Pretty good store, nice and clean. Selection is limited at times.

Rude employee asked me “girl you’re still here?” 20 mins till closing. Then another employee 5 mins later yelled, not intercom but yelled, “bring your final selections to the front we are closing” 15 mins before closing. I’ve done my fair share of retail, you lock the doors at closing.... not 20 minutes before hand.

Store says it closes at 6 online and on the door. However I showed up at 5:45 to DONATE clothes. Everything was locked. Workers were in the store. Waited till they exited the store to find out what was happening and only received attitude. Makes me not want to donate to any goodwills anymore... 0/10 would recommend this location!

Horrible customer service I arrived at 5:45 they told me they was closed when I walked in the door and a lot people was still in the store, They are supposed to close at 6:00 pm, so what else can I do but walk out the store then write this bad report. I hope to find the manager Phone number so they can do something about it. It was embarrassing and wrong.

Pickings have been slim due to either the time of year, or the pandemic. I use to really enjoy Goodwill, until their corporate greed took over. A billion dollar company that still asks you to round up to nearest dollar to help pay for workers wages.

If I could give zero I would. I love this store but the guy at the register seems to have a problem with me . He is rude and unprofessional. He is begging for your change when you pay and not the change kind he wants your bills . He over prices you it he don’t like you . And he likes to argue . If I go next time it will be for me to record him and show it to his manager.

Shopped here in 4/6/19, a cashier had 1$ Bills pinned on her blouse. When I checked out I asked if it was her birthday she smiled said yes it is so I joyfully gave her a 1$ bill to add to her already impressive collection.Heres the problem.....Today 4/9/19 Im in the same store and the same employee /cashier is wearing 1$ Bills. This is so inappropriate!! Especially for a Goodwill employee. Shoppers beware this is wrong on so many levels.

I love the service and quick easy check out. The staff is friendly and helpful. They always greet you when you come in the door. Ive been to many Goodwill stores but this location and pearl Brandon area is the best

I love this store. You can find the best dresses here. This is definitely a pro-women store. I just got 15 outfits for less than 40 bucks, half of which still had the price tag on them.

Terrible high prices. May as well buy new at wal mart. Salvation army is much better.

Manager is very rude and has zero customer service skills. She watches a cashier struggling to check out many people and the cashier asks for help. The manager yells out across the store they gone have to just wait in line baby! I ended up leaving my the items I wanted to purchase after standing in line for almost 20 minutes. Never again! Worst Goodwill experience of my life. Ill be sure to let family and friends know to avoid this place as long as the current manager is there.

Great place to shop new items with tag still on them, nice use items in good condition a place you can fine almost for your home the one in Brandon is the best one
