The staff was extremely friendly - while I did forget to bring my mask inside they were very courteous in reminding me to grab it from my car (even though I should have remembered to bring it in) - the optometrist I saw was kind and was able to answer all the questions I had in regards to different options I could get for my glasses, my eye care, and multiple questions regarding contacts. All while explaining everything I needed to know at a level at which I could understand it. Very pleased with my experience!
The ladies at the front desk were very accommodating. Doctor Choi was friendly and that helped me ease my nervousness because it was my first time to have an eye exam ever! When it was time to choose glasses, Brittney was very helpful. She was able to explain everything I need to know. Overall great experience and best customer service!
The Peachtree location has great customer service and made my visit a pleasant one. The staff i always willing help and get you in and out. I am a returning customer! The manager makes sure you are well taken care of the location is very clean and neat. Only drawback is the selection of frames seems to be getting smaller. I will be back....

Love this store! Toffee did adjustments on our current glasses while we waited for our appointment. Robbie helped us order new glasses. Ashtyn was able to squeeze us in for appointments and even for a new contact lens fitting. For not having an appointment we were in and out so quick!
The staff is terrific. Very friendly, knowledgeable and customer focused. They are able to resolve problems quickly and professionally. I personally usually see Robbie. He is wonderful. I have been going to the Peachtree City, GA location for years. Excellent & five star!!
Unfortunately, I have been waiting on my glasses for 3 weeks. First pair they said was lost by UPS. Second pair still waiting on them to ship from manufacture. Hopefully, UPS won’t loose these.

When taking out my contact lenses I tore my cornea. My regular eye doctor couldnt find time to call me back, but LensCrafters PTC juggled their schedule to get me an emergency appointment. The doctor was terrific - knowledgeable and super efficient without being rushed. If I lived a little closer I wouldnt go anywhere else.
I have been going to Lenscrafters in Peachtree City, Ga for 5 years, at first to change prescriptions monthly after a Cataract surgery gone wrong. They were superb in working with me during this period of constant vision change. The selections of frames and lenses, and the vision tests are excellent, but the customer service and professionalism are what keep me going back. I would recommend them to anyone for glasses or vision care.Bill

I ordered a pair of glasses from LensCrafters store at Peachtree City with a prescription from the store made my safety glasses, it was slightly blurry when I got the glasses. I thought it was because the glasses was new, I would get used to it after a while. When I finally found out that the prescription from the safety glasses store was wrong, it was over 30 days. The LensCrafters store manager was super nice and accommodating, I was able to get a corrected prescription and remake the glasses. I am super happy with LensCrafters, you can rest assured that LensCrafters will take care of you if you happen to run into a weird situation like me. LensCrafters not only have a huge selection of frames, but also superb customer service. My wife and daughter went to the same store for their glasses because of it.

Charles was my guy and he took care of me. I came in on a random day and wasn’t sure if I would get in. I didn’t even know if my insurance worked for this location, but he made it happen. Found me in the system, and we got everything rolling. 15 mins later I was getting an eye exam, and 35 mins later i was paying for my new glasses. Can’t make that up. Look forward to making this my regular Lenscrafters.

Our eye exam went smoothly and the staff went out of their way to take us, even though we were late by being stuck in traffic. Everyone was very friendly and professional, the place is nice and clean, and there are a ton of frames to choose from at different prices ranges and styles. I went with my daughter and we had a lot of fun with the friendly staff picking out her frames!

Saw Dr Brown here, was the worst experience I’ve ever had with an Optometrist. He seemed to get angrier and angrier with every line I couldn’t see. I felt completely demeaned and badgered by him. Save yourself from the same terror.

Associates in this PTC branch are just rude, I work long 12+ days and dont have much time off to pick up my glasses, and the employees here wouldnt even recognize I was at the door right at closing because it was already locked. All I needed to do was pick the glasses up, now my $600 pair of glasses have to wait a couple more weeks until Im back home to pick them up. So much for people having some compassion and having a little customer service.

