I wanna share my great experience working with Josh (Pearl City Location) today. Firstly, he was very courteous and polite, as well as knowledgeable in assisting me is getting several storage units that I needed. He went out of his way to secure the units that I needed, which included units at a different location, all the while dealing with customers that came into the store, and the never-ending phone calls that came in. He remained calm & collected, as well as very friendly and courteous to everyone. My end result is that he was able to secure all (3) units that I needed... A great multitasker and valued employee.... Need more like Josh out there!!

I’ve never had the need for a storage - so I was unfamiliar to how this works. The pricing I found online compared to other storages for similar sizes was more then just competitive. I also have a friend who used this facility and says it’s great. Called and talked to Jenna- super helpful and gave me all the information needed. Set me up with my storage and I’m moving in tomorrow!

Searched for a storage unit online and found an Extra Space Storage facility close to us. Oliana was very knowledgeable and very helpful with our search to get a storage unit to fit all our items. She was friendly and pleasantly explained everything in detail. We did a walk through and decided to rent the unit.

Life came crashing down on someone very close to me and had but a day and a half to vacate all of their belonging or they would have lost it all..being that I live on the third floor with no elevators and with my health issues..it would impossible to store it at my place. I needed to rent a unit for my friend that was down on luck and I only had $40 to my name, didnt think Id be much help because I had no space where I lived..I bad credit and no credit card to help make payment or reservation online. Went online and found extra space storage..whom I called and the worker told me to come to their office and there met the manager, Kim ..she was really friendly . She made me feel welcomed. Didnt pass judgement as I ra. She listened patiently as I rant and raved about my issues because u was so worried and stressed out..she actually gave me her undivided attention with eyes of understanding and compassion and then she went into BEAST MODE ..she asked a couple of questions about what I basically was ended the space for..I asked for a bigger size. She asked me if I would like to look at the unit but before e got therr she asked me if I wouldnt mind looking at another space which was smaller..but when she showed it to me..it was perfect and cheaper..I was so relieved and thankful for her help..You are. AMAZING!! I was surprised that it didnt matter about my credit score nor did we need ro put down a deposit..because we were able to do a month to month rental agreement.it was only a 4,x6 but at that moment any space was better than none at all..very relieved to know that I wouldnt have to carry everything upstairs. There was dollies and even a roller star case so I could stack everything . I didnt think that it was bjg enough but she assured me if I needed to upgrade to a bigger space it wouldnt be a problem and to my surprise I had plenty of space left after moving everything in..shes awesome and knows what shes doing. I woukd recommend extra space storage to all of my friends and family to go there. The process was simple,fast and i dint even have to put a deposit down. When we got there we didn’t know what building our unit was located in but a worker had assisted us upon getting to building A lol. She was nice and had great customer service. I found the manager and staff here in Pearl City very professional, informative, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. We will recommend the business to friends and family.

My locker was broken into and a surfboard and saxophone were taken. They said I needed to get my homeowners insurance to cover the loss. There is not enough security, the lockers are rusting, the padlock we bought from them to replace ours that was removed by the thieves could barely fit into the door to lock it. For$145.55 I pay per month, its not worth it. Im looking for another, more secure, self storage company with more cameras and security.

Very friendly service, storage unit is exactly what I was looking for, at a great price. Im paying 250.00 at another storage unit thats not much bigger than this one. No hidden fees, easy access to my unit, reasonable hours to access my unit, and a clean facility. My siblings both have units here and suggested this place for all the same reasons.

Extra Space Storage is a great and affordable storage facility compared to others Ive checked out. The ONLY thing I wish they had was climate control for their units, but other than that, the unit was adequate to what I needed, very affordable, clean and their staff is amazing! Id definitely recommend them to any friends looking for a good and affordable place to store their belongings.

Found extra storage online. Made my reservation then few days later, Kimberly calls me confirming my reservation. She also went over the prices. And general informations. She was very knowledgeable, answering all my questions without hesitations. She called again few days before my move-in day to confirm the time. She was flexible with the time. She met with me when we got to the facility, gave us a tour and instructions on things. Kimberly is very consistent. Processed my paper work quickly. And she went over everything again just to make sure.

We had an easy time setting up our new larger unit. Combine 2 smaller units to 1 larger unit. All though it was a little different with the social distancing but everything work out.

I swung by there today to get some information and as I walked into the facility I was greeted by these two extremely friendly but professional workers. Kim and Dane was super helpful and very diligently listened and answered my questions. All my doubts was well assured. I highly recommend to ask for Dane or Kim because they really demonstrate great customer service. I am so glad that the extra space storage facility has exceptional workers like them.

Renting a storage space from them was a lot faster and easier than I had expected.UPDATE: Needed to downsize storage space, found doing so very efficient and easy. The lady managing the facility was exceedingly pleasant and made the process of ending the lease of one unit and starting the lease on another unit very easy. Staff is courteous and friendly.

From day one of applying for my storage unit, they have been so accommodating and super patient with me. Recently I realized I needed more storage space, Kim showed me something bigger, close to the entrance and still on the first floor. The transition to the new storage was painless! Oli went the extra mile the day of my switch and called me to see if I needed more time to move. I find it hard talking with anyone else other than Kim and Oli. They know exactly what we need. The facility is clean and very well secured. It would normally bother me to go to a storage warehouse by myself. This place is so well secure, it doesnt bother me in the least to be there alone. Customer service is always awesome and welcoming but I do have an issue with the gate being open all day because of security reasons. We are paying for it to be secured not inviting people that dont have units to get entry to the buildings or property.

My roommate and I were looking for a storage place to keep our stuff over the summer. The place had a the best prices for a 4x4 storage unit, which is the perfect size for us to store our items. They have a large tv just for surveillance footage behind them. The staff were really friendly and helpful, made sure we understood the documents, and helped my roommate and I split the bill.

Kim and Ole (Im sorry if your ready this and I didnt spell it correctly) are amazing. I reserved my unit about a week an a half ago and was only able to go down the other day the first couple days we were playing phone tag and I wasnt able to hold my dates to come in and look at the units. I was finally available and called, they realized it was me after looking me up and were like we actually still have tour reservation down. I got to the office and was welcomed warmly. We went out to look at what I thought I wanted but got something a little bigger.
