I will never be back. They are aware of insurance cap and I was told the insurance will pay. My car was a total loss and they took everything possible. It took along time for them to have an estimate that resulted in longer storage fees. At the end they stopped answering their phones.Today 7/17/21 I was told in good fate and is on my better interest to remove my review or his lawyer will be calling me. If this is a great business why they feel entitled to silence my review

Just picked up a 2022 Land Rover and it got damaged in a parking lot in the rear quarter, had a great prior experience in 2019 so brought to Greg.Greg and his team made it look like in never had any damage, great place, employees are very friendly-Highly recommend to anyone-They took care of everything rental car, spoke to insurance company etc etc. Hard to find good reliable anything these days-10/10

Greg Beobide, the owner, provided an estimate for a DS mirror cover and the service of popping it on, but when I would try to get the service done he was unavailable, and very difficult to contact. His employees don’t seem to know when he will be in, and are unauthorized to make any decisions. After a few weeks, and a stop into the shop I was told to bring in my car the next morning for him to look at it again because he forgot our interaction a few weeks ago. I brought the car in at 8 AM, and ended up leaving it till 10:15, but was unable to get an answer because he never came in. Greg acted as if I had done something wrong by taking my car back, citing a lack of communication. It is impossible to communicate with someone who does not answer their phone or emails, and is not in the shop. Upon getting an estimate from a different source, it ended up being $100 less. Go with Ultimate if your time is not important to youApparently Greg read this review and responded with name calling… unreal.

BIG RED LIGHT 3rd week, Greg the owner/scam artist goes to the supervisor on Wednesday, submits 12k claim on a 5k-6k job and its glanced over and approved same day Wednesday. BIGGEST RED LIGHT.... The Work was not fully completed, still overlooked scratches, no repair, parts and labor cost receipts, only give deductibles and heres the key. Greg still never in site but left mechanic Sammy to do dirty work claiming he doesnt know anything hes just the mechanic to deal with the customer. BIG BAG OF MAGGOT FILLED TRASH LEFT IN MY VEHICLE to add insult to injury because we felt treated like straight trash... Nice Touch Greg. TAKE A LOOK AT HOW HE TREATS CUSTOMERS... CUSTOMER BEWARE AND STEER CLEAR OF THIS AUTO BODY SHOP AND ANY ONE ASSOCIATED WITH IT!!! And he saying I found his business in error and did not work on the car no I did not GREGORY did take pictures of paperwork signed from your business, would you like me to post those?

Ultimate Auto Body in Peekskill is by far the best body shop in the area. Ive used their services a couple of times for different repairs. Theyre not only courteous and professional, but, I cant believe how amazing my car looks. The repair work was perfect both times and when I picked up my car, it looked brand new. They even put extra tire shine on my wheels. The whole entire process was completely seamless. They handled everything with the insurance company as well as making sure the rental car arrived when I was ready. I basically didnt have to do anything other than show up. They worked around my schedule. The whole experience deserves 10 Stars, but, Google only gives up to 5. If your car is in need of body work, call Greg at Ultimate. Youre guaranteed to be completely satisfied.

Well, I’ll give 4 stars. My last review was 2 stars. They fixed the problem and I’m happy now. I would give 4 stars because they took advantage of me by charging me too much money and using aftermarket (cheap) pieces for my vehicle. I knew they overcharged me when they fixed my car but that’s not a big deal, I’d pay anything. I paid $5,500 To fix the bumper, washer fluid and other small things on the car. They basically made more than $2.500 from me. I would assume total expenses maximum $3.500, not more than that. I’m not worry about the money, I work hard for my personal things. Overall, they did a good job on the bumper + they offer you water or coffee for free. I think that’s cool.By the way, they offer me a free car wash + detail when my car was ready. My car look brand new . Thanks Gregory.

My first car wash there was a 5 star but the car wash this week 3 stars. Great customer service but the guy who washed my car didnt vacuum the passenger seat very well. The seat and floorboard still had hair everywhere and the back of my SUV had streaks. Ill go back but I hope they have another guy wash the car.

Wow super impressed with Ultimate!!! Ive used many body shops in the area once and never gone back again. I will always straight to Ultimate after this experience with them. When I picked up my car, Bobby took the time to go over what they fixed. I hit a deer on 9a which did almost $8k in damage! I really like that he took the time explaining everything to me.
