eye visit, including the eye visit the total goes $ 400.everything till here was ok.after the visit I was inform that the frame and glasses will take 7 to 10 bussines day.i let the young lady know that on august 2 i was going to leave on vacation .she change the statement :maybe 2 weeks.I asked her are you sure is 2 week cuz i can wait so much time.She alreday change again 2 or 3 weeks maybe she said .It started from 5 days to more than 3 weeks, but thats not all.Firstly i was said that the cost it will be around of $360 cuz my insurance covered a part of it .thats seems awsome.Today she told me that the total, without the eye visit it goes around $ 501 because they are HD with polycarbonate plastic, with blue reflection and bla bla bla bla.i said to her hold on a second .who asked for those ?This is clearly stealing $ from customer pocket .My only real problem it was time:more than 3 weeks to have the frame ready ?????I will not reccomend this place to nobody.If you are ready to loose time for nothing just go give a try to those guy.Deff.will not reccomend them.i lost a gender reveal party for nothing.sorry but its not worth it .

I was notified two days ago my glasses were ready. Went to store yesterday and it was inexplicably closed. Tried again today and again closed no reason. Called North Shore Mall management. They had no idea why the store was closed. This is ridiculous. Have tried to call. Message says store closed - no reason why. Tried the corporate office. No response

I was told my glasses that was shipped out will be a new glasses that will be coming from ray ban so that means brand new frame. I waited 2-3 weeks for them and they were not new. There were scratches all over the frames, there were damaged marks around the lens area from them trying to put the lens in. I called and told an associate and she said they usually pass inspection before having us pick them up. Well i told her i am not to happy with it if I can return it and she said yes that is fine. I said thank you so much and the associate did not reply and just hang up the phone. Very rude and I have been going to this location for years. Well not anymore!!! This location is the worst.

Mike Hyland was very helpful and knowledgeable! The place was very busy and people were waiting but he never made me feel rushed!

Mike was fantastic! I had to get some sleeves for my glasses (I am unfortunately allergic to the arms of my glasses) and he helped me right when I walked in! He also tightened them for me which was great. You can barely even see the sleeves!

Had scheduled an apoointment. Showed up at the date and time scheduled and was told that they rescheduled all appointments and I should have been called. I was never called by them. I do not recommend this business at all.

They say walk in are welcome. I am in this mall a lot and I have tried across a year span three different times and they are not. They havent made one attempt to accommodate or even try to schedule a future appointment. Absolutely false advertising! Sadly they just lost me as customer.

LensCraft no longer has a lab at their North Shore Mall store, said it would be 2 or 3 weeks for glasses to arrive.

Both Brian and Dr. Neckers listen to your concerns and do what they can to make you satisfied. Its very convenient having the Lenscrafters (and doctor) right inside the Macys store (on the 2nd floor.) In spite of its small size, they have an amazing array of frames.

Got a pair of intermediate computer glasses at Lenscrafters in Peabody. They didnt seem to be correct. As it turned out the lab had calculated the prescription wrong. I didnt get back there for 6 months. Denise the manager didnt hesitate to correct them, I got them back one business day later and they work great now. I have always had great service from this store and I will be back for future purchases. Thank you Denise!

Too expensive for what you get. Youre better off at Costco and BJs if you can wait for your glasses. 30 day warranty for expensive glasses? Not like they used to be. This is a money making, penny pinching, over priced chain now. Their frames dont hold up to falling off your face, just once. Gum popping sales people not helping their image either.

Called to get a price check on eye exam and was placed on hold for 10 minutes. Called back and said I wouldnt like to be placed on hold again and he did it again. Rep name Bryan. Look at other reviews they say same thing about getting price check. Avoid this location !!

I went in today March 11, 2019 and was the only customer in store versus 3 workers on their phone behind the counter. I was only greeted that’s it. I did need help finding a specific frame and had a couple questions but I thought I can go look and maybe find it myself. A woman walked in behind me at least 2-3 minutes after me and one of the associates was very quick to approach her and asked her how she was doing, did she need help finding anything and even got a “Well I’ll be right here if you need help at all.” I just turned around and watched with a really surprised face because still no one even bothered to see how I was doing. After 5-10 minutes of browsing around trying to self assist myself, 2 more woman walked in together and again the same associate approached them quickly and offered them assistance if needed. I finally walked up to the counter and they had to put down their phone to help me, reluctantly as well, I must add. She seemed like she didn’t want to answer my questions, assist me at all and when I asked if they had a product I was looking for she looked at me like I was supposed to know that it was right behind me. Overall, not one of the 3 associates working on March 11, 2019 between 2PM-3PM are incompetent, lazy and clearly profile the customers to see which one they can make commission off of. I will be contacting higher up because that was the worst customer service I’ve received from the Northshore Mall.

Scheduled an appointment a week in advance, then got a call the day of and they informed me that they would not take my insurance, so I cancelled the appointment to find out later on that they do accept my insurance. They really should get there facts right before telling customers the wrong information.

Rude. Ms Cheri Vitale was reluctant to answer my questions and abrasive when I asked about eye exam pricing. Unacceptable.

BEWARE! I had them check if my insurance was okay (in-person) for a new appointment because my prescription had run out after 1 year. They did and said all I needed to pay was a $20 copay. However, the next day they said my insurance didnt cover it and said it would be $120 for a new prescription for contact lenses. AND THEY DO NOT HONOR WHAT THEY SAID TO ME BEFORE. They will not waive the the fee and charge me $20 like they said when they checked it. DO NOT TRUST Dr. Andrew Zodikoff or Dr. Maria Miller. Horrible thing to do to your customer. I had been going there for years previously. Horrible treatment.
