We decided to take our boat out one last time before putting it up for the winter and when we hooked it up to the truck the trailer for the boat had a flat tire so we figured our plans were down the tubes Walmart wouldn’t fix our tire with the boat on the trailer but Harold and the guys at Tires Plus saved the day!!!!They were awesome, wonderful to work with, were so nice and accommodating.I can’t imagine going anywhere else ever again

Amazing customer service! On a road trip we had a flat on our fifth wheel trailer . I had called three other tire shops in the area. None of them where able to repair it while I waited. I called tireplus and talked to Hector. When I got there he met me outside. He took the tire and immediately repaired it. It was not only done fast it was done correctly…. with a patch and plug! When I went to pay Hector told me there was no charge for the repair! I highly recommend them!

Worst service. I went twice to fix my car start up issue. they changed something and still running with same issue. they wont support you if you call you back as well. Not recommended for car service. Poor customer service as well.

Refused to put a regular tire on my car because the other 3 are run flats. I was from out of town, and the run flat they insisted I had to have was special order, 2 days out. Went to Discount Tire where they put a regular tire on my wheel to get me home. Wish I had never wasted my time going to Tires Plus.

I was using a different tire place since we moved here 5 years ago. I didn’t realize what I was missing until I went to Tire plus. I had a nail in my tire, so I went to my usual tire place. I realized that I was just a number to them. They couldn’t be bothered, so I stopped at tire plus since it was next door.It was like they knew me for years! They fit me in and we’re really concerned.I won’t be going anywhere else from now on!Thank you Brian!

Buyers beware!!! I would not recommend you taking your vehicle to this particular Tires Plus location. They sound friendly and customer-centric but they will not hold themselves accountable for their mistakes. After spending tens of thousands of dollars with this location over the years, the one time they made a mistake on one of my cars, they quickly parked the car outside, wiped their hands of any wrongdoing, and hid behind their corporate headquarters folks in Nashville, TN. Eventually, my car was towed to another place to get their damage repaired at my cost. The damage they did to my car cost me less than $150.00 but it cost them a loyal customer who had easily spent 100 times that amount with them. Ill never take any of my vehicles back there again!!!

I love coming to this Tires Plus in Peachtree City, Ga! Hector and the crew are AWESOME! They really take care of you from the time you enter the building to the time you leave! Customer service is A1. They make you feel very confidant that they can FIX anything going on w/your vehicle! They do it all! Disappointed. Drop car Sunday morning 7am. Tires oil change, brakes were add. Was told could not been before 11am. Ok pickup Monday. They called not ready until Monday evening. Ok I will pickup Tuesday am. They called have wrong brakes, will be ready Tuesday evening. Ok I will pickup Wednesday am. Wednesday 815 am not ready wrong brakes again. I wait 30 minutes They are test driving my car. They run over a bolt and puncture the new tires. Now I have plugs in my new tires. Wait another 30 minutes and I get the car. I am I supposed to give these people repeat business with service like this. Just Damn,!!!

Great customer service. I usually go to my Hyundai dealer and decided to go to this Tires Plus for a brake related service. Hector was very thorough and explained what was going on with my car and set the expectation on the wait time. Long story short, car is fixed and drives great. I would definitely visit this location again.

Great experience. I had a slow leak in one tire and as it goes I needed 4 new tires. I was afraid of that but expected it (35000 miles on basic tires) I had two options and the difference was explained to me and my choice was the slightly more expensive option ($90 more).Now I needed these installed pretty quickly and they had a 7am next day available and I was in and out by 7.38am. Fantastic service and customer service, the shop was clean, tidy and sanitary.Free rotation and balance for life, I’ll be back, thank you Tire Plus.

