Top notch. Will recommend to absolutly anyone and everyone. Fair, honest, and great work. Even cleaned my car inside and out after a bumper replacement. They treated me and my car with respect. Do not second guess taking your vehicle here. You will not get bamboozled and you will experience phenomenal service from the moment you make your first call.

I have given them my business three times. However, this time I am extremely disappointed. I repeatedly had to bring my car back due numerous quality issues with their work. My issue now is that I have repeatedly asked them to repair the trash and runs in their paint with no luck.I have taken my car back a total of three times to get the debris and runs out of the paint. After the second time bringing it back to get the debris out they sent it off to be wrapped. Now all the debris that was in the paint is causing the wrap to bubble up. So the third time I brought it back and pointed it out I could see soap residue on my bumper from them trying to work the bubbles back flat. Now Im out a good paint job as well as over a thousand dollars in wrap. I was really counting on them to do the right thing and wow me with outstanding work. Unfortunately, I am very disappointed and feel taken advantage of.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Paula, Jimmy, Lisa and the entire team at McWilliams. We purchased a brand new 2021 Honda Pilot Touring a month ago. I was reversing a week or so after purchasing the vehicle and went straight into a bob wire fence. Needless to say, the fence won. I was devastated! My bumper, censors, and paint on the right side of my car were destroyed. Paula and Jimmy reassured me I would never know damage was done. They had the car for 6 days. The car was technically ready 3 days after we dropped it off but they were not happy with some paint that had an adverse reaction. They were beyond professional, communicative, and def had my type A perfectionist attitude at heart. I hope I dont have to visit an auto repair/body shop anytime soon, BUT if I do....IT WILL BE McWILLIAMS! What a blessing! Give them your business. See my after picture. You will never know I met with a bob wire fence :) What a wonderful business. You will NOT be disappointed. Also, we use StateFarm, and they are a preferred partner.

Robert, the manager, was relentless in procuring a front bumper for my 2008 RAV4 which my wife and I needed to visit our kids and grandkids in Chicago on a scheduled vacation. With all the Covid caused shortages he had to check numerous sources and kept at them until it arrived at the last minute. His team did a great job painting and installing it on the last day possible to salvage our trip. Forever grateful!

Came here after my new car was hit in a bad accident. Lisa and General Manager Jimmy Box were understanding and attentive to keeping me informed as they evaluated my vehicle. The car was deemed totaled by them and they conveyed the information to my insurance company. All my questions were answered. I feel they had my best interests at heart and want to do right by their customers. If I need auto body/collision work performed in the future this will be my first choice.

The business itself is awesome! the environment is super relaxing, everyone is super helpful and considerate. everything is fast paced, my only issue is the manager Jimmy had a few sexual remarks directed towards me and my mother and other young women. those comments made us super uncomfortable but we will return whenever he isn’t there.

I took my Honda Accord in with a decent sized door ding that was caused by a careless mower throwing a rock at it. I was referred to them by a coworker that had his truck fixed by them after he was rear ended. I was pleased with how his truck came out like “nothing ever happened!” My car was ready for pick up a day earlier than quoted and yes, my car looked like “nothing ever happened!” Dent was gone and paint was blended seamlessly! Paula gave me updates of the repair and Lisa answered all my questions! Jimmy and the crew did an awesome job! I will go back with any body shop needs! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

After experiencing an auto accident, I was provided a list of repair facilities by my Insurance carrier. Very nice group of experts values their customer.I met with an minor incident couple of weeks back a land I went to them for the body work for my RAM 1500. They gave me a very decent estimate and I agreed to work with them.Even though my insurance provide me with rental car, I was not comfortable taking it because of the Corona, I asked the manager of workshop to arrange a pick an drop for my truck, without any reluctance he agreed and picked and delivered my vehicle on time.I very well recommend this place.

Very pleased with my experience with McWilliams Collision. I hit a deer in my 2014 corolla ruined the whole front end of my car. They finished my car in about a week and they even detailed my car! Customer service was excellent too as they kept me updated on the status of the repair. It’s also a great peace of mind that they give you a warranty on their repairs. Honest mechanics and body shops are hard to find these days so I’m glad I chose McWilliams.

