I ordered my glasses all is well keep in mind DO NOT TRY TO GET YOUR GLASSES AFTER 5PM after 5 NOT 7, 5 they cannot take orders nor give you your glasses. I waited an hour to get my glasses because I need them for end of the year testing. THEY WERE CLOSED!?!? The doctor there said he couldn’t be trusted to do anything about anything. Poor doctor. Why just WHY???

The young lady who set my appointment was rude. The young man I spoke to about verifying insurance/appointment was rude too.. My appointment was supposed to be today, but I decided to take my money elsewhere!

If there was an option for 0 instead of 1, that would be it. This place did not have the calls to our insurance ready. Then, with the insurance, my daughter and I were charged more than if we had gone to our regular doctor without insurance--for an appointment where they did none of the basic tests offered at our old place. The doctor, who did not wash his hands between patients or even us, leaned in and glanced, not even looking, at our eyes and told us we were good. The only reason we had changed was the State Health benefits changed their vision. I will be paying out of pocket and never going back here.

Should have roles before you let costumers in. Not treat your costumers like pos. DONT TOUCH THAT. SERIOUSLY. Dont yelled because you did not say anything that we cannot touch anything. WE WILL NOT RECCOMEND YOU TO ANYONE. ZERO STAR.

I received courteous & professional service today. Upon entering, I was greeted by the manager Monica. Even though there were several customers ahead of me, I did not have to wait long. Simply put....Excellent Service!

Very rude and threatning

Ok so I walked in expecting wait.. I mean I walked in. However not a single person in the building so I thought I might get lucky! 4 employees standing around no one in the building and yet they told me they were booked solid for the day??? Like I know that I can’t see but clearly I could see no one doing anything as far as helping any booked appointments. Guess they like invisible money too! What a joke! I will NEVER return to ptc Walmart vision center!

Highly NOT recommended. Absolute lousy customer service. The young man that answered the phone could have cared less about the customer. Simply trying to get an appointment scheduled is a trial in itself. The young man continued to tell me that my insurance wasn’t offered without even taking the time to look it up, especially when I used the same service in the past. Highly NOT recommended.

Each time I have stopped by for service or have a question, everyone is very helpful and professional. They are always very nice.

Customer service in the vision center is awful. No one is licensed to order glasses after 5:00PM. They cannot access the system without an optometrist in the center. EVEN IF YOU HAVE A PRESCRIPTION IN HAND! There was no offer to assist with finding another location to get glasses for my son after 5:00PM.

Very easy to get an appointment, and I have been using this clinic for over 10 years now.

My frames cracked so I needed repair. Guy I called there tried to convince me of the ridiculous notion that an optometrist was required to fix a frame; said it was law in Georgia. Preposterous. When I disagreed with him, he hung up on me. When I tried calling back, he wouldnt pick up. Lousy and ignorant service.

Watch out! They will sell you the lenses that only have 60 day warranty and the coatings will come off in 6 months. When I brought my glasses back with coatings chipping off they said I did not have the Nikon lenses witch cost the same but only a 60 day warranty. Scam!!!

Id rate this negative stars if possible!!! Ive been going here for a few years, but I have just about had enough of the employees thinking they should be rude to customers. I hope they all lose there jobs when everyone stops going here. Today was ridiculously rude- must be rude employee day at Walmart. I will not be going here anymore!!!!

Very friendly staff helped me find noseless glasses.

Rude over the phone and not much better in person. Dont bother setting an appointment. You will still wait an hour to be seen.

Family and I have gone for about5 years now. They are all friendly and professional.
