If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I dropped my phone off on a Saturday to have the screen fixed. They didnt have the part in stock so It had to be ordered (which I understood and was ok with). Less than 48 hrs later, I received a call saying my phone was ready for pickup. They were professional from start to finish and fixed it quicker than I expected! I will definitely recommend CPR to others and will be going to them from now on!

The gentleman at the front desk, Ricardo, is pleasant and knowledgeable. I also want to add that the turnaround time is excellent (approximately 45 minutes). Knowing this, makes it feasible for you to plan accordingly for while you wait service. I will return the next time my smartphone needs to be serviced and will recommend CPR Peekskill to others.

Went here to get my cell phone battery replaced. I brought my own battery. FmFirst time it was returned to me as the new battery wasnt charging or powering up. Came back with another the next week (again OEM battery from Ebay) & they changed it in 20 minutes. Courteous service. Would return there.

I really loved their service. They fixed my PS3 which made me so happy. I loved the great communication and how they were able to quickly get it running.

Took in a my son’s Nintendo switch for repair in November for a charging port not working. Got it back with a “fixed” charging port, but case was melted. They said they would order, call, and fix . This never happened and to top it off they messed up the repair and now the right controller will not work. Tried multiple controllers that work on other switches to ensure it was their bad work not a hardware issue. Have yet to receive a call for new un melted case replacement or repair for botched first repair. Out $130 and still had to buy son a new switch for x-mas so out $430 total.... BEWARE!!!!

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I email once and asked for quote on my Galaxy note 10 plus and they quoted me $350. I then called several weeks later just to make sure that was still the quotw and he didnt know who I was and quoted me $400. When I finally went in, I was greeted by a guy with his zipper down in a store with no air conditioning on a very hot day in New York. When I went to pick my phone up, they had replaced it with the wrong color. I specifically ordered black, and the outside of my phone was silver, I told him that wasnt my phone, and he said it was and I told him that my phone is black he then pretended to act like he didnt notice that and then told me that they must have sent him the wrong piece which he and the other person didnt seem to notice. So then he said he would order the correct piece and then I just had to pay some upfront and some when I got the piece. As I walked out of the store and got into my car I got an alert that my S pen was not attached. I had to go back into the store and ask for my S pen which they had lost somehow. The whole thing was extremely unprofessional and quite frankly ridiculous. He told me he would call me when my piece came in, then I noticed as I was trying to take pictures that they had somehow messed the camera up. There was fuzz and finger prints all over my camera but on the inside somewhere where I couldnt reach. I had to wait until he called me to fix the phone to tell him that they had messed my camera up, so I went in and told them as they were fixing it that they had somehow missed my camera lens up and when they returned it they said that there was a fuzz but that the lens of is clear and that he couldnt see anything. I had to have them take it back off in the store so that I could clean the actual camera myself because there were fuzz and fingerprints everywhere. But I still had to pay the full price they didnt apologize for anything that happened the acted like that was totally normal. I also couldnt get a receipt even though they made me pay in cash bc their system was down, he tried to double charge me. I will never go to that store again and no one else should and I dont know why in Gods name they have good reviews because this place is terrible. If you can go anywhere else I suggest you do so.

I came in with an issue with my LG phone. Not many people work on these devices but this store did. They took care of the software issue that I had and sold me a good cable. Fast and easy, just how I like it

CPR is the only store in the area that can work on the type of phone my son had. I wish I had known that previously because my other son had a similar phone that these guys probably could have fixed! Although it took a little longer than anticipated, I was very satisfied with the work they did and the patience that they had with me checking in to see when the phone would be ready. We have had the phone back for a week now and it is working as good as new. I would certainly use their services again.

Service and prompt repair were excellent. Smartphone looks like new.Your staff was not complying with COVID-19 recommendations. I did not notice anyone wearing masks or gloves. Not sure if the phone was wiped down after repair so I did it myself at the counter with my own disinfectant.

Rarely is there a place that has such remarkably superb customer service. I was met with very friendly and understanding staff members. They also really know what theyre doing. They also gave me fair prices and even discounts on certain things. They even transferred my phones old memory into my new phone for free. I swear this is the only place to go to get youre phone repaired.

CPR really made my day. My PS4 Pro would not turn on, and as an avid gamer this was devastating. I called 20 places and got ridiculous price quotes with short term warranty plans, but when I stumbled across CPR i figured a phone call should better gauge if I should make the trip. The staff was very on point and courteous from the phone call, until the repair was completed, and even accommodated me by having the part ready for installation being that I was coming from Yonkers(50 mins away)and did not want to make 2 trips. I broke my Motorola E phone and I could access my information due to the screen. CPR Cell Phone Repair was able to get the part and get my phone working again. Excellent service. Customer service is exceptional. I went in to have my daughters phone repaired the screen was completely destroyed and we could not back it up and there was water damage on the inside. They were able to fix the screen and we were able to back up the phone. Phone is like new again.

This review is for a computer repair. Brought my ASUS ROG laptop in after it wouldn’t start. They told me it would be no problem to fix. Call a day later after they told me they’d call me and never did. Was told it be an easy fix to the short in the motherboard. Two days later I call and get told oh sorry we can’t fix this problem it’s too complicated. Too complicated? So when did it turn from an easy fix to too complicated? They only have one computer guy on staff as well from what it seemed. Will never use this shop again. They had the nerve to try and charge me $20 for a holder fee but after telling them how much garbage that is they waived it. Don’t bring your computer here.