**Read This Review!**I recently took my wifes SUV into Tires Plus to shop for a new set of tires. There I met Hector who took such EXCELLENT care of me that you would have thought we were family! Hector took the time to examine my vehicle, discuss all options with me, and then recommend various tires for me. At no point did I feel any sort of high pressure. Rather, Hector was there simply to serve my needs, provide information to me, and then let me make the choice on whether to do business with him or not.After our discussions, I left Tires Plus to check out the competitor (just next door - literally). When I did, I was *shocked* at the difference in (lack of) service at the other tire dealer. Those guys were just warm bodies wearing a name tag. When I started asking questions, their answers were generic and almost as if they were reading off of a cue card.Subsequently, I immediately when back to see Hector at Tires Plus. In a nutshell, I wanted to talk and do business with someone who ACTUALLY KNEW ABOUT TIRES!!Also, at Tires Plus, I was able to get *everything* done. The tires were mounted and balanced **AND** they are able to preform alignments there too. (Note: their competition sells tires, but does not do alignments. Unbelievable, but true.) I was also pleased to learn that Tires Plus also does Oil Changes - and at the same price that I was paying elsewhere. Hydroplaned into curb on a rainy Saturday night. Punctured both drivers side tires. Luckily for me this tire store was literally within 100 yards. I parked and left it overnight. Came back Sunday morning and the manager Brian came to work 30 minutes early. Instead of just walking by me to go inside and eat his breakfast that he was carrying, he stopped and talked to me about my situation, and what I needed. He came back out 10 minutes later (still 20 minutes before they open) and got all my information and Started the paperwork. We went inside, went over my options and I ended up getting 4 new tires, plus he did a free alignment check. Their warranty, road side assistance, plus the awesome customer service from all the guys in the shop have turned me into a life long customer here now.So thank you Brian, and your crew. I’ve been an account holder for over 8 years. Been customer at this location for over 5 years. Today was by far the 1st ever having dissatisfied service. I guess there under new management since last time me coming. The new manager sucks😡😡😡 I will know longer use services here again.

I have been using this location of Tires Plus for years, across both the old management and the new management. They have always taken excellent care of us. Always honor the appointment time (and always let us know when the appointment schedule is booked up). This place consistently goes above and beyond to help out, as the tires on both of our vehicles are not part of their regular inventory. New management is kind and courteous. They even tire shined all of the new tires we’ve had installed recently on 2 vehicles (ouch). Highly recommend.

Fantastic service and honest people. The dealership had told me I need new tires and brakes. Naturally not trusting the vw dealership I brought it here. They pulled my tires showed me they were still very good and had me come inspect the brakes in which they said were in great condition. This was all done free of charge! I left feeling guilty they took so much time for me and would not allow me to pay for anything. I’ll be taking my cars here for everything I can from here out.

I highly recommend Tires Plus! I am usually a customer of Discount Tires but they were backed up and could not look at my tires until two days later. Tires Plus was also backed up but Hector told me to come in anyway. He checked my tire, did the repair, and had me out in no time. I will definitely return for all my tire needs.

My car was veering to the left and I figured I just needed a wheel alignment. I took my car here, after making an appointment over the phone. When I arrived, they were quick to greet me and had asked a lot more questions about my vehicle and what was my concern. They assessed the car and had informed me that my tire (drivers side) was severely worn on the inside and that was the culprit for my dilemma. They gave me a good deal for a tire and no need for an alignment. They were not pushy and didnt try to pressure me in to getting other services. Very transparent, professional and quick. Will definitely utilize their services in the future.

I asked for a simple plug of my left rear tire and they said they weren’t capable of doing it for me.

Would highly recommend! Came in less than an hr before closing on a Saturday, needing two tires. As they entered my info, the manager took my truck in himself and got the process going! In and out in less than 30 min! Thats service!!

I strongly recommend Tires Plus PTC for tires and other service. Fair pricing, honest estimates about cost and time needed for service, I’ve never felt they were “up selling” additional service. Most recent example (long story warning): as we were nearing Newnan at the beginning of a 12 road trip, my tire found a screw in the road. Saturday after 1200, I’m confident there won’t be a fix until Monday, right? Went to Tires Plus. Without me even having to pitch a fit, Hector (my vote for Employee of the Month) called at least 4 different warehouses trying to find my uncommonly sized tire for delivery today. (I feel like most places would’ve just called their own warehouse and then said “Sorry, Monday at the earliest”). When nobody had the tire, he said “If you can find the tire, I’ll mount it for you and get you on the road today.” So I overpaid at the dealer, got the tire and brought it to him, they worked me in to the schedule and got me out the door in time to complete half my trip on Saturday. Excellent customer service!

