Bad business; refuses return and refund even though part was not used at all. Didnt care about customer service. Unprofessional with unkept promise as I was told earlier through phone that partial refund was possible but the owner went back on his word and refuses to give me return all because he couldnt find the invoice on his system even when I provided proof to cell phone of our invoice. We wont give up until we receive some sort of compensation. If the owner kept to his words like a man then I wouldnt have had to resort to writing this vicious review.