Genuine people, however it wasnt worth it to go there. Charged me $30 for something that did not fix my phone. Then charged me another $30 for a different solution. They fixed it, however when i got the phone back it was left with touchID not working, 3D touch not working, and siri. I am afraid to go back because I dont want another issue to arise when another one is fixed.

Brought my phone there to be fixed, I needed the back camera, charging port and battery to be replaced. I was told no problem! They said they can do it all and to come back in an hour and a half, so when I come back they tell me that the home button doesn’t work and they’re trying to “reset the software”. They say come back in two hours... I come back two hours later and the guy says he can’t fix it. He handed me back my phone with the home button not working anymore and the touch screen not working right, and tells me there’s nothing he can do. They didn’t replace ANY parts. They gave me a broken phone and basically said I’m on their own and “it’s not our fault” . CRAZY. On top of this all, THEY GIVE ME A BILL, $55. You must be out of your mind to break my phone, not fix anything else then want me to pay for it. I’m extremely upset with the way I was treated by the sleezy manager, wasting all day waiting for them and for my phone being Ruined by them and just saying it wasn’t their fault. Sad. I drop off a working phone and get back a broken one, seems like a good place to do business with right? (IPhone 7)

I was having issues with my Galaxy s8 that lost the image after I dropped it. I had gone to a couple of places but my device was still not showing any image with the replacement screen. I was really worried because I really needed to get access to, my information. I heard about this place from one of my friends. THe store was better equipped than the other places I had gone to. The found there was an additional piece that was broken on the phone and they sorted that out. Fast turnaround and friendly staff. Very grateful

I have a Motorola Nexus 6. I love this phone for its features and service. However, I found that the battery was not lasting as long s it used to. I really did not want to get a new phone and just wanted my battery issue fixed. I went to a couple places to address this issue but nobody wanted to touch my phone because it was apparently to hard to work with. My local Verizon store referred me to this store and I couldnt be happier. They told me they worked on a lot of devices other than Iphones. They ordered the part for me and got it done for me the same day. Marcos was really nice and knowledgeable about my device and told me they covered the part for any issues. They also are a franchise and this warranty applies to all the stores which gave me confidence.I appreciate the servirce

Got a new screen for my iphone 6 plus 2 weeks ago. Price was far better than UBreakIFix or BestBuy and apple for sure. The screen developed a dead spot 2 weeks later and the store took it back replaced the screen in 1 hour with no issues at all. It seems the screen is fine now. They never hassled or argued at all just said sit no problem we will fix this. Stand up guys!!

Fast, efficient service

Staff is very attentive and knows their stuff. They only use quality parts and warranty their repairs for 6 months for nay problems. They had my iphone ready to go in less than 1/2 hour so I was in and out without any problems.

Brought my phone in they said it would take a week after 2 weeks not hearing anything I called. They said the wrong part was sent they were waiting on the right part. Two more weeks went by so I called again, what is go on ? We didnt call you to tell that its ready because we dont know your password to get in the phone to see if it works properly well duh why didnt they call to ask me. I pick up the phone 3 days after I picked it up the phone was on with a black screen, I brought the phone back to them and they called 2 hours later it was fixed come get it. Fixed yeah I can use it now it just doesnt ring when Im receiving a call anymore. So I will be bringing it back again..We will see if this the last time dropping it off.

I am really grateful to CPR Cell Phone Repair. They shop was really well maintained and presentable. IT look way more professional than those kiosks in the mall. They were better equipped as well they were able to save my htc u11. I had accidently dropped it in a toilet and the phone got wet. I really needed the information and the pictures of my newborn child. Thankfully CPR Cell Phone was able to get it running in a matter hours. MArcos and crew are fantastic.

They may be ok at fixing phones, but STAY AWAY from using them for UPS packages. They totally screwed up an easy delivery. Very aggravating.

I cant speak to the experience of how good they fix phones because after two and half weeks they didnt receive the part they ordered. Heres the story: Called on a Monday, gave them the phone info and what part they needed. Gave them my phone number. One week goes by and no phone call. I call the following Monday and they tell me the part was back ordered(no phone call or text to notify me). They tell me to call Friday, thats when should have the part. I show up Saturday, but store was closed for unexpected reasons. I go in on Tuesday, thinking I could hand the phone in and they can fix it since they have the part(Told me it would only take 20 mins). I walk in and they tell me the part was shipped to the Nanuet office. (Again no phone call or text). They tell me to come in the next day at 12:30 they could fix it before I go to work. I get there and they tell me they sent the wrong bag from Nanuet. Im done. They seemed nice but if theyre this incompetent with simple things like delivering the wrong bag, then I dont want them touching my phone.

Customer service is lacking. I brought my IMac 21.5 inch in and they fixed the boot up, but couldnt restore my information, which i was able to do from the same computer. Lastly they tried to sell me a hard drive, which i declined. The front screen fell out of the computer within 2 weeks from being at their place, they denied opening up the computer and offered no resolution. FYI I have 2 other IMACS in the same office same temperature, bought same time no screen issues.Wont be back STAY AWAY From this place

Would not recommend this place I spent $120 at this place to get my screen replaced I went there and it didnt fit right the first tie so I went back the next day it happened again then finally I got it back today and now it is very hard to use the screen sometimes i have to press down so hard for it to work and I can see the light of the screen coming from the sides. Terrible place Dont come here