This was my 2nd time here. 1st time was just a drop off for an oil change. They finished on time but didnt put the next change mileage sticker up. No biggie. The 2nd visit was for 4 new tires. I dropped it off at 8am, which was a scheduled appointment time & was told it should be ready between 12 &1. There were only a few cars in the bays and none in the parking lot but they had not even started on my car when I came back at 1pm. They said they had an issue with the car before mine but all new cars in the bays likely made that a lie. Then they couldnt print a receipt for me and they didnt bother to tell me of the checks theyre supposed to do & I know there are a couple of those things that needed attention on my car. So, that tells me they didnt do those checks, such as brakes and air filter. Im not sure if Ill go back. They just dont seem that thorough and thats not what you want when it comes to your car. Their prices are competitive so thats why I chose them.

Honestly, I normally use Discount down the street, but it was Sunday, and they were closed.So I brought my lawnmower wheel/tire to Tires Plus. I thought it had a bad valve stem.Hector had a quick look and said it actually had a tube in it, but hed see if he could yank that out, put a new regular valve stem in it, and see if that worked.Hector had Chino(?) take care of it, then make sure it didnt leak, and handed it back to me. I asked him what I owed him, and he said nothing.Obviously he didnt have to do that, but it was really good customer service I thought, and Ill definitely be back soon for tires and an alignment on my truck.Thanks!

My boat trailer had a catastrophic tire failure late Sunday afternoon near Lagrange on I-85. Tires Plus was only place open that would answer my phone call, but they close at 4 pm. No way I could make it by closing. Hector told me he would stay open for me so I wouldnt have to leave my boat by the side of the road overnight. After I arrived, he had the replacement tire on the rim ready to go in 15 minutes. He definitely went above and beyond normal customer service. I decided to replace the other tires the next day. He had them on the rims in 10 minutes!

I love the Peachtree city Tires Plus. The staff is extremely helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They have excellent technicians and their prices are great and reasonable. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else.

Didnt even wanna give a star. Wanted to get tire fixed. Was told by service man at the desk that nail was in unsafe place to fix needed new tire and that All my tires were worn. My tires are only maybe 2yrs old with maybe 3000 miles. So I go to check myself and screw was in the tread part. I leave there and go to another tire place who plugged it for $10 and said my other tires were fine. I dont like being lied to, I am not dumb to working with cars, I used to work at a dealership in service area. I will not be returning to this location.

We went and had 4 new tires put on our car i noticed that they left off the caps on the valve steam i called and we had to go back up there for them to put the caps on but instead we had to put the caps on. Why should I or my husband have to do there job ? Not happy not sure if I will ever use tire plus again

Had a flat tire and drove to tires plus at 4:59p and they closed at 5. They took me with no questions and was a HUGE life saver as it was Memorial Day weekend and if I didn’t get it changed today, I would have been out of luck to get to work Memorial Day! Quick service, friendly staff and reasonable prices

I have been using this location since 2005. I have always been treated with respect, and the service needed is explained in detail. The work is always great and in all the years Ive been using Tires Plus, I dont think Ive had to return for a problem more that once or twice, and it was taken care of immediately. Brian and his crew are the best.

So this is the second mishap I have had with them. The first time they broke the oil plug in my wife car trying to change the oil. Then yesterday I couldnt get tires from them I made the appointment 3 days out for 1pm. I took my car to them at 10am because my wife and I was doing some things that day. Then i noticed i havent recieved a call from them and it was almost 5pm. So i went back there my car was still sitting in the same place i left it no new tires hadnt been touch. The excuse was the tires they ordered never showed up. Well all they had to do was call me offered another tire they had in stock and I would have paid for it so now im forced to go else where to get tires and maybe cancel my tires plus credit card or use another location. This is coming from a person who dont usually leave reviews unless they are good ones

Went to go for tire tread check and pressure, they informed me I had a nail in my tire. So I decided to get a new tire. Staff was friendly and personable. Great price for the area. And didnt take long to get my tire on even though they were busy.

Went to get an oil change. I walked across the street to eat. When I got back, my van was ready. Outstanding service!

