Came in because my tire pressure was low. I showed up at the end of the day. They brought it into the garage real quick. Found that I had a nail in the tire. They fixed it in about 15 minutes and didn’t even charge me for the repair. The manager knew I was a repeat customer and just fixed it for being a loyal customer. The manager was extremely friendly and personable. Excellent customer service.

Do not go here! These people conned me into getting a bunch of work done on my car that didn’t need to be done. My alignment is ruined and my brakes are squealing. I spent 429 dollars to have my vehicle coming out in worse shape. If you do go here, then you need to know what you need and don’t let them do anything else. They also attempted to con my father into new tires when he had just gotten some the day before. This business has terrible practices.

The Crosstown Mavis Tires staff was friendly, but the service provided was lacking. Despite making an 8am appointment to get tires and an alignment for my wifes car, there was a lengthy wait while they finished cars from the day before. I was later told that her car needed additional work. I declined the extra service, and they brought me to look at the issues. It was the wrong car, and her brakes were fine.Once the tires and alignment were done, the disappointment began. The tires vibrated at highway speed, and eventually got worse. To make a long story short, the tires were out of balance. My wife tried to take the car back to the original location for a rebalance, but there was only one person working on the vehicles. She instead took it to a different location (near Publix on 54) and the tires were balanced properly, fixing the vibration issue.

Daughter home from college…really needed oil change. Got me right in and helped with my busy schedule. Appreciate the people working here. They are busting their butts with the limited staff they have. 👍🏻

Very similar experience to some of the other reviews...brought truck in for an alignment, get the phone call that the tie rods (exterior) are bad and they cannot do the alignment without replacing the tie rods, so I give them that approval...then they call back and say they found an interior tie road that needs replaced as well, so I give them that approval...then they say there is an issue with the steering box but they can fix that as well...fast forward three days later (because they never call, so you have to chase them) and they tell me they cannot complete the gear box repairs because they do not have the proper tools, and can therefore not complete the alignment...in summation, went in for an alignment, ended up paying $300 for tie rods (they waived the labor) and my truck is now stuck in the driveway because it pulls all over the place...keep in mind, it operated just fine when I took it to them...I will say they do a great job when it comes to tires, but other than that, good luck!!!

Came two separate times, once for a coolant leak (which somehow ended up in a malfunctioning radiator fan) and then today for a flat front drivers side tire, paid for a pair of two brand new front tires, and they decided to relocate the old ones with less tread on the back to the front.I drive a front wheel drive vehicle.Then the “mechanic” proceeded to tell me how the traction comes from the rear of my car, acting like I don’t know anything about vehicles.Shady money grabber shop. Stay away.

I came in because I realized I had a screw in my tire shortly after getting my car, I went in and they checked it out and said they could patch it no problem and did it that same day, very helpful.

DISHONEST! I came in at 1:30 p.m. for brake pads. I was told it would take 1.5 hours per volume. They didnt get my car into a bay until near close (4:15). 30 minutes later the tech tells me they cant do it that day because the calipers are seized and they cant get them off. They wanted me to leave my car overnight and quoted $350-400 to get it right. I took my car home, found my tools, and changed my pads in 30 minutes using just hand tools. Only cost me $40! Calipers came off without a flaw - 2 bolts. Seems like the techs just didnt want to bother/call it a day, AND LIED which could have cost me, had I trusted them. Not to mention the time; I was told 1.5 hours. Why was my vehicle there 3.5 hours WITH no service?! DO NOT TRUST. I suspect the tech put other cars before mine, despite arrival time, for the sake of revenue. I could go anywhere for pads (and even do it myself), but I gave them the chance, and they jerked me around with scheduling, pricing, and necessary services. Photo is my caliper - off - at home - after 15 minutes in...

Awesome customer service! I needed my brakes fixed! And I was not able to fix it the day of and they gave me plenty of other options to get my car fixed! 100% awesome! My car is in awesome condition now! Thanks

715 at night and atleast an hour from home, I was heading to my sister-in-laws before we heading out of f town in the morning. My tire light decided it was time to come on. I pulled over at a gas station to see if I needed air. And of course my luck, my tire guage broke. In a panic I started looking for tire shop near me. I was eventually led to the Mavis at Crosstown. And Im so glad this is where we ended up! All of the guys here were so helpful and kind. They got me in with in minutes of being there even though they were short staffed!!! Had an alignment done after lift kit install. Couldnt get it totally to factory spec but they were nice enough to show on the vehicle why that was happening and what they were able to do and even took $10 off. Great experience.

Norman, store manager, was AMAZING! His customer service skills are off the charts! He was very knowledgeable about our van, and somehow sensed how nervous we were. He worked diligently to assist us while still working tirelessly to help other customers.His entire staff seemed energized, knowledgeable and enthusiastic! The staff at this location go above and beyond. After failing to remove a golf cart tire from the rim, I took it to this location and Mike was able to remove the old tire and replace it on the rim with my new tire in less than 10 minutes!

