The Pearl River Verizon store is the only one I will go to for my cell phone needs. Wireless consultant, Marvin Michel, assisted myself and my family with professional and quality service. He spent time explaining the different options that were available to me as I came in for a device upgrade. His upbeat personality made the time spent very pleasant. He outlined exactly what to expect in regard to charges and changes to my account. After realizing the phone that I wanted was not in stock, he quickly ordered it for me and I received it much sooner than expected. Marvin was efficient in his work and knowledgeable about getting me the best deal possible. I appreciate that after all was said and done, I received a great phone in a timely manner and the reassurance that he would be there to help with any future services.

Leon and Lee made my Mom and I feel right at home during a very long phone days transfer. They were friendly and personable, and made sure our questions were answered and our needs were met. Their rapport is delightful. I can’t think of a better atmosphere to spend four hours in while getting a new phone. Wonderful!

This place is the best! My phone started acting strangely and I didnt want to replace it or have to do a full reset. Marvin and Nick solved my problems (whatever they were because I dont speak that much tech) and in about 15 minutes my phone was like new once again, without any hassle.I have no idea how these guys keep up with the technology and can simply pick up a phone (so many varieties) and do it, but they did.Add to that the fact that they were personally engaging and I know where to go with any Verizon-related issue.Got a Verizon phone issue? Head to their store on Middletown Rd!Note to Marvin and Nick: Technology has its limits. In this case, it limits me to only 5 stars. Id gladly give you more.

No matter the day of the week, the time of day, everyone on staff is smiling, working hard and they treat you as though no one else is there. They take their time with you, explain things and not over your head! Selection of products is very good. Love the glass protector policy to protect screens. This time we had the pleasure of working with a very patient Jake. He was wonderful, knowledgeable, professional and kind. Romeo, as manager, was also very kind and helpful. They both represent the store very well.

Have always had good experiences with this store up until now. My last experience was terrible. Had been given incorrect info on a purchase. When I complained they could not have cared less. Blamed it on a since terminated employee. Upper management off site and unavailable. I am guessing why there is a revolving door of misinformed employees. This is not a corporate store -I would suggest going to the Verizon store in Nanuet.

Wonderful experience here today after 2 days of torture with 1st my iPhone 8 & then my new replacement iPhone SE. After being locked out of my old phone & not even able to make calls on my new phone, as a last resort I went to this location. I am overjoyed to say my issues were resolved by Jake & Marvin. These 2 gentlemen listened to my concerns (although I had never been to their location and bought my iPhone SE directly from Apple) and without hesitation or thoughts of a sale, gave me their full attention until the issue was addressed. When I arrived, the store was empty. It filled with new customers as 1st Jake, then Marvin tended to my needs, yet they did not waiver from their commitment to my concerns. That my friends is true customer service. Their service was so good I purchased a screen cover, just because!Next time I need anything related to Verizon or my phones or tablets, this is where I will I will go. Thank you again Marvin and Jake for making my day.

Jesus was amazing at helping me even though it was a difficult situation with the switching over of the lines. He was very patient and humble. He explained to me what to expect on my first bill and Im so happy to have made the switch. Thanks to Jesus I no longer have to deal with any surprises from Sprint. I highly recommend him. I loved the personal attention and assistance by each member of the knowledgeable and friendly staff. Verizon products and plans are the same everywhere, but here, questions get answered, suggestions are honest and problems get resolved. There is no corporate feel...you are not just a sale/commission.

Cameron & Marvin went the extra mile to help me get the best phone for my needs. No pressure to buy anything . They just helped me analyze which phone best fulfilled my business and personal phone needs. And they stayed late to make sure I had all of my data transferred properly to my new phone. Love this store! I feel like the employees really listen to what I need and make an effort to match me with a product that performs accordingly. After working with my indecisive self for an hour, Cameron discovered that if i waited a day, he could save me 200 dollars with some special offer or rebate. He didnt have to share that with me...but Im incredibly thankful he did. I also confessed that I tend to leave my phone on the charger all night....bad habit, i know...He suggested a charger that turns off once your phone is fully charged, so I dont fry my battery again...Needless to say, I returned the next day to finish the sale....fast, competent, friendly service...Thanks!
