Love it!!! This is the best place. When your sick of course to get your needed medicine. They are always patient, kind, and extremely helpful. It has literally saved my life finding this kind team to work with. Having to take medicine for any problem sucks. I try not to take it out on them.🥰

Use Walgreens in Peachtree City instead. This is the worst place I’ve ever attempted to fill a prescription. Staff very unhelpful. They never seem to be able to find anything. I gave them a pass the first time thinking maybe the doctor had not called it in, but same thing happened again. It always turns out they had it the whole time and send me off to play phone tag for hours. Always something fun to do when you already feel bad.

Kari- Lead tech went above and beyond to help me with my prescription for my son. Not often do people get recognized for providing superior service and she did just that. Thank you. Each person was working incredibly hard while I was there. And should be recognized for their hardwork. I visited this past Sunday as well and both the store staff and minute clinic were friendly and polite.

Ive had a pretty bad experience Miss Patria Ybanez being nice goes a long way. That goes for you too Kiz. You both can do better.

Made an appointment for 1:10 pm to get a Covid test. Showed up at 1:00pm. No one ever came outside or called me. I called several times to let them know I was outside but still no one came. After an hour, I called again and was told that the testing staff was on break. The entire process was extremely unprofessional and a waste of time. I drove 30 minutes to get the test and was unable to get it because no one ever came out to start the process. If you are seeking efficient customer service for the COVID test, DO NOT MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT FOR THIS LOCATION!

Stopped by at this CVS for passport size photo to be taken. Extremely bad experience!! Tried to charge me EXTRA and Double charged me (went back and got a refund for one). Let alone the guy at the register, even the supervisor had no idea what she was doing. Passport size photos are $14.99, no charge/minimum charge for additional copies. The supervisor tried to charge me $14.99 for each copy and when I tried to correct her, she told me I was wrong. I asked her to double check, turns out I was right. Almost got ripped off here. Oh and you would think they would apologize for the misunderstanding and the inconvenience. NOPE. Not here. Not them. Go anywhere but here.

Gave us the wrong pills for 90 dollars and wouldn’t take them back

Poor customer service! We stood at the register for a minute before Kim came to help us. She was behind the counter but doing something and taking her time to check us out. No biggie, but it was obvious from the get go that she was not interested in helping us. She had several issues handling simple tasks related to using our CVS card. Then there was an issue with a coupon, which I understood why, but the product we were buying with a coupon was listed as full price on the shelf. She argued with us that it wasnt showing as on sale in the system and we couldnt use the coupon. I told her I wanted to speak to a manager and she said she was the manager because we felt they should honor the price on the shelf (we cant see whats in the system) then she tried to make excuses that if she rang it up with the coupon, it would be the same price, which was not true. There was a $3 difference. Regardless, the point is that she claimed to be a manager but failed horribly at doing simple register and customer service tasks. We gave her our CVS card and that we wouldnt need it anymore and told her we would go buy all of our items at RITE AID down the street. I cant speak for the store as a whole, but this person should not be in a customer service position.

Great, pharmacy doesnt take long. Theyre experienced and dont get flustered under high volume. Friendly, store is always well organized.

The first time dr called in, so I just had to pick up and out . No problems. 2 nd time took about 15 minutes. No problems.

I am reviewing because of some negative reviews here. I was looking up the hours of the store and felt like I needed to chime-in. I have not experienced what others have experienced in these reviews. Over the last year I have had medication filled regularly and the wait times experienced have been on par (or better than) other CVS pharmacies I used in the past.

Here is my review of the Minute Clinic within this CVS location. It is a convenient place for minor injuries & basic checkups. This is a new and welcome alternative to traditional doctors offices. They do need to investigate the current issues with vaccines. See vaxxedthemovie for more info.

This store used to be awful, and I avoided it. But in the last year or so they seemed to have hired a new manager and it is now very good - staff is polite & efficient, check out is quick. It is quite a noticeable difference. I have moved my prescriptions to their pharmacy, and I find the staff very professional. Ive also begun using the Minute Clinic and the photography printing, and all has been very satisfactory. I used to go out of my way to avoid this store, now it is a pleasure to shop there.

A crackhead tried to take my money but luckily i cam out the store with my hulk hands and messed em up

WORST. PHARMACY. EVER!!! Waited in line over 45 minutes to pick up medicine onlynfor them tonsay it isn’t ready go back to the end of the line. Only gave 1 star because-0 wasn’t an option. Run, forest, run! And don’t look back! I will NEVER come here again under any circumstance. He and 15 minutes and STILL in line. Unacceptable. Unprofessional.

This location is very busy. All of my prescriptions have been filled properly. The wait times at the pharmacy can be long.

Minute Clinic more like hour clinic. Doctor spends approximately 1-hour with each patient when the sign says 15 minutes per patient. Ridiculous wait time!

This CVS location tends to have bad customer service in my opinion. I have dealt with other CVS branches in the area, but this one makes me change my mind and want to go to a different branch as the staff here are somewhat rude in my opinion.

Drive through have always priority even though it’s your turn and you’ve been waiting 10 min

Nothing good or bad. Very typical of the chain. Has a minute clinic inside. The wait times are not accurate at all. Be prepared to wait.

Just pick up cough medicine

Waited 1 hour at the minute clinic and was 2nd in line when it opened. The nurse never showed up and nobody knew where she was! The shift manager couldnt even get in touch with the store operator to call in another nurse. I was in pain and they wasted my time

These guys screwed up the medication orders of everyone in my family on MULTIPLE occasions. DO NOT use the pharmacy here. The customer service is aweful too. Overall, this store is the WORST.