Chris went out of his way to turn a negative experience around to a GREAT one. He listened to my frustration and then proceeded to offer a solution that was much more than I was expecting. He put himself in his customers shoes even at his own expense. Outstanding Customer Service!

I rated this location 5 stars because they really took the time to take care of me. I lost my lug nut locks key for my wheels, and they took it out with no extra cost. The mechanic also placed regular lug nuts for me too. Awesome service and way to go Tire plus. They sure do know how to keep me as a customer! Highly recommend for your car service needs!

How can you give a place a 5 star review when they cant keep their equipment operating so they can do all the test and repairs before you leave the shop. Instead they tell you come back the following week only to find out they have no idea when they are going to get the equipment fixed. Their only suggestion was for me to drive to Newnan. Really? Ill contact Tires Plus headquarters and see what they can do.

Guys where extreamly helpful even though I could not get tires that day do to not haveing what I was looking for in stock. . They went above and beyond trying to help and find them for me!. Would recommend to anyone in the area or driving through! Keep up the amazing service fellas!!!!!

A few months ago, my tire kept losing air so my husband to it to the shop. Hector looked all throughout it and couldnt find a hole so he just replaced the air valve thing and I havent had an issue since. He was super nice about it and didnt even charge us. Couldnt have asked for better service.

We have been taking our vehicles here for years. We spent $1000.00 on my husbands truck last month. Left my cat yesterday to have the breaks checked, an oil change and a noise checked into. When the technician seen there was no oil. He closed up the hood sand did not proceed. We called to see what was going on pain the afternoon and he said they could not work on the car. No courtesy call or anything. We are an older couple and did not think to check the oil. My car is 20 years old so no matter what it needed oil. We left and took it to Wal-Mart and put oil in it. We will find another company to do our breaksand service our vehicles for now on.

I would give it Zero Stars if I could. I bought my car from a customer who purchased brand new tires from here and paid an extra $20 per tire to get a warranty. The warranty is still in affect but they won’t honor it because he sold his car. So if you buy tires from here, don’t ever sell your car? That’s fraudulent selling of tires. They never advised him when he bought the tires. They also refused to change the oil with AMsoil that I purchased, which they have done since 2012. So, in short, they are dishonest, rude and have awful customer service policies. Manager is Chris.

If you are unsure you can stop by and ask. The team will not make you feel uncomfortable and will give you exceptional customer service and quality work prices arent that bad either.

I don’t know how this place has a decent rating. I have gone there twice with an emergency, and I was turned away twice. The first time I was looking to replace a run flat tire, and I realize that they are usually not readily available. Yesterday I had a flat because my new tire had a nail in it-still no luck. Like many women, I feel nervous driving around with tire issues. Even more frightening-it was 6:30, but I got there half an hour before closing. Nighttime wasn’t far away. I didn’t care what it cost. I just wanted one tire patched. Tires Plus would not help. I just think a little bit of humanity is sort of nice. So the elderly and corpulent gentleman working at the desk told me that there was no room at the inn. I had a bona fide emergency . They had thirty minutes before closing. This gentleman who appeared to be a manager wouldn’t help, and I thanked him as I left. He said his work was already backed up for the day. I harbor no anger or resentment, just disappointment as the laws of reciprocity are real. I certainly hope that his next hospital visit is not met with a doctor or a nurse who feels overworked for the day. Imagine that outcome, or perhaps his wife or loved one may meet with an emergency encounter. Will there be room at the inn?

Took my truck there this morning Peachtree city location for an oil change and tire rotation. First off let me say they were wanting to put the wrong weight of oil in my truck, I told them to put in what I wanted and have used the last 5 years. So the guy at the counter prints out the ticket for my total and says the price, and I asked if that was with the tire rotation? He says no I forgot about that. He then says we will just throw it in no charge, and they will call when done. When I picked it up they tell me my tires are about 50% worn, and I have a small oil leak. I pay the bill and head out. When I get to my truck I notice the rear drivers side tire is the same tire because there is a distinct marking on that tire. So come to find out they did not rotate them and lied and said they did! When questioned they said they did not need rotated and they forgot to take it off the ticket, and by the way your tires are really bad you should get some asap! So now they are 100% worn in a matter of 5 minutes! So who knows what oil they even put in. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this place. This company has no integrity! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Very disappointed with the service I received at the Peachtree City facility. I ordered two tires and never got a call that they were available for install. I had to call them to see if they had arrived at the store. I go to have them installed the same day I called. I check in at 4:22pm and it took 3 hours for my car to ready. Another lady who arrived after me who didnt have an appointment was placed ahead of me and was out an a hour😡!! Im very disgusted with the service!!!!

