The staff members as of my last several visits are awesome. They are helpful, polite and can tell they enjoy what they do. Great job guys.

The store is OK. Most of the employees have no idea what your talking about, so they are no help locating something you need. But there are a few employees who have helped me and were an absolute pleasure to be around. Its always a good thing when someone actually enjoys their job.

I needed a live animal trap. They were very helpful and had what I needed. Theirs was half the price that the place up the road was selling them for.

I’m not voluntarily a frequent goer of Harbor Freight but my husband seems to like it so I’m forced to pretend I love it. Whenever he needs tools and doesn’t want to pay a fortune he saddles up and heads to HF. Not really he isn’t a cowboy or anything he drives a Chevy not a horse. For real though HF puts out pretty good coupons so you can get a good deal and if you sign up for their emails they’ll send you”free item” coupons as well. It’s like Christmas all year I tell you.

Dont like the new membership sales program. Miss the real actual sales and bargains.

Never been so poorly treated at a place. Went in to buy a generator. And the guy at the register spoke to me like I was incapable. Wouldnt tell me what kind of oil the generator needed either. Then the workers said they would help me take it out of the box outside. They didnt do that and stood inside and watched me try to load it by myself. A nice gentleman from outside helped me load it instead of anyone that was working at this location.

Cheap chinese tools store. I wouldnt buy anything important such as engine or compressor or jack stand there but something simple such as pair of cloth gloves or heat shrink tube is no problem. Their batteries last third of the time that energizer lasts.

One of my favorite stores. With a multitude of different type tool categories it’s easy to get in and out of quickly if your time is limited. I’m willing to bet, your eyes will get a bit sore from all the looking around they’ll be doing especially if it’s your first time visiting .

When I first walked in, a cashier acknowledged me. I told her that I was there to see the Manager. She gave me perfect instructions. Talking to the Manager, she is very passionate and very determined! I walked the store after speaking with the Manager and WOW! Every tool and gadget you could want! Its like a tool Disneyland!

This place carries mainly only cheap chinese steel tools that will fail the first time you really need it to work. That is not to say the place doesnt have a few items that youll need in a quick pinch, but that doesnt make up for the lack of cashiers, or floor staff to help find what you are looking for. Make sure you are well aware of what tool you need and what it looks like because you are unlikely to receive any help from this place. Honestly any other tool store would be a better quality but this place does have good values for the tools they do carry. Just remember you get what you pay for.

Great bran name tools or cheaper name tools, I abuse my tools and over work them, I buy the cheaper and never broke any ratchet or tool. But the battery chargers buy the better one, the cheaper one looks like the 1980s, and dont last long if you use alot.

These people are really helpful. Because sometimes I can have a challenging situation on hand.