Daughter and I had eye exams. The optometrist is really good; however I was overcharged for my daughters exam/fitting. After checking my insurance, I stopped by the store and the nice lady behind the desk told me that she wasnt sure why I was charged the extra $60 because my insurance shows that everything is included. Unfortunately, she couldnt refund since the manager was needed. I called to speak with the manager who adamantly denied my insurance covering it; although Ive had the same insurance for years and it always covers it. So I finally had my insurance call lenscrafters and explain that it was covered and they faxed over the documents reflecting payment for everything. I called the store and was told the manager would call me the next day and my refund would be ready the next day also. The next day, I waited until 2:40 and she never called (no surprise.)I wasnt even going to write this review; however, Ive been sitting in Lencrafters for almost a half hour waiting for the manager to sign off on the refund; although I was told it would be ready when I arrived, and that she would call (she never did.) The front desk lady told me she had discussed the situation with the manager and all she was waiting on was the manager to sign off on it.When the manager did come up front, she took absolutely NO RESPONSIBILITY for the mistake. She also said that she hadnt had time to review the refund information; although the lady at the front told me she had talked to her about it earlier, and the manager was there at 9 am. She then proceeded to tell me that she would have to look at the benefits statement after hours, since she had customers... uh I am a customer. Luckily, I had the benefits statement showing everything was paid. Not once did I hear an apology for the inconvenience or error. She finally rendered the refund.I recommended that she or someone update the system to reflect the correct coverage but she didnt want to hear it, interrupting me while I spoke. My company sent her coverage information and its a very common insurance so updating it would be smart unless she wants to overcharge customers, since many probably dont review their statements. This is absolutely terrible customer service and Ill take my insurance and the almost $700 (including glasses) elsewhere, especially since the store tries to upsale on the glasses, with unnecessary additions, and poor managerial skills.I have purchased from Lemscrafter in the past, without any issues. I also realize mistakes are made; however, how management handles their own mistakes and treats customers is the reason I wont return.
Went into this particular LensCrafters because I was in the area and wanted to get my glasses tighten that I purchase at another LensCrafters location. When I walked in all the associates were busy and told me that they would be with me shortly. I sit down and was then past over twice by people walking in the door. I got up to leave and ask for a card for a manager. The same young lady was then like oh may I help u is something wrong? I said yes I was sitting here and you completely over look me and took two walk ins in front of me. No customer service!!! Will not be going back and family with me that live in the area with not frequent this particular location.... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

The worst customer service I’ve experienced so far in my lifetime. Took FOREVER to get to my turn and they weren’t even busy, then tried to charge me extra for things I didn’t want. Then I asked for an email receipt and didn’t get one so I called them and they put me on hold for 15 minutes and I called again and they asked me to come into the store to get my receipt, and when I got there it took them 15 MINUTES to hand me a receipt. They also don’t call you to tell you your glasses are ready. I had to go to the store to ask. Great glasses, horrible service, high prices.

Eye exam and the visit was good, but was told that my glasses were shipped on Aug 20th and they are still not here on the 25th. When I called I was instructed to be patient and I would be notified when they arrive. I have been patient for two weeks. I am disappointed with the lack of customer service!
Very Unprofessional!My daughter had an eye emergency yesterday, after being told at urgent care to have an Optometrist or Ophthalmologist look at it more closely. My wife took her to lens crafters in the Avenue. It was 4:37pm and the website said a Dr. was available until 5pm. My wife spoke with 3 women initially that were nice, then a 4th came over and proceeded to tell my wife that the Dr. was seeing his last patient and they have been open since 9am... should have come earlier! That is the most unprofessional response I have ever heard. Things happen and not always at the most convenient of times, this issue with her eye was one of them. They should have tried to gain a better understanding of what was going on, but no, she was more concerned with getting out of there and making sarcastic remarks that have no place in a professional environment!!

Hit us with the old bait and switch. We scheduled an exam for contact lenses and were told the price was $80 if we pay cash. After the exam was done the bill was $140. I offered to meet in the middle if it was a miscommunication but the manager said the doctor wont let us issue refunds of any kind. Worst service we have had from an eye doctor in 20 years of wearing contacts/glasses.

I bought some Progressive,Transition glasses w/1 year protection plan. Fourteen months later I noticed some wavy line on the lenses, I brought them back and was told they had sustained heat damage and that there wasnt anything they could do, after my review I was contacted by the owner. They put in touch with Lenscrafters corporate, they ultimately replaced the lenses...Thank you

I was told over a month ago that if i came in i could get my glasses same day. Here it is almost 5 weeks later and still no glasses. This is my first time doing business with lenscrafters and my last.Update: glasses smudge constantly and because im always having to wipe them are now even developing scratches. Poor quality.

I called a week ago because I need new contact lenses and my usual doctor is booked for the next month. I specifically asked how much a contact lens exam would cost and they told me it would only be $80. The only additional price I was told about was for optional glaucoma testing that I refused. When I checked out I was charged $140. $80 for the eye test and an additional $60 for a contact lens test that I was never told about. My prescription is the same its been for the past 15 years and the contact lens brand Im using is the same as Ive been using for the past 5 years. All I needed was a piece of paper so that I can buy more lenses and they scammed me.
Today we were serviced by Tyesha and as always, she is a friendly professional who will provide honest advice with selecting glasses that accommodate ones personality. Tyesha cares about her interaction with customers as she is very patient. She greets every customer that enters the store and makes sure everyone is being taken care of in a timely manner. When it comes to sanitizing protocols, she ensures to gather all the glasses to have then cleaned and placed back on display expeditiously. Thank you Tyesha for being kind and caring.
First, this place for eye exams is horrendous. They do not keep appointment times at all. The appointment was scheduled for 3:30. I got there 15mins early. I was not seen by a doctor for an hour. There was no explanation by the employees. Other patients came after I waited. These patients were seen before me well after my appointment time. The staff are extremely crass and trying to up sell everything. Medical files were just laying open on the desk. LensCrafters does not have any privacy for patients.
Glass factory that’s not qualified to give correct exams and make glasses. I went to a real doctor after going here and he made me throw my glasses out that this place made a month earlier. I kept calling saying I was dizzy and they kept saying “ you have to get use to them”. They only thing they’re qualified to do is overcharge
Extremely rushed appointment. Not sure they knew what they were doing. I was prescribed contact lenses that seemed too weak by 1.00 strength for my right eye. I tried driving and could not read street signs. I went back the following day and did another test. They upped my right eye by .50 and told me to wear one regular lens in right eye and one of the multifocal k ness in my left eye this also seemed like ridiculous advice. I am now back in my home town and will be paying for yet another eye exam because lens crafters failed I would not recommend this location.
Office calls and tells they me they will cancel my appointment in an hour if I don’t give them my insurance information even though I was a past customer. I cancelled my appointment since they spammed me to get me to make an appointment the past several months and then I make an appointment and with 30 minutes notice they threatens to cancel me. There are lots of alternatives in the area. Go elsewhere.

