Revell hardware in Pearl is 👍GREAT! The Employees were Friendly & the Gentleman who I talked to on the phone Greeted me when I walked in the Door 🚪. He even brought the Garbage Can to my car & loaded it in my car. I would Recommend Revell Hardware to Anyone!! I give that Store an 12!!Charlie was Remarkable & Professional!

Place is awesome much love here will surely come back. 2 revell stores one with yard equipment like zero turns and push mowers that all were high quality and impressive. The other store was your tradition revell. I highly recommend this location its the best one around. Great work ladies and gents

Always have what I need, good service

The customer service was not a pleasant one....upon entry to the location..there were no other patrons in the building nor were they on the phone..we were not greeted and my buddy was ready to purchase a nice Scag Zero-turn under $8k cash. They eventually greeted us, but the correspondence was brief... I apologize gentlemen but that sale has left the building.

They fix and repair alot of home repairs. Ex. Like door knobs, change lock, Carpenter work for wood are marbles cutting. Fix broken glasses for windows at your house. They have pipes, wood ect.They mixed color paint up your home wall. You thing to your hole in your wall there. This store is better then lowes and home depot. This store has all in one stop. Great place to shop. The employees are real helpful and friendly they are going to get the job done on any request.

My MIL and I went to pick up a tricycle that she wanted to buy for my 2 year old daughter. The gentlemen that helped us were so friendly. They engaged with my children and had a smile on the whole time. They let my daughter try her trike out before we bought it to make sure she liked it. What a nice surprise in the middle of all this chaos.

I was able to park at the door I walked in was greeted by several people but a nice and helpful salesman asked if he could help me? I told him what I needed and he went right to it. They had it. I bought it and was out of there in less than 5 minutes. It was awesome. I highly recommend it. And will definitely go back which I do when I need something.

Was treated like I knew not one thing about what I asked for. I held my tongue. The lady cashier was super polite.Paid double for the same item that I had bought the day before from another supply house. I have shopped the Clinton and Byram Revell and have always been treated with respect. The Pearl location has seen me the 1st and last time

My experience has been excellent every time I go in. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with your personal hardware shopkeeper. The employees are knowledgeable, experienced, and extremely helpful in assisting you with your project. Are they a little expensive? Yes. But it is worth it with the customer service.

This is my one stop shop for all the things I need. Its also real hometown friendly. And the prices are good.

Apologies for taking your stars away. The Governor was very clear on Monday July 13, 2020 that face coverings are mandated and particularly required by business dealing directly with the public. You had several employees today walking through the store with their masks around their necks assisting customers, and one female with no mask at all (and vaping), walking through the store. Shame on your lack of concern for your customers. I personally wont enter your establishment without an N95 mask. Its not worth the risk.Youre breaking the law btw.

The salesman was very nice and helpful. He didnt have what I needed he tried to find it at one of the other stores. No one had it in stock so he ordered it for me. I love shopping at Ace they are always so nice and helpful. Thanks Ace, I even got a free bag of popcorn it was so good.

I try to always shop local first. Went in to look at zero turns. Stayed there five minutes looking around and no one of at least three employees greeted or spoke to me. I have faith that the next time I come in customer service WILL be there.

The clerk didnt know about a heater on sale online. But when I showed them, they eagerly priced it accordingly. Friendly and helpful.

I order part 3 weeks ago have yet to recieve it. One week after ordering part went in to check on it. staff acted as though i wasnt their. And repeatedly took care of other customer who came in after me. No priority of who is next to be served. Also a hint prejudices. Young lady is nice other guy at counter has poor customer service skill. Definitely shouldnt be up front.

I needed some chain saw blades sharpened. My neighbor recommended Revell Hardware on Hwy. 80. I found the folks to be down-home and friendly. The personal, professional service is awesome. This is my go to store when I need blades sharpened.

This is my go-to when I know the tool I need is going to be difficult to find. The staff is friendly and helpful.The staff over at the power tools shop (across the parking lot) are friendly and willing to help out with anything. Stop by more than once and theyll probably even remember your name.

BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I tell you.. just walk into the store and there are three to five guys eager to help you out. they are incredibly knowledgeable and can find anything you need. if they dont have it they know whetre to go.

Only had to go for a few screws and anchors. But they were a specific kind I needed and didnt know what to get, only what I had to fix. Right when I walked thru the door I was greeted by at least 3 people and a man walked up right away and helped me figure out exactly what it was that I needed.When I went to the checkout the ladies there were very nice and friendly. They even signed me up for a rewards card. Ive been to many R. Ace Hardware stores before and until going into Pearls today I wasnt even aware they had a rewards card you could have without taking out a line of credit!Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & fast service. I will DEFINITELY be returning to R. Ace in Pearl!!!

Revell Hardware is a Hometown Hardware Store kind of old school they have just about everything that you could imagine from door knobs to hinges to kick plates two paints tools fertilizers feeds they even have pocket knives and the staff is one of a kind they know you and your walk in the door and they know you even better when you leave Revell Hardware is a very Hometown place
