Understaffed and underqualified. perhaps pay more to get some workers who understand how a business needs to function to retain customers. also, spare me the canned response to email you directly.

Had a bad experience. The sales rep was not knowledgeable on the promotions. She claimed the promotions were one thing and I found out on the next billing cycle, it was a completely different thing. Everyone I dealt with at the store was nice and professional but unfortunately nice doesn’t cut it.

Absolutely disgraceful...went into this store looking to change lines... three lines to be exact... lady wouldn’t even look at us or even acknowledge that we were there. We just left. Very disappointed. Do not recommend...

It was closed. I waited 1/2hour and the car next to me was there longer. No sign or message that it doesnt open at 11AM. Are the hour different due to COVID?

Very poor customer service I dont why these kind of people are there in store without knowing anything. That is ridiculous.staff service is very bad. Please shuttle off the store and go home.

I was there last nite while Jason, Alex, and Jay were in the store. I was there to switch from Verizon. They went above and beyond to help me get the best deal for what I needed. I will definitely recommend my friends and family go to this store. A bit of a drive from Paterson but definitely worth the experience
