Needed to get a New York annual car inspection at the last second, called CSA after searching on the web for places near me. Tom got me in at 11:45am on a Saturday which I really appreciated. Having never been there the place isnt much to look at so was a little apprehensive at first, but Tom brought me into the garage and pointed out some things to me which I really appreciated. First time there, and Tom impressed me with his knowledge and honesty. Dont let first impressions fool you, I would recommend CSA.

Haven’t had any needs for computer repairs but Tom is friendly, knows cars, and will NOT gouge you like many dealers or shops. He will carefully take the time to explain issues and physically show you what’s happening. Is very fair. Highly recommend.

They dont make em like Tom anymore.Bring him a cup of coffee or a good story, and youll be fast friends.Hes honest about your car repairs...if he can clean a dirty part instead of replacing it, he will. If he can cut out a bad pipe and weld in a new piece instead of replacing the whole part, he will.Hell be honest about the work and cost.After going through close to half a dozen mechanics in town and eventually being let down by all, Tom was recommended by a friend. This is me now recommending Tom to you.
