Normally this would have been a positive post. However, this year was a considerable service failure with both product and delivery. My wige ordered Red River Rock and soil from the company. After looking at the price list - they don’t distinguish large vs medium Red River Rock - so if you decide to take the risk and order, please ensure you be very specific with your request. I had 2 issues - 1) the “yard” of soil dropped, was NOT a yard. Ive used this company for the past 4 years, trying to support small business, and after sending over 15 photos, the owner wants to come and physically view the soil and rocks “after its been spreaded”. 2.) There had to be at least a 5gallon bucket of soil mixed in the with the Red River Rock upon delivery, again, photos that obviously showed this issue were sent without any offer for resolution. I have spoken with our HOA president and other community HOA leaders to inform them of my experience - for their awareness and handling of this situation. Obviously, we are in difficult times, so every dollar counts, and I wanted my dollar to support a small business who treated their customers fairly. Ill take the loss and move back to the big box store or find another fair company to assist with soil and other yard supplies.

We use yard time for our bulk yard materials. Great people and always happy with the product. Just built a raised bed garden that took 3 1/2 yards of dirt. Worked out great.

Stood right at the entrance. Two employees walked by me, one of them twice and did not acknowledge me what so ever. No, Ill be right with you..Nor a hello. Nothing!! I just politely left. No one should have to beg to spend their money with you.

Great place to buy rocks

Ordered 5 tons of fill dirt from them and told the lady to have it dumped beside the driveway..We had a retainer wall buit for our above ground pool. She told me that the only way they could dump inside the walls was to sign a waiver incase their truck either got stuck or made ruts in my yard because it had rained a couple of days before..(not at my house)I let her know that I was not at home to sign anything so to just dump it beside the driveway..She also said they would be there between 230 and 330..I called home at 2 to tell my son that they would be there between 230 and 330 ..He informed me that they had came at like 130,dumped the dirt not beside the driveway as I requested,but across our retaining wall,and had broken the wall..I was not happy because alot of work had gone into the wall..So I called Yard Time and was told that my son who is 15 had signed the waiver making them not responsible for the damages. Also gave me a number to text pictures of the damage to..I did that and its been 4 days..Not only did I text them pictures I also explained what had happened and that a child should not be allowed to sign anything..Especially if it is going against what and adult and paying customer had requested .I still have not gotten any kind of response from them..Even an apology would have been nice! So now not only do we have to replace a section of retaining wall, it was also lifted up out of the ground by the weight of the dirt..VERY UNHAPPY, DISSATIFIED, Customer who will take my business elsewhere mainly because of the lack of care they took in handling this..See photos above of how they dumped the dirt..