The folks at McWilliams did an amazing job repairing my nearly new Ford Explorer after being rear ended a few weeks ago. They completed the work on schedule and handled all the insurance supplements smoothly and without any drama. When they returned the car, it was good as new with no signs that it had ever been damages and was washed and shiny. I would highly recommend McWilliams to anyone looking for collision repair.

This was my first experience with an accident. After reading all the wonderful reviews, no question in my mind who to take my brand new vehicle to. To say I was pleased is an understatement... McWilliams Collision took fabulous care of both my car and of me. They were helpful, friendly, and the best part is the work they did on my car was done beautifully and sooner than anticipated. I hope I never need work from a collision center again but if I do, McWilliams is where both of my cars, and my referrals, will go!

I had a fantastic experience with Williams Collision. My car was fixed like new and they even washed it inside and out. I was also able to return my rental in the shop itself which was a bonus. Im currently dealing with McWilliams Collision over 4 times to get repairs done correctly to my car. They have failed to repair my front passenger door after three attempts,stop water intrusion into the car, plus fix my rear passenger side power window repairs, replace missing parts that were present at the time of arrival in their shop. Im going to call my insurance company to approve moving to a different repair shop.

Stopped by today to get drip molding on roof reinstalled after the automated carwash pulled it off. They got it reinstalled in no-time and wouldnt accept any payment. Work was cheerfully done in a most efficient manner. I have used their body shop in the past with great results.

We have 2 vehicles served at McWilliams Collision Center. At both times they did excellent job at reasonable cost, much lower than other centers estimates. Robert, the manager is very friendly, adaptable to customer needs and he constantly displays professional attitude. I would highly recommend this center for auto body shop work.

Make no mistake, McWilliams Collision Center is the BEST body shop around! I worked with Jimmie Box and can affirm that the entire team and staff at McWilliams is honorable, competent, and dependable. Two other shops had previously refused to accept the work that I requested - repair rooftop water leak emanating from luggage rack post on Toyota FJ Cruiser. Jimmie Box at McWilliams patiently inspected my vehicle, and provided an honest, accurate estimate. The roof top leak was permanently fixed, the work was done as promised and my vehicle even got an EXCELLENT detailing job! Since my vehicle has been returned to me, I have had no problems and I am extremely satisfied with the completed work. Thank you very much to everybody at McWilliams Collision Center. Great job!

Great group of guys! I called them to see if they could fix a mirror after reading great reviews. Not only did they fix it for half the cost Ford quoted me, but they did it that day. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else after this and I am recommending them to all of my family and friends.

Ive had multiple (5-6) golf cart bodies painted/repaired there and a golf cart roof painted. The paintwork is very well done. The bodywork was done so well that I couldnt tell there was anything wrong with it before. Robert and his crew do great work and I will continue to take my work there.

Great customer service, this was a very painless process! My wife picked up the rental car at the shop, all of the staff that we encountered were very friendly. When it was time to pick up our car, I dropped off the rental at the shop and they handled the rest. One last note, when we dropped off our car for repair it was a bit dirty, to our surprise, when we picked it up, the car was spotless inside and out ! Great work and customer service

So my BMW wagon was rear ended and needed the bumper painted and a 12 inch dent taken out of the rear hatch. I was apprehensive about taking my car there because I was unsure of what paint they use and BMW uses glasurit plant for all their cars. Robert told me they use glasurit paint and that they have painted other BMWs. Jenny at the front desk was also very nice and reassuring! After reading all their google reviews and seeing that they had 5 stars I decided to drop my car off with them. Robert had also shown me and example of a car where they had painted multiple fenders and quarter panels. They blended the paint perfectly and it looked Factory new! I picked up my wagon today and it looks amazing! They blended the steel gray paint flawlessly, they also washed and detailed my entire wagon. I will definitely recommend them to anyone! If you need paint of body work go to McWilliams and support your local business!

We moved our family to PTC from the Seattle Area about 11 years ago. All three of our children turned 16 at various points during that time. Now that they are all out of the nest, my wife and I are hoping our friends at McWilliams see us less often. Nevertheless, through the years with each and every finder binder we had the misfortune to experience, McWilliams was there for us. Everyone we have encountered at the shop -- the crew, the management and the owners -- are courteous, hard-working and honest. Their prices are competitive and they always stand behind their work.
