This place is awful. Go 1.5 miles up the road to the Shell by Target = way cleaner and friendlier with a way larger selection of snacks, candy and drinks.

Nick is a great guy. He always helps his customers out when they’re short, even if it’s more than a few bucks. Like I said great guy. I can see why it’s rating is what it is, but the previous staff sucked. Now, they have a friendly new staff, Definitely 5 star gas station.

I went in this shell this morning with my son, and the owner john lee was trying to explain something me to me in a VERY VERY rude manner. But i could not understand his english/chinese accent. He was also wearing a mask which made it harder to undesrtand.he disrepected me in front of my son and other costumers by yelling, screaming and calling me *DUMB*. Btw most of the merchandise is expired.This is a VERY unprofessional way to run a business as a owner and a very ugly mannered citizen. DONT GO TO THIS STORE.

I visited this gas station passing through Peachtree City. I was thrilled to death by one of the coolest dudes I have ever met, the cashier John M. Every stranger visiting this city should make sure to stop here for gas first. If John is working you will definitely agree. Make sure to thank him and let him know you care.You know what? John M is so cool that ice cubes get jealous of him!!!Now thats Kewl😀😀😀😀

I have been to this station on my way to work several times now. Multiple pumps have non operating payment machines. Avoid pump number one if you are going to pay with credit/debit. If it werent for the Dunkin Donuts I probably wouldnt stop here at all for gas. I dont need a gas station to have a frozen yogurt bar but it would be nice to have a functional payment method at the pump.

I have patroned this Shell Station for many years for gasoline and car washes. Today was the worst encounter I have ever had with any merchants personnel. The store manager, John Li, was very unprofessional. English is not his first language, very difficult to communicate, however, he is proficient at yelling with a line of customers watching. Honestly, he has no business working with the public, as a local business owner I will be contacting the owner of this Shell station.

Terrible customer service & expensive gas. The cashier was incredibly rude to me for no reason.

All the other low rating reviews are right, owner is terrible. Will never return after hearing him scream at another customer. Very unprofessional.

Typical shell cleaner than most young man named Mark works there on night shift good worker needs to be running the place.

Very Rude service. Went for gas and tried to redeem fuel rewards and once all payment and numbers were entered the screen said waiting on cashier approval after waiting about 5 minutes i decided to go in to check. I was greeted by two very rude employees, one of which was the manager who were both rude and condescending. After telling me multiple times that I wasnt doing any of it right I went back out to restart. On my way out I said to the manager that he was being very rude to which he told me to watch my mouth. After starting over I swiped everything and entered every number I began to pump my gas but was then stopped by a message saying cashier stopped pump.After returning in the same manager laughed and told me to hang up the gas and start over. Very unpleasant and unnecessary experience for something as simple as pumping gas. Will not be returning.

I waited in line for 10 minutes when I finally got up there the clerk said Im getting the guy behind you first he had 1 beer.I was going to get $40 in gas but just left.