Outstanding service and great staff! I came in after my tire caught a nail and unfortunately it was too close to the sidewall to be repairable. The manager Andrew, was incredibly helpful and gave me no less than ten different quotes on tires while we found the best deals/offers. Kevin at the front desk was also a great help while we discussed my options. Really great team here! They got me back on the road in no time at the best price. When it comes to auto work, the sign of a good shop is “would I feel comfortable sending my mom here” and know that they’d take care of her car and be honest. The answer for Mavis ptc is “absolutely, I would.” Honest, knowledgeable, and a hard working team. Thank you Andrew!

Earlier this week I called the store and talked to gentleman whom was very nice, can’t remember his name. He set me up an appointment for 2/14 at 9am with an estimated price total of $300 for rotors and brakes for my truck. A price I was willing to pay when I work 72 hrs a week and can’t make it anywhere during the week.I had arrangements to drop my truck off and then call me to come get it when they were done. Well about 12pm they call me and tell me drivers rear caliber is leaking and now the price has jumped to $850 !!! I mentioned how I was just quoted $300 and calibers can’t be that much more with core charge and stuff, plus store discount for them. I understand labor is valuable, but over $400 in labor for a 2 hr job???Rod tried to sell me a mavis credit card when I mentioned I wasn’t expecting that or can afford that today... then I just told him to put the tires on and me bring it home so I can do it myself.When I got there to pick my truck back up, there was a quart of break fluid beside my drivers side rear tire, no brakes at all, and it was dangerous to operate. When I dropped it off 8hrs ago it wasn’t like that and if the caliber was leaking it wasn’t that obvious! My boyfriend went in there and said something and all the lady could do was yell at him about not having a mask on and directed him to who I’m assuming was Rod. When my boyfriend said something to him all he could say was “it was like that when she brought it in”... IT WAS NOT. They made it dangerous to operate!!!!! Luckily we made it home going back roads and I’m currently replacing everything myself after buying all the parts needed + brake cleaner, fluid, grease for $440... still gotta return the cores and I’ll get $114 back. Then will be back at the price I was quoted originally PLUS new calibers on both sides....UPDATE: we replaced rotors, pads, and calibers and bled lines on both rear wheels in less than an hour and 1/2 for $360 by ourselves.. I dont know if they thought they could pull a fast one with me since I’m a girl, but obvious they didn’t know what kind of person I was... I just work too much to want to fool with it on my day off and ended up doing it anyways. And my truck is safe to drive to work now to

I would not come here based off of the conduct of Angela who works at the front desk. This is now the second time in two visits where Ive had problems with her. She should not be working at the front desk. She was rude and inefficient.

Dont be scared away by the large hole in their overhang out front or large spiders walking around! Reese (I hope thats spelled correctly?) and Rod and the crew at Mavis took great care of me and my car. Reese went above and beyond to troubleshoot and explain what was going on. They were able to get the car right in, which was great bc I was a walk in. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Theyre great to address concerns and make sure I feel things are done right. Glad theyre just down the street from us.

I first took my vehicle in on Dec. 8th 2020, because my wrench light was on, once I dropped it off for a maintenance oil change, I received a call stating I would need new tires because the sidewalls on the inside of my tires were worn. I left my car overnight and retrieved it the next day, I left not realizing at first the wrench light was still on, so I called and and told the manager. He was nice enough to tell me to bring it back and theyd be happy to clear the code for me. As I am on my way back, my tire pressure lights came on. Once I get there they come out and try to reset the codes, my car is a newer model car, so after ten to fifteen minutes of trying to figure out how to reset the codes, I youtubed how to do it myself. I literally walked both employees through the process. After finally getting them reset, I begin to head home, as I am leaving once again, I realize my sticker that states when I should get an oil change has not been replaced. Again I call, and this time the young man apologizes and tell me to bring it back and my next oil change is free. After everything is said and done, the next morning I leave for work and notice oil on my garage floor. I take it back to Mavis for them to tell me the oil drain plug was not properly screwed in. I am writing this review, not be belligerent, as I know people make mistakes, but I do want on record in case I have further issues with my drain plug. And also, maybe to have better quality control for future customers.

I was so happy this week when I spoke to Andrew. I was so worried about my tires because I got a flat tire on my way to work. Andrew put my mind at ease and got me back on the road in no time. I used to go to a place in Fayetteville, but now I will be visiting this location. Thank you again.

I’m always informed about how much time is left on servicing my vehicle which, is very convenient. The store manager is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. The team at the Peachtree City Mavis is stellar. The manager, after calling him that I was stranded over 4 hours by roadside assistance nearby with a busted tire, came to my aid. He put on my spare, loaded my dirty busted tire in his truck and escorted me to the shop. I expected to have to wait until the following business day for my tire to be fixed, but he squeezed me in because he knew I was having a rough day. Not only was he and the team exceptional, I was floored that my tire was only about $100. I will absolutely be giving Mavis mine and my family’s business from here on out. They are amazing!