Every one at LensCrafters were very helpful and extremely nice they were so patient with me as I looked over and over their assortment of glasses trying to find the perfect pair .
So I got another eye exam prescription changed. I decided I would pick out a set of new frames to compair the cost vs 1 new lens. My right eye was the only one that changed. They told me lenses comes in pairs and that they could not replace just one lens. He quoted me $503 dollars for 2 lenses. I also got him to give me a quote on a pair of Oakley Holbrook rx frames with the same lenses. He quoted me $436.How does a place called lenscrafters not replace just one lens. I just felt like they just wanted to sell me new glasses. I have purchased 3 pair of glasses here and wont be back. I called another place and they said they could replace just one lens. I now feel lied to. Wont be back. I also purchased the same frames and lenses from another place for $280 exact same.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. The woman who performed was extremely rude and condescending. I told her that I needed help getting my left eye contact in and she refused to help me. I’ve always struggled with the left contact because of how big it is due to poor vision. She asked what my previous eye prescription was and I told her that I wasn’t sure and she said “what do you know?”. The receptionist was rude as well. I wish I could say I had a good experience on the LensCrafters side but the woman who first helped me with ordering my frames was kind and professional but mistakenly ordered the wrong ones. A different woman was there when I when I went and discovered the wrong frames. She then proceeded to try to pop outmy lenses from the frames using her hands, and no tools. She said she could get them out and put them in the display frames that customers try on. I told her to stop and that I wanted brand new frames that I paid for and I was concerned with how she was trying to pry the lenses from the frames. Lastly, I never got a call that my glasses were ready for me to pick up. I had to call and find out they arrived.
Terrible customer service. Broke my lens and took my glasses in for repair (originally purchased there). Representative said I must pay for an eye exam first...AGAINST THE LAW to replace my lens, he said! What ”Law” I inquired? No response....never go here. Now, I purchased my glasses at this store!!! wow...
Went back a day later and they fixed everything. Thanks ROBBIE!!!

Ordered glasses and was told they would arrive in 10 days. Called on day 10 and was told they shipped (from Atlanta). Called day 13 and was told they were still in progress at manufacturing (in Atlanta). Called again and was told they MIGHT be ready in 21 days. Prices are higher than they were when they made glasses in an hour and service is worse. I will NEVER return! I cannot urge you enough to take your business elsewhere!

I went into a Lens Crafters store to purchase a pair of eyeglasses and a pair of sunglasses. After deciding on the frames I wanted, I was told that I could not get gradient lenses in the sunglasses frame in the color that I preferred. The Coach sunglass frames that I wanted are rosegold and pink. The demo lenses were gradient pink which was what I wanted. I was told by the associate that the pink gradient lenses are not an option. This was after spending at least an hour with the associate. I have been a customer of Lens Crafters for many years and I have family members that have purchased gradient lenses in the past. I left the store without purchasing neither set of eyewear because I was not able to get what I wanted. Please bring back the option of gradient lenses. Highly disappointed.

I have never paid three or four co-pays in one doctor visit ! $400 for eyeglasses when I’ve only paid $40 possibly 60 when I go to my eye doctor ! My co-pay is $10 not $100 ! Then I get over to pick the eyeglasses out and it was going to be four or $500 just for the glasses ! I have never paid that much money for eyeglasses ! Plus the ladies at the reception desk were rude and the lady that did the eye exam did not have a good so-called bedside manner . At least Frank was kind when I purchased the eyeglasses and contact lenses, but still I felt so taken ! I’ve been to other LensCrafters and have never paid this much !
Awful. I got an eye exam and decided to pick out a pair of glasses. They got them ordered fairly quick for me and told me that I could expect them ready within 5-7 days. I never got a call so I reached out to them on the 7 day mark and was told it would be another week. I again called and was told the 28th. Today is December 1st and I just called and got told that my glasses would be here December 8th, give or take a few days. It’s ridiculous. They haven’t even offered anything in my favor to compensate. Cancelling my order today!
I dont usually rate places but I was so pleased with my experience here I felt I should. I went in with my glasses, that I didnt buy from LensCrafters, hoping to get new nose guards. But while there they pointed out many problems with my glasses and fixed them all, right away, stuff I didnt even realize was messed up. My glasses are perfect now. For sure next time I get a new pair Ill be visiting the peachtree city LensCrafters
The amount of money for this is absolutely insane why waste money go to America’s best or anywhere else...
