Northern Westchester Collision, eager for the business, had me bring in my car, assured us it would be ready for pick up in no more than 5 days. After 7 days the shop called to say theyd made a mistake and that the insurance company of the person that had hit our parked car, indeed, HADNT agreed to pay the cost. Had we known that from the beginning, we would have been perfectly happy to have brought the car in once the other insurance company had finished its investigation. Instead, our perfectly drivable car ended up being held hostage for nearly a month. We missed pediatric appointments, a long-ago planned trip with the kids to the zoo, and suffered through no ability to grocery shop for weeks because we had no car to drive.Additionally, when we were forced to eventually move the claim to OUR insurance company instead, Northern Westchester Collision represented the repair amount to our insurance company at $1,000 more than what had been quoted to the other insurance company. Going as far as to INSIST that we pay them the $1,000 deductible in order for them to release the car.The excuse that the quotes were different because it was a different insurance company authorizing the repairs doesnt hold water. Why? Because the work had been completed WEEKS before. So the estimate was no longer an estimate. By that point it had been turned into a direct quote!Finally, when I inspected my car at pick-up, a quick look under the car revealed the plastic runner under the front wheels that was cracked in two places was untouched. Mind you, the car had been repaired WEEKS before.

Northern Westchester Collision did an amazing job repairing the body damage to my car after an accident. It looks beautiful! I was given updates throughout the process and everyone in the shop was amazing!!

Best auto repair experience Ive every had. I usually fix my car by myself to avoid getting hosed by seedy garages. This shop, however, was recommended by my insurance company USAA, and I have grown to trust their input. Northern Westchester not only offered to fix everything affected by my deer collision, but also gave me deep discounts on addition work that I had been wanting to gheggwt done. Gave me fair quotes and positive confirmation before doing the work. I received updates on my insurance pay out, work progress, and projected completion date. I highly recommend these guys.