Theyre soooo slow. Even with an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation, youll be here at least an hour.

I brought my car in last December for an oil change, a couple weeks later my oil light came on. I took it to my mechanic and he informed me that they put the oil filter on too tight and caused a leak. I returned to Tires Plus and told them what happened, it took much convincing but they finally agreed to fix the problem free of charge when they earlier told me it would cost $800. Now eight months later I find out they did not fix the issue properly. Instead they put the wrong oil filter on to make it work. This oil filter was not keeping the oil in and little did I know I was driving my car without any oil. I will now have to pay a couple hundred dollars to fix this issue when I did nothing wrong. I will not be returning to Tires Plus ever again, they did not handle the issue well and I do not appreciate them being so deceiving.

Do not shop here. They have the worst customer service ever! Our son had a screw in his tire today and went into the store at about 15 minutes before closing. They could have helped him but NO!!!! They were closing soon so gave him a shot of air and sent him on his way. He went to Sams club and they actually have great customer service as the tire center was already closed but the associate there was willing to stay and take care of the problem by patching the tire! GO to Sams Club!!!! For all your tire needs.

If i knew how to give zero stars I would have. I called and spoke to the manager about changing a tire from one rim to the other rim and he said he wasn’t sure if he could do it and didn’t know what I was talking about. He sounded like he just didn’t want to bother with it. So I asked to speak to someone else there so I could explain it and maybe they would understand and he said I’m sorry I couldn’t help and hung up on me!!! I was shocked!! I called another shop and they said they’d be happy to help. I am appaulled at the level of unprofessionalism by this store manager, Tim. How does he even have a job hanging up on people and acting like he doesn’t have time or know what they’re talking about doesn’t want to help with something as simple as changing tires? WOW!! I brought a Jeep Cherokee here a while back for some pretty simple maintenance, and new tires. The price on the tires wasnt particularly great considering they were a no name brand, but thats not the reason I will not be returning. Ive had two alignments done here, one in the Cherokee and one in my Tundra. When they did the alignment on the Cherokee they did a good job of aligning it, but failed to re-grease any of the suspension fittings or u-joints as is routine procedure for this kind of service. When I returned with the vehicle they apologized and greased them. When I brought my Tundra in for an alignment they didnt bother to actually straighten out the wheels before aligning the vehicle, so the tires are technically aligned, but my steering wheel is roughly five degrees off center when driving in a straight line. If youre going to buy tires, you might as well go to Discount Tire right up the street.

Absolutely terrible! I am a car enthusiast, and to I have a project car (a 2007 cobalt ls). I have been there several time and they continue to break my plastic hubcaps and crossthread my lugnuts. I have taken a automotive college class, and decided to put coilovers on my car. After this I needed a alignment. They told me they should be able to get my car on their alignment lift, and I left believing they could. After 4 hours I got a call from them saying that they couldnt get my car on the lift, and since I put coilovers on my car, it voided the warranty for my lifetime alignment. As I return to pick up my car, it 2as in the same spot with no sign that it have ever been moved. This place needs to be shut down for the amount of problems they cause.

My wife took our van there they cross treaded my lug nuts and did not want to fix their mistake. they finally did after I threatened to sue and argued with them for 3 days.I would never go back bad service all around.

Awful. Took them three hours to mount tires and align front end. This was with an appointment. Told me and my wife two different stories about why this occurred, your car has four wheel independent suspension and can take several hours to align or we had a problem with the car ahead of you. When I asked for the manager was told that the manager-Ben was not there. SO I called corporate instead. Also tried to sell my wife $100 Road Hazard policy. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.
